“大部制”改革背景下区（县）体育与文化机构整合研究

摘要：为进一步弄清在“大部制”改革背景下区（县）体育行政运行的基本状态,实现体育行政机构改革目标。以区（县）体育行政部门与文化部门整合后的文体局为研究对象,采用实地考查、访谈和文献资料法等研究方法进行研究。研究表明,现阶段区县体育行政正“自下而上”逐渐融合在“大文化”管理范畴内,在实际运行中区（县）文体局“管”“办”职能难以区分,区（县）体育行政整合后呈现弱化状态。鉴于此,认为在“大部制”背景下,建立“政府管、总会办”的“管办分离”的区（县）体育管理体制是切实可行的管理模式之一,有助于实现体育体制“管办分离”“政事分开”改革目标。     

The effect of l-citrulline and watermelon juice supplementation on anaerobic and aerobic exercise performance

Citrulline has been proposed as an ergogenic aid, leading to an interest in watermelon given its high citrulline concentration. The aim of this study was to determine the effects of a single, pre-exercise dose of l-citrulline, watermelon juice, or a placebo on the total maximum number of repetitions completed over 5 sets, time to exhaustion, maximal oxygen consumption (VO₂max), anaerobic threshold, and flow-mediated vasodilation. A randomised double-blind within-participants study design was used to examine these effects among 22 participants (n = 11 males). Supplementation included either a 7.5% sucrose drink containing 6 g of l-citrulline, 710 mL of watermelon juice (~1.0 g citrulline), or a 7.5% sucrose placebo drink. Supplementation was administered 1 or 2 h before exercise testing to investigate a timing effect. There was no significant effect between the three supplements for the total number of repetitions, time to exhaustion, VO₂max, anaerobic threshold, or flow-mediated vasodilation. There was also no interaction observed relative to gender or supplement timing (P > 0.05). A single dose of l-citrulline or watermelon juice as a pre-exercise supplement appears to be ineffective in improving exercise performance; however, greater doses of l-citrulline have been shown to be safe and are currently left unexamined.     

阿魏酸镧配合物的合成与表征及热化学研究

用阿魏酸与镧的氯化物合成了一种新的稀土配合物,采用红外光谱等对配合物进行了表征,确定了化学式为La(C10H9O4)3·2H2O,在常压、298.15K下,分别测定了阿魏酸、氢氧化钠、七水氯化镧、阿魏酸镧、氯化钠和水在混合溶剂(丙酮：无水乙醇：4mol·L-1HCl ＝1：1：1)中的溶解焓,并根据热化学原理得出了298.15 K下配合物的标准摩尔生成焓为(-2856.59±2.52)kJ·mol-1.

Chlorogenic acid prevents acetaminophen-induced liver injury: the involvement of CYP450 metabolic enzymes and some antioxidant signals

Chlorogenic acid (CGA), a polyphenolic compound, is abundant in fruits, dietary vegetables, and some medicinal herbs. This study investigated the prevention of CGA against acetaminophen (AP)-induced hepatotoxicity and its engaged mechanisms. CGA reversed the decreased cell viability induced by AP in L-02 cells in vitro. In addition, CGA reduced the AP-induced increased serum levels of alanine/aspartate aminotransferase (ALT/AST) in vivo. The effect of CGA on cytochrome P450 (CYP) enzymatic (CYP2E1, CYP1A2, and CYP3A4) activities showed that CGA caused very little inhibition on CYP2E1 and CYP1A2 enzymatic activities, but not CYP3A4. The measurement of liver malondialdehyde (MDA), reactive oxygen species (ROS), and glutathione (GSH) levels showed that CGA prevented AP-induced liver oxidative stress injury. Further, CGA increased the AP-induced decreased mRNA expression of peroxiredoxin (Prx) 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, epoxide hydrolase (Ephx) 2, and polymerase (RNA) II (DNA directed) polypeptide K (Polr2k), and nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor 2 (Nrf2). In summary, CGA ameliorates the AP-induced liver injury probably by slightly inhibiting CYP2E1 and CYP1A2 enzymatic properties. In addition, cellular important antioxidant signals such as Prx1, 2, 3, 5, 6, Ephx2, Polr2k, and Nrf2 also contributed to the protection of CGA against AP-induced oxidative stress injury.     

HPLC法同时测定热淋清胶囊中没食子酸、原儿茶酸、槲皮苷和槲皮素的含量

建立热淋清胶囊中没食子酸、原儿茶酸、槲皮苷和槲皮素的HPLC定量方法.采用Wa-ters色谱柱,乙腈-0.4%磷酸为流动相梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长254 nm,柱温40℃.没食子酸、原儿茶酸、槲皮苷和槲皮素的线性范围分别为1.376~9.632μg,0.041 6~0.291 2μg,0.061 5~0.430 5μg,0.006 702~0.046 914μg;平均回收率分别为98.71%(RSD=1.17%)、98.77%(RSD=1.92%)、99.19%(RSD=1.92%)、100.39%(RSD=1.99%).所建立的方法准确、稳定,重现性好,可用于热淋清胶囊中有效成分的定量分析.     

HPLC 法测定舒泌通胶囊中绿原酸和蒙花苷的含量

建立了 HPLC 法同时测定舒泌通胶囊中绿原酸和蒙花苷的质量分数,采用 SunfireTM-C18柱（4．6 mm ×250 mm,5μm）,柱温为30℃,流动相 A 为甲醇、B 为0．5％冰醋酸,梯度洗脱,流速为1．0 mL／min,检测波长为328 nm．结果表明,二者的线性范围分别为1．0804～216．0804μg／mL 和1．0804～81．7200μg／mL．平均回收率分别为101．0％和9．3％,RSD 分别为3．4％和3．3％（n ＝9）．该方法准确、可靠,具有良好的重复性和稳定性,可用于舒泌通胶囊中绿原酸和蒙苷花的质量分数测定．     

武昌鱼脂肪酸的气相色谱-质谱分析

为了研究武昌鱼中脂肪酸的组成及含量,采用Bligh-Dyer提取法对样品中脂肪油进行提取,甲酯化后利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行分析测定．结果发现从武昌鱼中鉴定出14种脂肪酸,其中饱和脂肪酸5种,相对百分含量占总检出量的28．46％;不饱和脂肪酸9种,相对百分含量占总检出量的71．27％．     

油酸三乙醇胺皂化物的合成

采用单因素控制变量法,以扣除酸值后的皂化值为评价指标,研究了反应配比、反应温度、反应时间对合成油酸三乙醇胺皂化物的影响。结果表明,油酸和三乙醇胺配比为1.2∶1(mol/mol)、温度为130℃、反应时间为3h时,反应达到平衡时体系中油酸三乙醇胺皂化物的含量最多。利用合成的油酸三乙醇胺皂化物调配成的水基润滑油符合相关要求。     

体育强国的指标评价体系研究

以实现体育强国战略为目标,为进一步明确体育强国的评价标准和具体指标评价体系,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、德尔菲法以及层次分析和目的树分析等方法,对体育强国的指标评价体系进行研究。认为:体育强国的评价框架应包含目标层、准则层、要素层和指标层四个结构体系,实现体育强国战略是我国体育发展的目标层,体育软实力和体育硬实力是我国体育发展的准则层,竞技体育、群众体育、体育产业、体育科技、体育教育与体育文化是我国体育发展的要素层;基于上述分析构建了涵盖2个以及指标、6个二级指标和51个三级指标的体育发展水平评价体系,并进行了权重赋值和部分指标内涵释义。
