基于邵阳地域经济的商务英语专业人才培养模式研究

本着服务于邵阳区域经济发展的宗旨,着重探讨构建适应邵阳区域经济发展需求的新型商务英语专业人才培养模式,从而培养出社会急需、用人单位欢迎的商务英语人才。     

专门用途英语教师培训现状调查研究——以福州地区高校ESP师资培训状况为例

专门用途英语（English for Specific Purposes）教学（以下简称ESP教学）日渐为大陆外语教学研究所重视,ESP师资作为ESP教学的重要因素,得到研究者的普遍重视,然而关于ESP教师培训的具体状况,目前仍缺乏实际的调查研究。为丰富我国国内ESP师资培训的研究成果,为ESP师资培训的进一步深入提供数据支持,需要对福州地区高校ESP教师的现状和培训状况进行调查,以期发现不同类别的ESP教师对于培训的实际需要,从而为外语教育教学改革做必要的准备。     

“问题学生”VS教师发展

近年来,网络上频现各类让人触目惊心的学生"门"事件,这些门事件充斥着暴力、凶残、色情,已经引起了社会各界的广泛关注,"问题学生"的出现对广大教师提出了更高的要求。联合国科教文组织21世纪国际教育委员会强调",教育质量和教师素质的重要,无论怎么强调都不会过分"。只有加快教师发展,转变教育观念、更新知识结构,提高教师的综合素质,才能胜任教书"育人"的重任。教师发展对促进问题学生的转变有非常重要的影响作用。     

村级人民调解员的选任和培训

《:人民调解法》规定,农村人民调解委员会由委员3至9人组成,委员由村民会议推选产生,并对人民调解员的监督、培训与罢免等作出了规定。农村人民调解委员会能否发挥"解决民间纠纷、维护社会和谐稳定"的作用,全赖于有没有一支公道正派、热心人民调解工作,并具有一定法律知识的人民调解员。因此,村级人民调解员的选任和培训工作,成为农村人民调解制度的关键。     

《供应链管理》桌面实训实例分析——商丘职业技术学院高职实训新方式

商丘职业技术学院《供应链管理》课程实训教学中实施的桌面实训项目,其设计思路来源于沙盘实训并借鉴于桌面游戏。在教师的实训教学实践中,逐步形成了完整的实训设计,包括实训模块、实训课时、实训规则等,并取得了良好的实践效果。桌面实训作为高职实践教学的新形式具有较强的推广性。     

Bureaucracies in Schools—Approaches to Support Measures in Swedish Schools Seen in the Light of Skrtic’s Theories

In Sweden, policy changes for provision of special support have been introduced, implying that teachers are obliged to provide and evaluate extra adaptations in regular classrooms prior to referring pupils to special support. The policy changes raise questions about school staffs’ views of support measures and of necessary professional competence for provision of the support measures. We conducted focus group interviews with 60 school staff representatives—headmasters, general education teachers, and special educators/school welfare teams—about their understandings of the new policy. The data were analyzed qualitatively, with the objective to explore school staffs’ approaches to the policy changes. Two main “ideal type approaches” were discerned, using Skrtic’s theories, viz. the bureaucracy approach and adhocracy approach. In the light of Skrtic’s theory, professionals’ reasoning about the new policy may reflect difficulties that are encountered in the process of implementing the policy in bureaucracy-steered schools.     

Experientially learning how to communicate science effectively: A case study on decoding science

The need for science communication programs is matched with the need for program evaluation. This case study is an evaluation of the “Decoding Science” program (DSP) [Rodgers et al. (2018). Science Communication, 40(1), 3–32], a science communication training program, and examines key experiential-learning themes [Kolb, D. A. (1984). Experiential learning: Experience as the source of learning and development. Englewood Cliffs, NJ: Prentice-Hall]. Specifically, we discuss the program's emphasis on learning that science communication is a process that (a) is continual, (b) involves conflict resolution, (c) requires adaptation to the world, (d) requires environmental interaction, and leads to (e) knowledge creation. Additionally, we discuss our analysis of student feedback. Results suggest that the DSP successfully utilizes experiential learning to facilitate the learning of science communication techniques and that future evaluations can lead to the development and improvement of science communication training programs.     

高职院校实训室科学化管理探究

实训室是高职人才培养目标实现的基本保障之一,是高职院校开展实践教学的重要场所。分析了高职院校实训室科学化管理的必要性及当前高职院校在实训室管理方面存在的问题,提出高职院校有效实施实训室科学化管理的措施。     

基于学分制高职人才培养方案制定的实践探索

通过制订本院2010级高职人才培养方案的实践探索,阐述了人才培养方案制订的基本原则和思路,通过对人才培养方案的具体要求,以及人才培养方案的内容和制订过程中的组织工作,说明国家示范校重点专业建设成果在校内其他专业的辐射的意义,加强后示范校建设,是摆在国家示范院校面前的一个重要任务。     

建筑工程技术专业实践教学体系构建与实训基地建设的研究

实训基地建设与实践教学体系是高职教育质量好坏的关键,是高职教育发展的核心,将直接影响到毕业生的质量和本专业的发展。分析了目前建筑工程技术专业实训基地建设和实践教学体系中存在的问题,并从改革实训教学方法,配备先进教学仪器设备,加强双师型队伍建设,实训教材建设,实践教学内容优化,加强顶岗实习过程监管等方面进行了研究和总结。
