Ritual behaviors connected to sporting events and teams are a commonplace example of ‘co-creation’. While largely positive, some of these ritual behaviors can be against team and public interests. This raises the issue of if, and how, teams should seek to manage rituals. This paper reports on two studies of sports fans undertaken to examine: (a) how widespread ritual behavior is; (b) how rituals form and why; and (c) the relationship between engagement in ritual behavior and other desirable attitudes and behaviors. The main findings are that ritualized behaviors are very common, largely fan-developed, and can form very quickly. A positive relationship was found to exist between ritual behavior and outcomes such as satisfaction, team identification, merchandize expenditure and game attendance. Longitudinal tracking of individual fans suggests that ritual behaviors drive those outcomes, rather than the inverse.  相似文献

摘 要:为考察感恩对运动员投入的影响以及教练员—运动员关系在它们之间的中介作用,采用运动员投入问卷、教练员-运动员关系问卷、感恩问卷对472名现役运动员进行调查。结果表明:1)感恩、教练员-运动员关系与运动员投入显著正相关;2)教练员—运动员关系在感恩和运动员投入之间起着部分中介作用,这说明感恩不仅能直接促进运动员投入,而且还会通过教练员—运动员关系产生间接作用;3)通过增强运动员的感恩倾向,改善教练员—运动员关系,将有助于促进运动员投入。本研究在理论上探讨了感恩与运动员投入的关系,并进一步明确其内部机制,这对于理解运动员投入的形成具有一定的参考价值;在实践上突出了感恩的重要性,并为教练员-运动员关系的管理工作提供一种新的路径选择。  相似文献

通过构建企业社会责任贡献指数,利用我国A股市场的数据,实证检验了内外部公司治理因素与企业社会责任履行的关系。研究发现,公司治理因素是影响社会责任履行的主要因素,健全有效的内外部公司治理有助于企业社会责任的履行,企业社会责任也可以推动公司治理的有效改善和良性发展。最后对于如何提高中国企业社会责任履行和执行的效果提出了相关的政策建议。  相似文献

This study describes the analysis of paint samples from carvings belonging to Hinemihi, the Maori meeting house, Clandon Park, Surrey, UK. The assessment of physical evidence contained within Hinemihi's built fabric (along with historiographic research of archival sources and oral histories) has formed a key part of the information gathering process during the current conservation project. The production of such data provides an opportunity for a dialogue that is essential for effective decision-making within participatory conservation projects. From this, it is evident that the use of paint analysis, in deciding the eventual painted scheme for a restored Hinemihi, is settled within a broader dialogue about the conception, use, and management of Hinemihi as a Maori cultural centre, as built heritage, and as an object of conservation. Therefore, the value of material analysis is considered in relation to the potential that this information has to engage a community of users in designing an effective conservation response that seeks to balance the opportunities and constraints of the cultural and physical landscapes that surround Hinemihi and Clandon Park.  相似文献

为了了解中国文化背景下员工敬业的现状,采用《中国员工敬业量表》调查了355名被试,结果表明,中国员工的敬业不存在性别差异;不同工龄员工之间的敬业不存在显著的统计学差异;年轻的员工敬业程度更高;学历越高敬业程度越高;港台资企业员工的敬业程度高于国有企业和民营企业;中高层员工的敬业得分高于低层员工。中国文化背景下的员工敬业特征不同于西方员工。  相似文献

采用问卷调查法,以华中地区56家科技型小微企业的358套顾客–员工配对数据为样本,基于服务主导逻辑和计划行为理论,探索顾客契合对科技型小微企业创新绩效的影响,并考察价值共创行为和创新氛围在其中起到的中介和调节作用。研究结果表明,顾客契合对企业创新绩效有显著正向影响;价值共创行为在顾客契合对企业创新绩效的影响过程中起部分中介作用;创新氛围在顾客契合和价值共创行为之间起正向调节作用,即当企业创新氛围较高时,顾客契合对价值共创行为的促进作用更强。  相似文献

In the present study, 314 preschool classrooms and 606 children were observed to understand the behavioral exchanges between teachers and children. Teachers’ emotionally and organizationally supportive behaviors and children's engagement were explored for longitudinal associations throughout a day. Observations were conducted in each classroom wherein emotional and organizational supports were assessed, followed by observations of two children's positive engagement with teachers, tasks, and peers as well as negative classroom engagement. Cross-lagged autoregressive models were used to test for time-lagged associations which, if present, could be unidirectional or bidirectional. Results indicated teachers’ emotionally and organizationally supportive behaviors were related to later child engagement in seven of eight models. Furthermore, in two of those seven models, we found evidence of bidirectional associations whereby children's engagement was associated with later teacher emotional and organizational supports. Findings are discussed in terms of understanding classroom processes over the course of a day in preschool.  相似文献

In this study, student engagement during classroom activities was investigated where sixth graders created digital media projects using historical images. The study employed a qualitative design involving observations, student artifacts, and interviews while students were creating digital storyboards using a Web-based application developed for this research. Several patterns of student engagement were identified, such as time on task, level of detail, and extra effort, which subsequently led to the development of four distinct profiles among the students. Applications of these findings and directions for future studies are discussed.  相似文献
