21世纪是信息技术的时代,它直接渗透到经济、文化和社会生活的方方面面,影响着人们的生活、学习和工作方式。信息技术在改变着人们的观念、生产生活方式的同时,也给我们的社会带来了巨大的经济效益,给我们的生活带来了巨大的便利,大大提高了人们的工作效率。现代社会,掌握信息技术不仅是每个人的基本素质,也是今后工作的重要技能。     

我国长期定位施肥试验与农业可持续生产

土壤肥料长期定位试验能揭示农业生态系统长期的变化趋势, 对探索农业可持续性有重要的指导意义。文章在简述我国农田土壤肥料长期试验网络基础上, 从土壤有机质演变、作物产量变化、土壤酸化机制、土壤生态功能演变以及施肥的环境效应等方面, 详细阐述了30 余年长期试验所取得的成果, 并对存在的问题进行剖析和展望未来发展, 以期推动我国土壤质量特别是土壤肥力演变研究, 提升国家耕地质量和农业生产可持续性。

Lifesource XL-18 pedometer for measuring steps under controlled and free-living conditions

The primary aim was to examine the criterion and construct validity and test–retest reliability of the Lifesource XL-18 pedometer (A&D Medical, Toronto, ON, Canada) for measuring steps under controlled and free-living activities. The influence of body mass index, waist size and walking speed on the criterion validity of XL-18 was also explored. Forty adults (35–74 years) performed a 6-min walk test in the controlled condition, and the criterion validity of XL-18 was assessed by comparing it to steps counted manually. Thirty-five adults participated in the free-living condition and the construct validity of XL-18 was assessed by comparing it to Yamax SW-200 (YAMAX Health & Sports, Inc., San Antonio, TX, USA). During the controlled condition, XL-18 did not significantly differ from criterion (P > 0.05) and no systematic error was found using Bland–Altman analysis. The accuracy of XL-18 decreased with slower walking speed (P = 0.001). During the free-living condition, Bland–Altman analysis revealed that XL-18 overestimated daily steps by 327 ± 118 than Yamax (P = 0.004). However, the absolute percent error (APE) (6.5 ± 0.58%) was still within an acceptable range. XL-18 did not differ statistically between pant pockets. XL-18 is suitable for measuring steps in controlled and free-living conditions. However, caution may be required when interpreting the steps recorded under slower speeds and free-living conditions.     

"双百"大赛对提高学生微生物学实验课兴趣的作用

微生物学实验课是微生物学的重要组成部分,同时也是微生物学教学的重要环节.针对部分学生对微生物学实验课缺乏兴趣,笔者通过教学改革和实践,尝试把"双百"大赛与微生物学实验课相结合. 通过分析两个具体设计方案,发现在设计"双百"大赛作品的过程中,学生对微生物学实验课的兴趣显著提高. 这种教学改革和实践有利于教学质量的提高,为后续课程学习打下良好基础,值得进一步推广.     

Systematic Dynamic Effects in Multiple Impact Pairs and Distributed Factors

In this paper in general the dynamic effects are considered and described, caused by different stand-ing waves in discrete and distributed systems with impacts and other strongly positional non-linear fac-tors, introduction of which in the models of me-chanical objects is dictated by the necessity to con-sider processes, accompanied with impacts of me-chanical subsystems of different nature.     

Online field experiments

ABSTRACT

Changes in information communication technology across the Asian region have altered our field substantively and methodologically. The rapid growth of digitized communications allows us to find new purchase in examining questions fundamental to our understanding of communication theories, norms, and practices across Asia. While methods such as text mining and user analytics are increasingly popular among computational scholars, here, we focus on online field experiments, an approach to studying communication that has the potential to overcome many existing obstacles to social scientific inquiry but one that has been used relatively rarely in Asia. In this paper, we discuss what online field experiments are and how they differ from traditional experiments as well as online lab and survey experiments. We show how researchers can go about designing and implementing online field experiments, focusing on issues where online field experiments differ from their traditional counterparts – legal and ethical considerations, construct validity, randomization and spillover, and statistical analyses. Finally we discuss how online field experiments can advance our understanding of communication in Asia by helping researchers to gain insight and make causal inferences on attitudes, behaviors, and interactions that were previously unobservable ?.     

仿真实验在药物分析实验教学中的应用

结合本校的实际情况,对目前药物分析实验教学中存在的问题进行分析,讨论了仿真实验在实验教学中的作用、弊端及对策。     

基于生态学的大学语文教育研究

自然界的任何生物群落或个体的生存状况无不受制于生态系统。大学语文教育是认识过程、心理过程、社会化过程的运动系统,除具有生态系统一般的整体性等结构特征外,还具有自身生态结构的独特性。大学语文教育应当根据其生态结构的内在特征,充分发挥文字、文化、存在和生命四个生态圈的结构功能,采用“五步教学法”。     

高考物理实验与高中物理教学的关系分析

物理是一门实验学科,在高中物理教学中,实验一直贯穿于物理教学的始终。随着近年来我国教育体系的不断改革,在新课标体系下,学校和老师越来越重视高中物理实验。物理实验不仅仅体现在平时的教学中,在高考物理中占据的分数比例也非常大。因此,学校应该加强高中物理实验教学,培养学生的实验意识,提高学生的实验能力水平,从而在高考中取得优异的成绩,为国家人才培养和高等学校录取人才提供强有力的保证。
