论现当代农村小说的“安土意识”

现当代农村小说在清除安土意识过程中的表现出为的不彻底性，一方面它不断地清理着农民的安土意识，另一方面又受到深层次安土意识的制约。章分析了造成这种现象的原因，指出了较为彻底地清除安土意识所要注意的问题。

我国7000亿元的“地下私募基金”，如果不用法律将其加以规范，将对我国广大投资的利益和金融市场的稳定带来严重的潜在威胁，甚至可能妨害我国经济发展和社会稳定；“地下私募基金”的合法化顺应了我国金融市场进一步开放的趋势。但是，“地下私募基金”合法化问题是一个系统工程，必须注重效率，保护投资利益和维护市场稳定，尤其要有超前意识，以满足我国金融市场快速发展的要求，为未来的发展留下足够空间。     

Variation in clinical placement supervisors’ conceptions of and approaches to supervision in a veterinary internship programme

Good teaching that supports final year students’ learning in clinical placements is critical for students’ successful transition from an academic environment to professional practice. Final year internship programmes are designed to encourage student-centred approaches to teaching and deep approaches to learning, but the extent to which clinical supervisors adopt a student-centred teaching approach is unknown. Survey data (n?=?117) from veterinary supervisors were analysed using phenomenography. The results revealed qualitative differences in supervisors’ conceptions of and approaches to supervision. Quantitative statistical analysis was used to investigate relationships between supervisors’ conceptions and approaches. These analyses identified the types of supervisor experiences more likely to encourage students to participate in clinical practice in ways that will help them transition successfully to independent professional practice. The results have value for clinical educators and administrators seeking to improve the quality of placement supervision in a range of professional education programmes.

Using Rasch Measurement Theory to Examine Two Instructional Approaches for Teaching and Learning of French Grammar

ABSTRACT

A new model of reflective practice for student teachers on school placement was implemented into a teacher education program. The model aimed to encourage critical reflection that challenged hegemonic assumptions and power relations. In contrast to this, the analysis of the student teachers’ reflections revealed a desire to fit in and conform. Reflections portrayed student teachers’ allegiance to conventional practices rather than a critique of them. Issues associated with power relations remained uncontested. The authors explore possible reasons for these low levels of critique and examines the normative effect of cultural practices on student teachers’ reflections.     

An evaluation of an alternative placement experience for students undertaking primary initial teacher training

This study is an analysis of the impact on students of their experience of an alternative placement. The placement was run with Year 2 students on a three-year undergraduate initial teacher education degree programme (primary, 3–11) in England. The placement enabled students to have a practical teaching experience in any setting outside the age phase they were training to teach. The analysis is based on a cohort evaluation of the placement (170 students). Data were collected in two ways: through students’ written reflections and their identification of the standards required for Qualified Teacher Status that they experienced. This approach was selected owing to the strong expectations by the UK Government to meet set criteria to qualify as a teacher. There is one direct reference in the standards to learning outside the classroom, but it was found that the students considered they had benefited from the alternative placement by offering opportunities for their professional and personal development in many more areas. The research study found that these areas included learning from other experts, working with colleagues, gaining confidence to teach, experiencing other cultural settings, working with children in informal settings, the importance of personalising learning and, in some cases, experiencing second language teaching.     

4种VLSI标准单元初始布局生成算法及其比较

由于超大规模集成电路（VLSI）标准单元布局问题的高度复杂性,选择适当的初始布局生成算法成为能否在合理的运行时间内获得高质量布局结果的关键因素之一.首先介绍了VLSI标准单元布局问题和优化目标的数学模型.在此数学模型的基础上,给出了4种标准单元初始布局生成算法基本思想及其详细的步骤.对这4种初始布局算法在标准测试例子上的实验结果进行比较,分析它们作为启发式算法初始种群的有效性.     

‘Being dyslexic doesn't make me less of a teacher’. School placement experiences of student teachers with dyslexia: strengths,challenges and a model for support

This research investigated the school practice placement experiences of six student teachers with dyslexia representing each year of a 3‐year initial teacher training course at a UK university. Placement performance and outcome has enormous implications for student teachers in demonstrating their professional competence and ability to meet the Training and Development Agency for Schools Professional Standards for Teachers and obtain qualified teacher status. The research focused thematically on student strengths, challenges and management strategies using a case research approach. Findings indicate student teachers with dyslexia bring unacknowledged strengths to placements but face a number of challenges despite proactive adoption of management strategies. A model of placement support to enhance student effectiveness has been developed. Conclusions indicate the importance of listening to the student's voice to understand individual placement requirements and co‐ordinate and implement specific reasonable adjustments as required by UK legislation 1 .     

农民土地征迁安置工作研究——基于马鞍山市调研分析

在城市化进程中,需要征用大量原农业用地,部分地方政府在征地过程中,侵害失地农民利益,且征地后安置工作不合理,农民失地后易陷入失业困境,生活失去出路。本文通过马鞍山市征地拆迁调研,分析了地方政府在土地征迁安置工作中与失地农民之间产生矛盾的原因,提出通过政府途径、就业安置及土地流转等方式缓解征迁安置过程中的矛盾。
