近年来关于城市农民工问题的研究综述

城市农民工问题是社会各界关注和研究的热点。本文针对近几年来有关城市农民工问题的研究状况进行了分析 ,内容涉及到城市农民工的概念和属性、群体状况、社会保障、流动影响、越轨和犯罪、解决对策等 ,在总结其研究特点的基础上 ,也提出了一些有待深化的问题。     

遵义市农村学校《体育与健康》课程现状调查与发展对策研究

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、座谈访问法、数理统计法,就遵义市98所农村学校《体育与健康》课程进行了调查研究。研究表明,遵义市农村学校《体育与健康》课程存在着思想认识滞后,重视程度和改革力度不够、教学管理松散、教学质量不高,体育经费和场地器材严重缺乏,体育师资力量薄弱等问题。针对遵义市农村学校《体育与健康》课程存在的问题,提出了改进措施和建议。     

教师教育的发展与师范院校的转型

进入 2 1世纪后 ,随着国际化程度的加强、科学技术的发展和教育终身化潮流的来临 ,中国的教师教育呈现出高学历化和高素质要求、教师来源多元化 ,以及教师教育一体化、教师职业专业化等新的发展趋势 ,因此 ,师范院校必须不断改革 ,才能持续发展。本文首先从教师教育发展趋势的轨迹切入 ,指出师范院校在新时代中所面临的挑战 ;其次 ,着重分析师范院校战略转型的综合性及具体策略上的多元化 ;最后 ,指出在师范院校转型过程中所应注意的几个问题     

Breaking the tyranny of office hours: Overcoming professor avoidance

ABSTRACT

Studies have found that Faculty–Student Interaction (FSI) has many positive benefits for students including academic support, professional development, mentoring, and career planning. Research-intensive universities exhibit the lowest levels of faculty–student interaction within higher education. This article utilises qualitative methods to explore faculty, student, and staff perceptions of faculty–student interactions, particularly those that take place out of the classroom, at a research-intensive public U.S. university. We identify social distance between faculty and students based on unequal status within a rigid, hierarchically-organised culture as a key barrier to FSI. We then discuss methods that some of the faculty in our study used to mitigate their social distance with students in an effort to increase FSI.     

高校武术教学的现状分析及改革探索

高校是普及、传播、弘扬中国武术的主阵地之一.目前,在高校武术教学中存在的教材内容脱离实际、"所教非所学"的现状,对武术的继承和发展极为不利.要改变这一状况,必须进行武术教学改革.文章采用问卷调查和对照试验等研究方法,认为应从教学观念、教材内容、教学方法、教学模式、考试办法等多方面切入,树立以人为本,以学生发展为本的思想,积极实践和探索,寻求高校武术教学改革的有效途径.     

论区域高等教育的特殊战略地位

在我国整个高等教育体系中，区域高等教育是在我国拥有最广大地区、最广大人口的高等教育，发展区域高等教育，是实现我国高等教育大众化的重要途径，对我国高等教育社会化具有积极推动作用，有利于改变我国高等教育发展的非均衡状况；从区域社会发展来看，区域高校是所在地区最大、最有实力的文化事业集团，对区域社会政治秩序的稳定、经济的发展、文化的引导与提升以及教育的改革与发展都具有积极推动作用。区域高等教育在我国的高等教育体系中具有特殊战略地位。     

Faculty experience of rudeness in Scottish higher education: dealing with rudeness from students and colleagues.

This paper investigated rudeness experienced by academic staff from students, co-workers and senior staff members. The focus of much of the rudeness literature in an educational setting has been on the student experience of rudeness, predominantly in the classroom. The aim of the current study was to focus on the experience of academic staff rather than students, and to broaden consideration of rudeness beyond the classroom, to include e-mail. Using a mixed-methods questionnaire, with both closed and open questions, rudeness perception, impact and response was examined across a sample of 122 academic staff from Scottish Higher Education institutions. The study examined relationships between personality, stress, job satisfaction, level of rudeness and the impact of rudeness on staff. The qualitative segment explored responses to rude e-mails across three sources; student, colleague and senior colleague. The results indicated that academic staff reported similar levels of rudeness from students, co-workers and senior colleagues. Faculty who reported high levels of neuroticism were more likely to report a negative impact of rudeness. Academic staff also reported that their response to rudeness could differ according to the instigator: a greater proportion of staff reported that they would be likely to reprimand a student, in comparison to a colleague, for rudeness. Staff were more likely to seek an informal resolution to rudeness with a co-worker, rather than a student. This paper highlights the potential importance of individual characteristics in assessing the impact of rudeness on faculty and indicates that rudeness may come from several sources in academia.

清末民初旅行家笔下的喀什社会

新疆喀什自古以来就是丝绸之路上政治、经济和文化交流的重镇,由于喀什在新疆南部乃至整个中亚地区的地位重要,近代以来成为西方旅行家的＂必经＂之地。在他们的游记、回忆录中,他们以观察者的视角,全面记录了当时喀什社会状况,这为后人研究喀什社会生活提供了丰富的素材。
