由单一走向多元由封闭走向开放——从外来影响看中国当代文学50年的发展道路

从外来影响和接受研究的角度考察中国大陆当代文学50年所走过的风雨历程，可以认为中国当代文学对外国文学资源的接受经历了从单一接受到全面排斥，从封闭走向开放，并在全球化语境中步入多元等四个时期；在文学创作上则留下了一条明显的从“苏化”到“文革”，从“西化”再到“多元化”的演化轨迹。梳理当代文学与外国文学之间的关系，是中国文学在新世纪走向世界的一份备忘录。     

Creating a distinctive business career outcome programme

This article describes how a small private business school, accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, reengineered its career services programme to become a premier programme in the United States. Drawing on theory of involvement, the research gives business schools a strategy to improve business career placement through capital support, student engagement, corporate engagement, alumni engagement, faculty engagement and continuous improvement initiatives. Further, two major outcome categories (i.e. supportive outcomes and end outcomes) are identified and various measures are discussed. Supportive outcomes indicate growth in the number of on-campus business recruiting career events, high internship evaluations by internship supervisors and significant increase in students’ satisfaction with career services. End outcomes provide strong evidence for placement rate success with a 98% career placement rate for the past four years, significant increase on mean starting salaries of graduates across the years following the implementation of the strategic changes, improved quality of positions attained by graduates, and professional success of alumni in their positions. The impact of strategic changes on school ranking, enrolment and donor support are also discussed. The research proposes a model of student career success and identifies various elements influencing the success of such programmes.     

国外推动中小企业国际化经营成功经验及对我国的启示

随着中小企业国际化程度不断提高，研究如何进一步开拓国际市场，强化中小企业国际化经营战略就显得更加紧迫，且意义重大而深远。在借鉴国外中小企业国际化成功经验的基础上，通过对我国中小企业国际化经营的特点分析，提出了适合我国中小企业开展国际化经营的策略。     

Expectations versus reality: the case of Liberal Studies in Hong Kong’s new senior secondary reforms

This article reports the findings of a five-year longitudinal study investigating the introduction of Liberal Studies in the context of Hong Kong’s new senior secondary educational reforms. The aim of this empirical research, which adopted diachronic analysis to allow comparisons over time, was to compare teachers’ and students’ perceptions of the Liberal Studies curriculum before and after its introduction. Methodologically speaking, the study was informed by documentary inquiry, with approximately 560 newspaper articles and government reports collected to identify the issues surrounding the curriculum debate. Questionnaire-based surveys conducted in the pre- and post-reform periods revealed a sharp contrast between expectations and reality for both participant groups following the curriculum’s introduction. Whilst the students demonstrated favourable attitudes towards Liberal Studies before studying the subject, a certain degree of disappointment was expressed after the new curriculum came into effect. In follow-up interviews with teachers, they expressed a lack of confidence in teaching such a multi-disciplinary subject and criticised the overly ambitious nature of the curriculum. Liberal Studies, as currently taught, runs the risk of falling out of favour with Hong Kong secondary school teachers, and the question of whether it will play an increasingly important role in promoting patriotic education after the demise of Moral and National Education is deserving of research attention.     

Cognitive Development in Gifted Children: Toward a More Precise Understanding of Emerging Differences in Intelligence

To truly understand gifted performance, it is necessary to merge research on giftedness with current thinking in cognitive development and intelligence. This article presents traditional research on gifted children's cognitive development then considers how the application of newer models and theories from the field of cognitive development can be combined with research on giftedness to change the way people think about gifted performance. First four factors that have often been associated with giftedness are discussed from the perspectives of cognitive developmental psychology and gifted education. Next, emphasis is placed on investigating the strategic development of gifted children. Specifically, R. S. Siegler's (Emerging Minds: The Process of Change in Children's Thinking, Oxford University Press, New York, 1996) model of strategy development is addressed in terms of what it may contribute to understanding gifted cognition. Finally, future lines of research using models from cognitive development and complex systems models of development are recommended.     

九十年代国内赵树理研究述评

90年代赵树理研究获得了新的视角、新的发展，呈现出新的特点。表现在文化与文学的链接、对话；比较视域更为广阔，视角更为丰富，站在“世纪”的平台上审视、反思赵树理现象；创作研究量多质高；宏观研究成果突出。赵树理研究渴盼新的研究话语和建立新的解释模式。     

创造学的学科结构和科学定位

创造学作为以创造力、创造活动为研究对象的学科，20世纪30至40年代萌生于美国，60至70年代兴盛于日本，80年代被引人中国并获得重要发展。创造学已经初步建立起来和尚处在孕育、萌生过程的数十门分支学科、边缘分支学科，可以相对地区分为普通创造学、理论创造学科、边缘创造学科、应用创造学科、分域创造学科、隶属创造学科等六个学科群组。创造学应当整体性地归类于介于哲学、社会科学、思维科学与数学、自然科学、系统科学之间的交叉科学。
