翻译研究中的女性主义观--以《莎菲女士的日记》为例

自20世纪80年代初发生文化转向以来,翻译研究与其他学科之间的联系也变得越来越紧密,尤其是随着解构主义对“逻各斯中心主义”、“二元对立”等的解构,女性研究者也渐渐察觉到了将女性主义与翻译研究联系起来的重要性。本文首先介绍翻译中女性主义意识的兴起以及其后的发展,然后通过分析丁玲之作《莎菲女士的日记》,剖析当时的中国女性所体现出来的女性主义观念,以解读丁玲女士追求自我价值、生命意义的矛盾过程。     

Elements and symptoms of an ineffective higher education system: evidence from a Greek university

University studies in Greece are characterised by a symptom usually described as ‘prolonged student status’. This refers to students who prolong the period of their studies beyond the expected length for degrees, sometimes by many years. This article, as well as recording the distribution of the duration of studies in a public institution, reveals that a longer period of studies is strongly and negatively associated with academic performance. It then seeks to identify the causes of the symptom by examining two hypotheses. The first attributes prolonged student status to the operation of some objective factors such as differences in students’ initial abilities and differences in students’ socio‐economic background. The second hypothesis associates a long stay at the university with the educational setting. The existing evidence lends support to the second hypothesis.     

网络邻近性、地理邻近性与知识转移绩效的影响

战略联盟是创新网络的一种表现形式,作为知识转移的平台,逐步得到广泛的关注及研究。网络结构特征对知识转移活动发生作用的同时,还受到企业地理空间位置的影响。本文以中国生物制药行业1995-2010年战略联盟数据为样本,运用负二项回归模型,研究了联盟企业的网络邻近性与地理邻近性对知识转移绩效的影响。由于联盟网络结构特征可以改变资源与信息在地理空间中流动的性质,因此本文进一步研究了在网络密度的调节作用下,地理邻近性对联盟知识转移绩效的影响。研究结果表明,企业间的地理邻近性对联盟知识转移有显著的促进作用,而网络邻近性对联盟知识转移也有正向影响,但并不显著。较高的网络密度能够进一步提升地理邻近性对知识转移的促进作用。本文还对中国生物制药行业战略联盟的现状提出了建议。     

企业集群中的战略协同研究

传统的战略协同分析往往是基于单个企业或企业集团层次的，但企业集群理论的发展凸显了这种分析的局限性。从战略协同的一般概念入手，将战略协同的概念由单个企业扩展到了整个企业集群的层次，论述了企业集群协同效应的含义及其表现，并提出了对发展我国企业集群的相关建议。     

Construction of “glocal” (global–local) identity among Israeli graduate students in the USA

Abstract This study focuses on the effect of doctoral and postdoctoral studies at leading research universities in the USA on constructing the academic identity of Israeli students. The findings are based on constant comparative analysis of semi-structured interviews with 27 Fulbright alumni. The results show that while American scientific standards become a model for the Israeli scientists, Israeli culture and identity become much more evident, for better or worse. Several ways of handling these identities were recognized and include: the intertwine method, ordering, and buffering. Further theoretical and practical implications are discussed.     

徐锴《说文解字系传》中的词源探讨述评

魏晋南北朝隋唐五代时期的词源研究成果尚未得到应有的重视，其中《说文解字系传》虽为字书，但对词源作了一定程度的探讨，在词源学史上有重要意义；其中的“因声求义”不能与清人相提并论。     

云南中小学教师人格特征及影响因素研究

以探讨云南中小学教师人格特征及影响因素为目的,用团体施测方法对 199名中小学教师的人格特征进行评定,得出了受测教师在乐群性、兴奋性、敢为性、幻想性、忧虑性、自律性等方面高于其它专业技术员,而在紧张性、怀疑性、独立性上得分则低于后者;中、小学教师仅在乐群、兴奋、敏感得分上存在显著差异;不同性别教师在一半以上因素中得分存在显著差异;不同教龄和科目的教师也存在一定差异的结果.从而认为中小学教师人格具有较高的一致性,教师人格的健全发展是提高教师心理素质的前提条件.     

Teacher professionalism and student evaluation of teaching: will better teachers receive higher ratings and will better students give higher ratings?

The use of student evaluations of teaching performance has been an important but controversial tool in the improvement of teaching quality during the past few decades. Although student evaluations of teaching are implemented in many faculties, not everyone is convinced of the desirability and utility of these ratings. In this paper, we present the results of a study with regard to the existence of a higher‐order factor that might influence students' perceptions of teaching and, thus, explain the variance in teacher rating scales. A second question concerns the effect of students' grades on teacher ratings and of other factors influencing this relationship (for instance, students' overall grades).     

新工科背景下音乐公选课实践教学方式初探——以《西方音乐史》实践教学为例

工科类高校音乐公选课实践教学设计与学生专业背景之间的契合度,是真正实现学校音乐教育目标的重要基础。尤其对于培养工科学生感性思维、跳跃性思维,以及对于新兴的交叉学科背景的学生专业审美等方面水平的提升都有着至关重要的作用。文章将在概述目前大多数工科类高校音乐公选课实践教学基本现状的基础上,以《西方音乐史》实践教学为例,从课程内容设置、知识点导入,从趣味实践教学案例设计等方面展开创新教学实践,并对实践教学的成果进行总结。     

书法文化链与“大书法文化”发展战略研究——关于中国书法文化产业发展的战略规划的评述和展望

作为中国文化象征的中国书法，其发展必须从宏观文化角度进行考虑，需要一个宏观跨领域的战略规划指导。本文提出了一个建立于书法文化链基础上的发展战略构想。在总结了中国书法的书法文化链是书法在中国文化体系中起到链接、枢纽、节点功能并形成的涉及面广、内容丰富和底蕴深厚的文化体系和集群；在此基础上的“大书法文化”发展战略对书法文化的全面弘扬和可持续发展、乃至对促进带动我国视觉艺术产业发展，具有重大意义。本文同时提出了基于“大书法文化”理念的书法文化发展纲要的研究内容构想，并探讨和展望了书法文化的价值体系、书法文化目前发展的现状和主要问题、书法文化在国民经济地位测算、未来学术研究等相关关键问题。
