城市街道景观形象——兼谈龙岩市的街道形象建设

以龙岩市街道景观形象建设为例 ,认为城市街道是城市最重要的公共场所之一 ,也是影响一个城市形象的重要窗口 ,应在满足其功能需求的基础上 ,着重从以人为本、空间形态、整体协调、绿化建设等四个方面去寻求建立城市街道景观形象发展之路     

唐代长安城街鼓考

唐代长安城的街鼓,具有报警和晨昏报时的双重功能。街鼓之声不仅是京城城门、皇城、宫城城门及宫门开启和关闭的标志性信号,也是百官上朝、办公的时钟,同时还是维护禁夜制度的法律依据,对长安坊市的有效管理起着积极作用。从这个意义上说,长安街鼓不仅调节着京城生活的正常节奏,而且也规范了长安居民的城内生活和城外活动,对于维系大唐的时序具有重要意义。     

城市街道边缘空间的研究

通过对街道边缘空间的定义、存在形式以及与人行为的关系的分析，提出了对街道边缘空间的设计要点，旨在将空间的创造和行为的预见结合起来，能为人们提供良好的物质环境。

Library staff and other patrons encounter patrons who are one or a combination of the following: mentally ill/disturbed, homeless, street persons, angry, aggressive, unreasonable, rude. Commonly referred to as “problem patrons,” they appear in any type of library: public, academic, institutional, corporate and special. Most of them behave poorly because of their own troubles. The history of “problem patrons,” various types of problem patrons and their identifying behaviors are discussed in this paper. In attempting to define “problem patrons” the information provides a framework for understanding the problems of challenging patrons and for learning to discriminate between problem patrons and patrons who have problems.

Despite its constitutional obligation of ensuring universal primary education, the Indian Government has not been able to find a way to educate its 18 million street children. It is widely accepted that the government lacks the capacity – financial, managerial and human resource – to provide meaningful education to those who are left out of the formal education system. Many civil society organisations across India are trying to bridge the gap by educating children living in high-risk settings. One such initiative, the Railway Platform School started by Ruchika, proves that quality bridge or condensed courses are an effective way of encouraging children to access the formal education system. This article argues that the government needs to appreciate and support this kind of innovative initiatives, and also government and other civil society actors needs to operate under a collaborative framework to ensure reach out to children, who have been left out of the Government schooling system.

城市服务产业高度依赖街道空间环境。交通、形象及产业发展是城市街道的3个相互冲突且难以协调的重要功能。传统旧街的商业氛围形成过程漫长且易受破坏。在以商业、服务等临街产业功能为主的街道改造过程中。宜高度重视其产业保护,使之得以延续,对城市产业发展和解决就业起到促进作用。

苏童用一种隐秘的书写方式,展现了一个充满激情和荒诞的时代坍塌后对那个时代少年的精神创伤——他们对暴力的盲目迷恋、爱的能力的缺失和对生死漠然的态度。实际上这些不良少年的征候,反映的正是在经历人性恶被纵容的浩劫后,在面临重建秩序时内心的困惑和迷惘。
