以学生为中心深化高职院校教学改革探索

为了适应高职院校教学改革的新趋势,教师在日常教学活动中要贯彻"以学生为中心"的教学理念,切实进行一系列教学改革,提高教学效率和教学质量。文章以"城市轨道交通应急处理"课程教学为例,从教学主体、教学方法、教学内容、教学场所和评价方式等方面,对以学生为中心深化高职院校教学改革的思路进行研究。     

谈高职语文教科书“主题中心”课文编制构想

针对五年制高职学生语文基础薄弱,听说读写与社会实践能力亟待提升的实际情况,本文积极探索能够提高五年制高职学生搜取信息能力、人际交往能力等一般语文能力素质的课文编制方式,提出“主题中心”课文编制基本构想,把入选课文分为语文阅读型、语言实践型与社会实践型三种,并设计了“主题中心”课文系统全四册单元内容,对“主题中心”课文系统单元设计提出了要求。     

Gender by racial/ethnic intersectionality in the patterns of Adolescents’ math motivation and their math achievement and engagement

Individuals' math motivational beliefs are theorized to shape their STEM achievement and engagement in high school and beyond. Combining situated expectancy-value theory and intersectionality framework, the goals of this study were to (a) identify the unique patterns of U.S. high school students' math motivational beliefs, (b) examine differences in the patterns based on the intersection of gender and race/ethnicity, and (c) test the extent to which these patterns predicted differences in students' math achievement and classroom behavioral engagement for each of the gender by racial/ethnic groups. The current study included 16,120 high schoolers (50% female; 63% White, 17% Latina/o, 11% Black, and 9% Asian Americans; Mage = 14.46 at Grade 9) from the High School Longitudinal Study. There were six unique patterns of students' math motivational beliefs: Overall High, Above Average but not Identified, Identified but Average Value, Average, Low Identity, and Overall Low. Pattern membership at the intersection of gender and race/ethnicity showed nuances that could not be represented by gender or race/ethnicity alone; for example, male and female Asian American adolescents had similar patterns, but many male and female adolescents of other racial/ethnic groups had different patterns. Adolescents' math motivational belief patterns were associated with their Grade 11 math achievement and behavioral engagement even after controlling for prior math achievement and family socioeconomic status, and the associated varied by the gender and racial/ethnic groups.     

Cultural conflicts of the child‐centered approach to early childhood education in Taiwan

This paper discusses the cultural conflicts around the Western notion of child‐centeredness in Taiwanese preschools. The implementation and translation of Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP) in Taiwan is highlighted as an example to understand productions of differences, norms and cultural conflicts in Taiwanese early childhood education. Throughout this paper, it is argued that multiplicities and differences are not acknowledged but instead are dangerously ignored while assumptions are made about a singular norm and homogeneous universal standard. From this perspective, it is asserted that the global circulation of a particular Western notion of child‐centeredness should be (re)conceptualized as a cultural construct through which a particular system of reasoning or cultural knowledge is perpetuated.

试论艺术思维方式介入能本管理的必要性及对策

在管理理论和管理实践发展中,大致经历这样几次支配人的行为方式的价值观的选择,即:血统本位、金钱本位、权力本位、能力本位。前三种支配管理活动的价值观注重人的历史,这与管理的科学性有必然的联系;而能力本位价值观下开展的能本管理则更注重人的现实和未来的发展,这与管理的艺术性以及在此基础上生成的艺术思维方式息息相关。文章选择几个视角对能本管理视阈下艺术思维方式介入的必要性进行论证,意在分析能本管理对思维方式的诉求。     

二维对流扩散方程的数值模拟

本文给出了对流-扩散方程的数值解法,并证明了在对流项不占优时,中心差分格式导出的数值解稳定且具有较高的精度;而在对流占优的情况下,方程的数值解会在对流方向上发生振荡。     

顺应知识易获得特性的高等工程教学方式变革思考

人类在进入21世纪后,知识产生的数量及传播途径已经发生了非常大的变化。知识的爆炸式增长及传播方式的多样化必然会给传统的教育方式带来影响。如今我们身处信息化时代,人们获取知识的方式从过去主要通过单一的课堂教学传授或者书籍刊物阅读,现在变得更加灵活、广泛、多样,甚至可以说已经处于"知识易获得"状态了,这种状态一方面让大学生有了更多的选择,并找到更好的适合自己的学习方式,另一方面由于获取知识的便捷性,视频图片的高质量性和具体形象性,使得传统的课堂教学吸引力下降,影响教学效果。当前,高等工程教学亟需认真思考和研究知识易获得条件下的教学和实践,全面反思和优化传统工程的教学方式,切实改进各种存在的不足,否则教学效果势必受到相当的冲击。
