中国竞技田径核心竞争力与其整体竞技水平的关联分析

为了探究中国竞技田径核心竞争力与其整体水平之间的内在关系,同时验证中国竞技田径核心竞争力指标体系的科学性,主要运用灰色关联分析法对中国竞技田径核心竞争力和其整体竞技水平的关系进行了分析。研究结果表明：中国竞技田径核心竞争力包括3个一级指标和12个二级指标;中国竞技田径核心竞争力与其整体竞技水平的关系表现出层次性特点;动力层竞争力是中国竞技田径核心竞争力的源动力;灰色关联分析结果表明中国竞技田径核心竞争力具有较强的实践性和科学性。     

跨文化环境下中国武术教学者的关键能力研究

武术作为具有中国特色的文化,在教学人才的国际化培养过程中发挥着重要的媒介作用。本研究旨在通过实证研究,探明在本科学生中实施跨文化的海外教学实习对武术与民族传统体育专业本科人才关键能力的培养效果。主要结论为:跨文化环境下中国武术教学者的关键能力为专业能力、方法能力、社会能力与个性能力。     

Exploring the development of competence in Lean management through action learning groups: a study of the introduction of Lean to a facilities management function

The introduction of a Lean approach to management requires the development of understanding and capability. This in turn requires a structured training intervention and other supporting activities. This paper explores, through a case study, the way in which action learning groups (ALGs) supported the development of Lean capabilities in the facilities management (FM) function of a large organisation. This case study indicates that Lean can be applied in a FM context and that ALGs are effective in supporting such a development in capability. Some environmental factors are identified as having an impact on the likelihood of success in using ALGs: leadership engagement, perceived level of empowerment, organisational readiness, level of resource committed and individual readiness to be involved.

概述了核心胜任特征的缘起和组织理论,指出用单纯的财务指标衡量青少年体育俱乐部绩效的做法有缺陷,应该用俱乐部的核心胜任特征作为衡量其绩效的关键指标。并尝试构建了一种涵盖青少年体育俱乐部核心胜任特征、服务质量和成本、顾客满意度、利润率等多种指标的层次整合绩效模型     

图书馆馆员核心胜任力研究--基于胜任力冰山模型

论文在介绍胜任力概念及胜任力模型的基础上,探讨胜任力冰山模型在分析图书馆员核心胜任力中的适用性,从建立胜任力模型、采用360度考核法、加强培训与开发三个方面提出了提升图书馆员核心胜任力的具体策略。     

应用型本科高校大学生信息素养能力现状的研究——以上海为例

大学生作为社会发展的重要力量,其信息素养能力日益引起了人们的重视。本研究对上海应用型本科高校的大学生信息素养现状进行了研究,结果发现:(1)信息素养能力方面:应用型本科大学生的信息素养能力水平具有不均衡性的特点;在大学生信息素养能力的4个维度上,大学生的信息意识水平是最高的,信息应用与创新方面的能力偏低,而信息安全与道德则是最低的。(2)信息素养能力影响因素方面:在信息素养能力整体水平上,更容易受学习成绩的影响;在信息素养能力不同的维度上,不同的因素对不同的维度存在着不同的影响;学生的学习成绩对大学生的信息素养影响是最广泛的。

The global education practicum: perspectives from accompanying academics

The benefits of international education experiences for students are well documented. The effect on the individual of international experiences has been researched and theorised by authors for at least the last 20 years. In this paper the experiences of three academics who accompanied pre-service teachers on a 3 week international practicum are examined through the prism of intercultural confidence and competence. Accompanying academic Juliet reflects on dealing with the added difficulties the pre-service teachers encountered as a result of their inexperience in classroom settings. Accompanying academic Paula reflects on the challenges of “teaching-out-of-field.” Accompanying academic Sue reflects on the social and transitional challenges experienced when supporting pre-service teachers who collectively had issues related to health, safety, and interpersonal relationships. These lived experiences provide a richer understanding of the role of international partnerships in contributing to academic growth and increasing intercultural competency in tandem with their students.     

Language (in)competency,communication strategies,and the development of an international academic teacher identity: becoming an audible minority

Despite universities’ enthusiasm for internationalization, international academic mobility requires considerable institutional and cultural adjustment in terms of teaching and supervision styles, research expectations, and departmental relationships. Although language competency underpins these practices, research on international academics has neglected the impact of language proficiency on professional identity. This article uses autoethnography to document conversations about language ability during my first two years as an academic in a French-language university. My responses to language-related comments evolved over time, reflecting how I positioned myself as a linguistic – or audible – minority, vis-à-vis the linguistic majority. Using cultural phenomenology, the findings highlight the interactional, unstable nature of international academic identities and the importance of positive collective support for international academics who shift from majority to minority linguistic status.
