基于核心素养下的中学数学观

随着经济合作及发展组织PISA测试的进行,有关核心素养的研究越来越热。数学核心素养是数学教育的关键,也是未来教育教学的目标。数学核心素养的发展预示着未来数学教育的走向。在核心素养指导下的中学数学观更值得关注。数学教育的发展应围绕数学核心素养发展课程体系、改进教学方法、提升教师素养、改革评价体系等进行,逐渐形成依托数学核心素养的中学数学教育观。

��[Purpose/significance] Archival document compilation is the main way to bring the value of archives into full play. The establishment of the competency model of archival compilers in the digital age is of great significance to the selection of qualified compilers, the maximization of the human cost of archival institutions and the improvement of the quality of archival document compilation products.[Method/process] In this study, competency factors were extracted by means of analysis on the existing documents and the working process of archival document compilation and revised by consulting experts. The research investigated archives practitioners,researchers and educators via questionnaire survey, used exploratory factor analysis to reduce the dimension of the data. The final model was constructed by referring to the quality iceberg model and onion model.[Result/conclusion] This paper put forward 21 competency factors of archival document compilers in the digital age, and integrated them into four dimensions:professional awareness, knowledge, professional skills and general ability. Considering the overall strategy of archival undertakings and the digital age, the competency model of archival document compilers was established.

从两条途径来看美国社会对教育技术人才的能力要求

社会对人才的需求和定位是人才培养及课程设置的风向标。美国社会对教育技术人才的需求如何？对教育技术人才的能力素质提出了哪些具体要求？针对这两个问题,文章网络调研了美国教育技术相关岗位对人才的要求,得到其中最重要的30条能力素质项;通过多种途径访谈了大量美国教育技术专业人士,得出专业人才应具备的一些关键能力。研究结果将为同仁们理解和研究美国教育技术学人才培养及专业课程设置提供参考。     

实习班主任教师胜任力的调查研究——以F大学实习班主任教师为例

通过行为事件访谈法和问卷调查法,以F大学参加班主任实习的实习生为例,构建实习班主任教师的胜任力结构。胜任力结构包括个性特征、技能特征、态度特征和发展特征的4个胜任力特征维度和18个胜任力特征因子。然后根据此胜任力结构,重新发放问卷521份,对实习班主任教师的现状进行分析,并提出两点建议,为提高班主任实习的质量和促进实习班主任教师的自我提升提供了理论参考。     

日本大学生创业能力培养策略及启示

目前我国大学生由于创业能力缺乏而导致的自主创业成功率极低,有必要研究并借鉴日本高校大学生创业能力培养的成功经验,构建适合中国大学生创业能力的培养模式。围绕日本创业教育基本框架,总结日本创业能力培养的创业素质培育、企业家精神培育和营造良好的创业外部环境等特点,分析我国大学生创业能力培养过程中暴露出的创业动机不正、创业教育体系和创业环境保障机制缺乏等问题,从社会氛围、教育体系和保障机制3个方面建立我国大学生创业能力的培养策略。通过营造大学生创业能力培养的良好社会氛围;树立完整全面的大学生创业能力培养的教育体系;构建一个政、产、学紧密配合,多元化的创业环境保障机制,有效促进大学生创业能力培养,提升自主创业成功率。     

Fostering Cooperative and Competitive Competencies of Non-business Graduates by Economic Education

In the course of the European Bologna process, the notion of employability becomes increasingly important for universities. Graduates are in particular employable, if they exactly possess those abilities and skills, which are required by employers. Studies show that in the context of recruiting university graduates, employers do not only pay attention to expertise and soft skills, but also care about knowledge referring to products, markets, customers and competitors of their relevant industry. Employers increasingly expect economic knowledge as well as its application which is also expected by graduates, who have not completed a course of studies in economics or business administration. At this point, business skills take on greater significance. Whereas the expertise normally is achieved by completing a course of studies at university and soft skills are incorporated in a cross-section of universities, business skills are not. The article discusses, in what way, cooperative and competitive skills are predestined for enhancing the employability of graduates. With regard to business education and ethics, particular attention should be paid to the concept of competency as well as the self-determined taking on of one＇s own position. An inclusion of economic educational modules as a part of extracurricular studies can, by means of its practical with use-oriented focus, not only improve employability, but also form the basis of a reflexive professional life.
