Exploring the development of competence in Lean management through action learning groups: a study of the introduction of Lean to a facilities management function

The introduction of a Lean approach to management requires the development of understanding and capability. This in turn requires a structured training intervention and other supporting activities. This paper explores, through a case study, the way in which action learning groups (ALGs) supported the development of Lean capabilities in the facilities management (FM) function of a large organisation. This case study indicates that Lean can be applied in a FM context and that ALGs are effective in supporting such a development in capability. Some environmental factors are identified as having an impact on the likelihood of success in using ALGs: leadership engagement, perceived level of empowerment, organisational readiness, level of resource committed and individual readiness to be involved.     

The Policy and Procedure Manual

This article outlines the differences between policies and procedures and why a manual for both is essential for the smooth and effective management of an information services department. A sample outline of typical areas covered in such a manual is also presented.     

从传统文化到现代精神:核心素养的哲学阐释与理论构建

核心素养是面向未来社会复杂变化提出的本土的育人目标概念,但其概念实质及区别于国际同类概念的中国内涵尚未得到充分挖掘,致使后续理论建构和教育实践无法按照概念提出的初衷推进。时代新人是核心素养依存的根基,并以人的实践生成论为切入点,揭示人的习性和符号特性融合而产生的文化习性,同核心素养概念所指的一致性。同时,核心素养契入人的生命活动中起根本作用的意义世界,确立以自由自觉实践创造属人世界的时代新人最高生活理想。最高理想与作为类存在物的人、社会角色、实践情境等主要因素的交互中,生成时代新人必须养成的愿、道与德三模块文化习性,即核心素养理论内核。     

基于素质提升的创新创业教育课程体系研究

课程体系建设是创新创业教育的基础。文章基于创新创业素质提升视角,提出创新创业素质的核心要素,构建素质模型;基于素质提升路径,分析创新创业教育课程体系的构成,构建了理论课程内容体系。     

How the learning context affects adolescents’ goal orientation,effort, and learning strategies

Abstract

Research has shown that there are positive associations between students' goals and learning behavior. However, less is known about these associations for adolescent students in competency-based learning compared to adolescent students in teacher-directed learning. The current study was conceptualized with the aim of getting more in-depth information about competency-based learning with a competency matrix based on trait-based scales for students' self-assessment vs. teacher-directed learning. The sample consists of 846 (M_age?=?14.06; SD?=?0.94) middle adolescent students (8^th-9^th grades) from secondary schools in Germany. By using latent mean comparison and multigroup structural equation modelling in Mplus, it could be shown that the association between mastery goals and learning behavior is stronger in competency-based learning and performance-approach goals have a positive effect to effort investment. Furthermore, students of competency-based learning report higher values in mastery goals, effort investment and elaboration.     

高职院校辅导员胜任力提升研究——以浙江育英职业技术学院为例

高职院校辅导员的素质对高职学生的品德修养、学业成绩、人格培养具有较大的影响作用。传统的辅导员选拔与考核标准已成为影响辅导员选拔、任用、培训及考核的瓶颈,本研究运用胜任力的理论,结合高职院校辅导员队伍建设的实际情况,构建了高职院校辅导员胜任力模型,并提出了基于胜任力模型的高职院校辅导员选聘、培养、考核对策。     

胜任力能决定个人绩效吗?——以人力资源专业人员为例的实证研究

随着企业经营权和所有权的分离,所有者越来越关注管理者的选拔问题,关于胜任力的研究和实践得到广泛的应用。以人力资源专业人员为研究对象,对胜任力与个人绩效之间关系的实证检验发现:胜任力模型具有良好的信度和效度;人力资源专业人员的胜任力在管理层级和年龄维度上存在显著差异;不同层级人力资源专业人员的胜任力与个人绩效具有不同程度的相关性。这些研究结果,将对人力资源专业人员胜任力模型的理论研究和企业选拔、培养和开发人力资源专业人员具有指导意义。     

法系视角下的证据能力冲突问题探析

证据能力是某种证据材料作为证据使用的资格,两大法系对证据能力的属性认识以及具体制度存在巨大差异,其原因在于不同法律文化背景和诉讼模式以及诉讼体制的制约,这种制约使证据能力的国际协调存在一定障碍。因此,对于证据能力冲突的解决应当主要依赖于冲突规范,冲突规范的设计应当充分考虑到诉讼法院在具体案件中所希望达到的目的、具体的证据能力规则在诉讼中所起到的作用以及冲突法的原则。     

省际总量科技能力的评价指标体系构筑及实证分析

对每个省份进行“总量科技能力”的对比和评价,涉及因素众多。本文在借鉴众多专家研究成果的基础上,设计了一套包含四个层次、十二个指标的省际总量科技能力评价指标体系。接着选择中国三十一个省级行政区划的科技指标相关数据运用TOPSIS法进行实证分析,得到了各省总量科技能力、总量科技投入能力、总量科技产出能力的排名情况,并从中获得了一些有价值的结论。
