论“双师素质”教学团队的培养

建设“双师素质”教学团队的关键在于选好专业带头人,培养骨干教师。应在制订“双师”教师标准的基础上,苦练内功,加强交流,走进企业。通过选拔、培训、实践,构建“双师素质”教学团队。     

论日本"宽松教育"的修正及其启示

日本自2002年以来为培养学生的生存能力,开始实施以宽松教育为主旋律的基础教育课程改革。这次改革既受到日本社会各界的广泛注目,也遭到了众多非议。特别是随着近年来学力崩溃、学力危机等焦点问题的升温,将宽松教育视为学力低下之诱因的呼声更是越来越高。为此日本文部科学省在2009年2月对现行的《学习指导要领》①再次进行修改,这意味着经历了艰难改革历程的宽松教育宣告结束。探讨日本基础教育课程的改革,分析其是非曲直,对于我国正在进行的新教育课程改革可提供具有一定借鉴意义的启示。     

Bases of competence: an instrument for self and institutional assessment

The Bases of Competence model provides a general framework for learner‐centred skill development and programme‐focused outcomes assessment. Based on previous research, the Bases of Competence model describes 17 skills and four base competencies important to graduates to achieve high performance in the workplace. Taking this work from research to relevant educational application as a tool for student self‐assessment and institutional outcomes assessment is the focus of this paper. Results from a multi‐year, multi‐course assessment initiative indicate that students rate themselves stronger in the foundation base competencies of Communicating and Managing Self, and weaker in more complex competencies of Managing People and Tasks and Mobilising Innovation and Change. Comparisons of skill confidence within each base competence as well as between year, student level, gender and beginning versus end of semester are presented as well. These results are discussed and suggestions made for programme design.     

乌昌地区能矿资源开发利用的可持续能力评价

选取乌昌地区为研究区域,综合运用频度分析法、理论分析法和专家咨询法构建指标体系,通过层次分析法对乌昌地区能矿资源的可持续利用能力进行评价,得出结论:1)能矿资源规模与供给系统指数呈现明显的波动状态,分别在1999年和2005年形成波谷; 2)资源利用的经济效益系统指数基本呈现上升趋势;3)环境压力与环境治理系统指数呈现明显的阶段性上升的特征;4)乌昌地区能矿资源可持续利用的能力指数呈现出平稳上升的趋势.受乌昌地区水资源短缺和生态环境脆弱等因素影响,对能矿资源可持续能力影响最大的子系统为环境压力与环境治理系统.在各指标中,对能矿资源可持续能力影响较大的指标是能矿资源生产总量、水资源利用相关指标以及资源型产业的GDP和资源型产业固定投资比重等.     

高校图书馆专业馆员职业能力的社会环境解析

探究社会环境新变化对高校图书馆专业馆员职业能力的影响。文章运用文献调查法、内容分析法、环境扫描法,对高校图书馆专业馆员职业能力的发展现状,及其所处社会环境的宏观层面与微观层面进行研究,指出高校图书馆专业馆员职业能力发展的未来趋势。     

A mentoring programme based on competency development at a Spanish university: an action research study

This article describes an action research (AR) project for designing and implementing a structured mentoring programme in a Spanish university. A student affairs unit, a team of researchers, faculty-mentors and student-protégés worked together on three cycles of AR. The result is a programmatic mentoring programme for the development of non-technical personal and professional competencies for undergraduate students. This paper describes the original situation that sparked the project, the iterative process followed, the tools and guides developed and the final programme designed. In addition to the increase in the level of satisfaction perceived by the entire university, the paper outlines the five critical factors that emerged from the AR project: the competency development process, programme value added, trust between mentors and protégés, the prominence of the student-protégé in the improvement plans and the continuous improvement culture generated.     

The association between fundamental athletic movements and physical fitness in elite junior Australian footballers

This study investigated the associations between fundamental athletic movement and physical fitness in junior Australian football (AF). Forty-four under 18 players performed a fundamental athletic movement assessment consisting of an overhead squat, double lunge, single leg Romanian deadlift and a push up. Movements were scored on three assessment criterions using a three-point scale. Additionally, participants performed five physical fitness tests commonly used for talent identification in AF. A Spearman’s nonparametric correlation matrix was built, with correlation coefficients being visualised using a circularly rendered correlogram. Score on the overhead squat was moderately positively associated with dynamic vertical jump height on left (r_s = 0.40; P ≤ 0.05) and right (r_s = 0.30; P ≤ 0.05) leg take-off, stationary vertical jump (r_s = 0.32; P ≤ 0.05) and negatively associated with 20-m sprint time (r_s = ?0.35; P ≤ 0.05). Score on the double lunge (left/right side) was moderately positively associated with the same physical fitness tests as well as score on the multistage fitness test. Results suggest that improvements in physical fitness qualities may occur through concurrent increases in fundamental athletic movement skill, namely the overhead squat and double lunge movements. These findings may assist with the identification and development of talent.     

基于多源数据的全球高层次科技人才群体判别研究——以基因组学领域为例

基于高层次科技人才胜任力冰山模型,从论文、专利、重点实验室、著名企业、著名奖项和高影响力学术荣誉6个维度构建高层次科技人才群体判别指标,并以基因组学领域为研究实例,识别基因组学领域的全球高层次科技人才群体。通过对该群体进行国别、机构、代表性学者分析发现,全球约60%的高层次科技人才分布在美国,主要聚集在布洛德研究所、哈佛大学、麻省理工学院和加州大学等科研机构,并培养了Emmanuelle Charpentier、JenniferA. Doudna和Eileen Furlong等杰出学者。     

基于文献计量分析的国内外胜任力研究述评

以ISI Web of Science 数据库收录的期刊及CNKI中国学术文献出版总库收录的期刊2001-2011年间发表的关于胜任力的文献为基础数据源,利用文献计量、内容分析、共词分析等相关文献计量学分析方法,分析国内外胜任力研究现状及主题,并结合文献内容对国内在该领域的研究进行述评,找出差距和不足,为今后国内在该领域的研究提供借鉴。
