本分析了1995至2004年图书情报学国家社科基金立项情况和资助的重点，提出了申报该类课题的一些基本方法和技巧。     

论六朝经学的发展历程——魏晋南北朝经学史论之一

东汉是“经学极盛时代” ,但是后期的社会动乱使之急剧地由盛转衰。其后 ,六朝经学经历了由复苏到拓展的艰难历程。三国是儒学复苏的初始阶段。孙吴地区的经学是东汉经学的绪余 ,古文经学因统治者提倡而相对活跃。西晋经学呈北盛南衰之势。由于道家文化的兴盛 ,儒学影响力减退 ,经学研究进展不大。东晋崇儒抑玄之风渐兴 ,会稽、豫章等地学者治经实绩稍著。刘宋与南齐时期“家寻孔教 ,人诵儒书” ,崇尚儒学的社会风尚普遍形成。梁朝及陈朝 ,经学进入兴盛时期。学者多“博通经传” ,义疏都立言浩繁。其学风与实绩对隋、唐经学具有深刻影响     

Operation behaviors of ideal internal thermally coupled distillation columns

A lack of experience in operation is one of the major difficulties associated with the use of advanced energy saving distillation methods. The detailed operational studies of an ideal internal thermally coupled distillation column (ITCDIC) were carried out in this work paved the way for further control and design studies and its practical application. Project supported by National Environmental Protection Bureau of China (Huan-Ke-Ke, 1997, No 006)     

Disciplinary cultures and the moral order of studying – A case-study of four Finnish university departments

Based on qualitative data gathered in one Finnishuniversity, the article examines disciplinary culturesof four study fields: computer science, libraryscience and informatics, public administration, andsociology and social psychology. It is suggested thatthe core of each discipline can be conceptualized asa moral order that defines the basic beliefs, valuesand norms of the local culture. Following this frameof reference, the analysis of students' accountsdemonstrates essential differences regarding how thevirtues and vices of studying are understood and whatkinds of social identities are constructed indifferent fields. The implications of the results forthe quality assessment and the development ofuniversity teaching are discussed.

整体思维是中国传统文化的主要特征之一,对中国的兵学传统产生了重要影响。纵观兵学发展史,整体思维方式对兵学早熟起了积极作用。     

知识来源与形成的探讨

本文对知识来源与形成进行了初步的研究.指出人类知识来源于人类实践活动、人类长期积累的知识以及某些生理性的认知天赋;介绍了知识的现代信息加工模型;阐明了此项研究成果对情报学理论研究的影响.     

比较研究论述的形成——对我国比较教育研究中部分文献的内容分析

本文通过内容分析发现:比较研究主体的主要合作方式是学科内的合作,应加强学科外和跨国的合作;比较的维度主要集中在事物自身的属性上,应加强从关系研究和历史研究方面进行比较;比较研究的借鉴目的仍占主要优势,但是交流和理解的目的正在成为潮流;当前的大部分研究没有通过比较得出理论命题,是从经验走向经验,但也展示了一种理论命题形成的方式,那就是一般比较与影响比较和历史比较的结合。     

‘Education at our school is not free’: the hidden costs of fee-free schooling in Rwanda

As primary school enrolment rates in Rwanda near ubiquity, completion rates remain low and repetition rates remain high. This study investigates the impact of the ‘hidden costs’ of schooling in the context of Rwanda’s fee-free education policy. Using a social-science case study, focus groups and interviews were undertaken with 200 participants, including local leaders, school administrators, children and caregivers. Findings suggest children continue to contend with a range of school-related costs that impact attendance, performance and completion. Examination fees, after-school coaching and ‘voluntary’ parent-teacher association dues were found to have serious consequences for children’s educational experience. Findings illustrate how these ‘hidden costs’ may be a key factor explaining why children do not complete their schooling once enrolled. A series of policy recommendations are offered and broader implications for children’s rights and Education For All are discussed. Further in-depth and comparative study is required.     

The story so far: a summary of the contributions to the ‘Dissertations into practice’ feature

The ‘Dissertations into practice’ feature began life in March 2012 with a dual aim: to encourage students and new professionals to write for publication and to highlight the impact of student research on policy and practice. This article reflects on the initiative and to summarise what has been achieved so far. It highlights the diverse range of contributions to the feature so far and proves that student research can and does influence policy and practice. It also demonstrates that, with a bit of encouragement and support, students are willing and able to write for academic publication. AM
