浅论煤矿安全监控系统

近年来,我国煤矿安全事故频频发生,原因有瓦斯突出、透水渗水、非法操作、监控失效和设备故障等,除了人为和突发事件外,设备故障引起的事故也占不小的比例,因此建立完整的煤矿大型设备实时监测系统非常必要。     

足球机器人中图像的分割

针对足球机器人比赛中对实时性要求比较高的特点,在机器人识别过程中,采用了一种在颜色采样基础上的YUV颜色空间模型完成彩色图象分割。实验表明,YUV颜色空间模型可以很好的克服光照不同对视觉系统的影响,从而达到目标的正确分割。

Religious education in the context of sub‐Saharan Africa: the Malawian example

The argument in this paper is that in spite of the acknowledgement of plurality, many countries in sub‐Saharan Africa seem reluctant to introduce multi‐faith approaches preferring to maintain Christian confessionalism in religious education. Even in those countries where new approaches are being tried, there is some unwillingness to make wholesale changes throughout the school system. In some instances this state of affairs is precipitated not by educational policy but by the socio‐religious situation, which mirrors Christian ideals. This is better illustrated in the Malawian context where largely due in part to the historical Christian influence and for the fact Christianity is the major religion in the country, multi‐faith religious education introduced in schools was opposed. As a compromise to a difficult situation, government resolved to offer both multi‐faith religious education and the historical Bible knowledge on the school curriculum. Results of a school survey seem to indicate that Bible knowledge as opposed to multi‐faith religious education is still a favoured syllabus in schools, possible reasons of which are suggested. The conclusion is that efforts should be made to interest those still wary about multi‐faith religious education considering the benefits it can bring in a world today where heterogeneity rather than homogeneity is the acceptable reality.

汉、宋学术之争是中国思想史上最大的争论之一,也是清代学术界长期聚讼的一个主题,清代前期的许多学者都卷入了这场学术大讨论中。编纂于乾隆时期的《四库全书总目》恰恰反映了这一清代学术发展的趋势和状况,提出了经学史上著名的汉、宋二派说,体现了明显的重汉学、轻宋学的学术倾向,其秉持的学术态度和倾向作为一种思想红线,贯穿于《四库全书总目》的学术批评始终,成为《四库全书总目》经学观的精神内核和精髓。     

城市职业女性亚健康及干预对策研究

从城市职业女性亚健康判断标准和自我管理现状出发,根据其形成机理和影响因素,城市职业女性亚健康问题可以从以下几方面进行干预：加大政策导向力度,推行全民健康管理;依靠社会及行业组织,开展有效的健康管理服务;重视健身保健与健康管理人才培养;职业女性个体则应树立全新的健康理念,重视健身休闲,养成科学的饮食习惯,定期进行健康检查与评估,合理定位人生目标。     

基于ASP.NET高校网站群的开发及应用

针对高校网站群建设过程中存在的问题,研究网站群管理系统开发的相关技术,并分析了新闻类网站和教学资源类网站应具备的功能,在此基础上,设计了网站群管理系统技术架构和网站群工作流程,并给出了子网站编码及菜单编码技术、创建和管理子网站技术、网站群后台导航及子网站菜单实现技术、基于SWFUpload实现大文件和多文件传送技术.系统成功建设和管理了包含100多个子网站的学院网站集群,取得较好应用价值.     

Creating conversations: an inclusive approach to the international networking of knowledge about education

Networking has been central to human communication and social engagement for centuries, but has changed dramatically with the advent of new technology. However, the practice of networking has received little academic attention and tends to be undertheorised. This paper considers the impact of the global digital and communication divide, and the contested nature of inclusive education, on the task of promoting information sharing internationally. A summative case study is presented of a network, established to support the documentation of promising practice on inclusive education in countries with limited access to information and material resources. The case study uses autoethnographic methods to identify key principles for the development of an inclusive network. The significance of this paper is in its proposition of a working model of inclusive networking, which has potential to be developed into a theory.     

论数字多媒体资源的被动取证

阐述数字取证的定义及重要作用,从数字图像、数字视频、数字音频3个方面,论述数字多媒体资源的被动取证技术,认为目前还没有形成一套完整的多媒体资源的数字取证理论和实验体系,大多数还处于探索阶段,有待进一步深入研究.     

泰州地区劳动号子种类及其艺术特点研究

泰州地区有着丰厚的历史文化积淀,盛行于民间的劳动号子是具有原生态特征的广大普通百姓的艺术创造。兴化茅山号子被列入国家非物质文化遗产目录。深入研究这些形同中国传统民族民间音乐＂活化石＂的劳动号子,既有助于我们加深对中华传统优秀民间音乐的理解和认识,也有助于推进泰州形神兼备的历史文化名城建设。
