高职院校开展顶岗实习的探索与实践

鉴于顶岗实习教学环节对高职院校培养学生技能的重要性,针对这一环节实施的难点,结合石家庄铁路职业技术学院顶岗实习实例,介绍了顶岗实习的主要模式、组织形式和制度保障等,可为同类院校的项岗实习工作提供参考与借鉴。     

浅谈Giffen商品

在当今商品世界中存在一类特殊的商品,当它的价格上涨时人们对它的需求量没有下降反而增加,人们称这类商品为Giffen商品。对于到底是否存在Giffen商品目前还存在争论,但是Giffen这个概念的出现已经是不争的事实,专家和学者对于这样一种商品存在性的争论已经持续了150年之久,因为Giffen商品存在的条件非常苛刻导致Giffen案例也极为罕见,它是一种低劣的日常必需品,但消费支出占消费者收入的很大比重,所以Giffen商品是对收入仅能维持生存或者稍微有点宽裕的消费群体而言的。本文主要基于假设当商品价格上涨时,消费者对于商品在效用不变的情况下,找出了Giffen商品判断的临界点来判断Giffen商品的存在性。     

Assessment in higher education in the professions: action research as an authentic assessment task

The argument of this article is that assessment in higher education in the professions can benefit from quality assessment tasks linked to professional practice. Such an assessment task would need to be authentic requiring considerable intellectual skill as well as attending to the realities of professional demands. The idea of authentic assessment is developed by using five of Boud et al.'s propositions in higher educational assessment. This idea is illustrated by the use of action research in a teaching internship, that is, data driven learning in the workplace which also serves as an assessment task in the final year of a professional Bachelor degree. Some difficulties and some illustrative, positive student reactions are presented.     

Content and Context of the Administrative Internship: How Mentoring and Sustained Activities Impact Preparation

As universities prepare educational leaders for twenty-first century schools, the quality and authenticity of the internship experience require both the strengths of university faculty and the expertise of practitioners to create authentic experiences that seek to bridge the theory-to-practice divide. One mechanism to achieve this is through quality mentorship by school- and central-office-based personnel during the internship experience. A central aspect of this professional relationship is the ability for the mentor to provide access to quality activities that will prepare the aspiring leader for his/her first administrative position. This exploratory study examined language utilized by interns in their time logs as well as information gleaned from preliminary surveys of both interns and mentors upon completion of their experience. Findings revealed the complexity of language analysis and revealed a need for understanding activities of interns and interactions with mentors in a contextual fashion.     

论顶岗实习在高职教育中的作用

顶岗实习是高职院校培养适应经济社会发展需要的高技能应用型人才的重要模式。加强对顶岗实习在高职教育中重要地位的认识,明确顶岗实习的重要意义,科学应对顶岗实习中出现的问题,是有效发挥顶岗实习在高职人才培养中作用的重要保障。

Comparison among depths of penetration of different targets subjected to rigid projectile impact

The ratios of depth of penetration (DOP) of different targets under the same penetration condition was investigated according to the dimensionless formula of DOP of different targets penetrated by a non-deformable projectile.Results show that various targets may be equivalent to each other.The applicable range of the equivalence and the feasibility of targets substitution were discussed by integrating the available test data.     

基于高职新型“2+1”人才培养模式下顶岗实习的方案实施与研究

文章以郑州城市职业学院机电工程系学生顶岗实习为例,根据新型"2+1"人才培养模式要求,制订了本专业的顶岗实习方案,方案的实施有效地解决了期望值存在差距、实习效果不好、企业与学校完全脱节、职责关系不明确等诸多问题。
