行政抵抗权之法理分析

目前众多国内外的学者纷纷进行对相对人的抵抗权的研究,我们国家相关法律也对此做了一些类似规定。但是,我国行政法对于相对方的抵抗权的规定一直处于"犹抱琵琶半遮面"的状况,只在为数不多的法律文件中做了规定,因此作者认为行政相对方抵抗权已经能够在我国法律体制中发现,但是需要对其进行系统分析研究。     

培养基含水量对平菇抗杂菌能力胞外PH值及生物转化率的影响

本实验证明，培养基含水量70％有利于提高菌丝的抗杂能力，有利于提高生物转化率，且胞外PH值下降最迅速。培养基含水量在75％以下时，含水量越高出菇潮次越多。培养基含水量过高过低是影响杂菌污染率的最主要因素之一。建议实际生产中培养基含水量在65％－75％之间较为适宜。     

“七月诗派”抗战时期在桂林的诗歌创作

“七月诗派”作为一个在腥风血雨的严峻现实中崛起的高歌救亡的诗歌流派,这些诗人们在抗战炮声响起之后分别在根据地、敌后、国统区从事着民族的解放运动。由于当时桂林处于特殊的地理环境和政治地位,使得一部分“七月派”诗人先后驻足于桂林。他们在桂林的诗歌创作及活动,极大地繁荣了抗战时期的桂林诗坛,声援了全国的抗战斗争。     

儿童急性呼吸道感染中流感嗜血杆菌的检测与分型

目的 :为了解儿童急性呼吸道感染中的流感嗜血杆菌与生物分型及其对抗生素的敏感情况。方法 :对 78例急性呼吸道感染儿童采用常规方法进行了培养 ,药敏试验与生物分型。结果 :共分离出流感嗜血杆菌 33株 ,检出率为 4 2 .3% ,在对所有分离株进行的生物分型结果中 ,共检出 5型 ,其中以Ⅳ ,Ⅵ型居多 ,分别为Ⅳ型 8例 (2 4 .2 % ) Ⅵ型 13例 (39.4 % )。 33株分离出的流感嗜血杆菌中 ,全部菌株对氯霉素 ,氧氟沙星敏感 ,头孢拉定株 2 1(6 3.6 % ) 、头孢唑林 19株 (5 7.6 % )、去甲万古霉素 2 3株 (6 9.7% ) 、苯唑青霉素 31株 (93.4 % ) 、复方磺鞍甲基异唑 11株 (33.3% )、红霉素 4株 (13.2 % )。结论 :儿童急性呼吸道感染中流感嗜血杆菌有较高的检出率 ,以生物Ⅵ型和Ⅳ型居多。流感嗜血杆菌存在着严重的耐药倾向。     

Effect of obesity and insulin resistance on diabetic control

Diabetes Mellitus in obese and non-obese Indian individuals.AIMS: Effect of Obesity and insulin resistance on diabetic control.SETTINGS AND DESIGN: 50 each groups Diabetic individuals obese and non-obese.METHODS AND MATERIAL: On selected 50 each group diabetic patient and normal, following blood investigations has been performed—Plasma Glucose, Glycohemoglobin and Serum Insulin.STATISTICAL ANALYSIS USED: Individuals patient’s results were analyzed and compared with the normal controls.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The changes in glycosylated haemoglobin are mainly proportional to the post lunch glucose level (r=0.773) (p<0.01) and not correlated to circulating insulin or the body mass index. However the levels were higher in obese diabetes (Type I and II both) than in non-obese. Mechanism of resistance in insulin receptor interactions due to obesity is well known. However, obesity does not seem to affect directly glycosylated haemoglobin. Under such circumstances, the reduction of weight for a diabetic person can improve sugar control by minimizing insulin resistance and thereby can improve glycosylated haemoglobin levels.     

Effects of user experience on user resistance to change to the voice user interface of an in‑vehicle infotainment system: Implications for platform and standards competition

This study examines the effects of user experience on user resistance to change—particularly, on the relationship between user resistance to change and its antecedents (i.e. switching costs and perceived value) in the context of the voice user interface of an in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) system. This research offers several salient findings. First, it shows that user experience positively moderates the relationship between uncertainty costs (one type of switching cost) and user resistance. It also negatively moderates the association between perceived value and user resistance. Second, the research test results demonstrate that users with a high degree of prior experience with the voice user interface of other smart devices exhibit low user resistance to change to the voice user interface in an IVI system. Third, we show that three types of switching costs (transition costs, in particular) may directly influence users to resist a change to the voice user interface. Fourth, our test results empirically demonstrate that both switching costs and perceived value affect user resistance to change in the context of an IVI system, which differs from the traditional IS research setting (i.e. enterprise systems). These findings may guide not only platform leaders in designing user interfaces, user experiences, and marketing strategies, but also firms that want to defend themselves from platform envelopment while devising defensive strategies in platform and standards competition.     

人性的复苏与抗争——论曹禺剧作中的女性形象兼及曹禺的女性观

曹禺剧作中的女性形象,大胆﹑叛逆﹑与众不同,曹禺把她们作为一个真正的“人”凸现出来,她们不再是男人的影子,而是像男人一样能够争取主动权、拥有独立人格的人,这也是曹禺不同于同时代作家的创作特点;但剧中女性人物的性格在她们悲剧性的人生历程中决不起主导作用,“情出于性”,所以,作者从情爱角度,将其投放在情感的三角关系中,用人性化的文笔剖析中国千百年来封建女性悲剧的实质——人性的复苏乃至与整个男权社会抗争造成的悲剧。     

Resistance partial factor and reliability of cast ball-and-socket support joint

Considering the uncertainty of material performance, geometric characteristic and analysis method, the analysis of statistical parameters of the resistance of cast ball-and-socket support joints and the reliability analysis are carried out by JC method (improved first-order second-moment method) based on the relevant experimental data. Results show that the resistance partial factor of the joint increases with the increase of the reliability index. The resistance partial factors are suggested corresponding to the reliability index under different load combinations. Moreover, the suggested resistance partial factor is adopted in reliability design, and it is found that the reliability index of the joint is larger than the target reliability index. The optimal load combination is the one in which live load plays an important control role. Finally, based on the suggested resistance partial factors, the reliability analysis of cast ball-and-socket support joints of a project is conducted.     

单摆在液体中的振动

由摆球浸入不同温度纯水中的小角阻尼振动实验,发现角振幅衰减及振动周期不随液体黏度发生改变。采用改进平均法求解平方阻尼作用下单摆小角振动微分方程,得到角位移随时间变化的解析表达式,据此得到的角振幅衰减及振动周期的定量结果与实验数据符合。得出结论:摆球在液体中振动时受到的流体阻力是与液体黏度无关的平方阻力;平方阻尼常量与液体的密度成正比,与摆球半径及密度的乘积成反比;摆球浸入液体时的阻尼振动、角振幅衰减是非指数型的,衰减速度和振动周期都与平方阻尼常量密切相关。
