Reconceptualising educational assessment in South Africa — testing times for teachers

This paper explores some of the problems arising when Continuous Assessment (CA) is grafted onto established pedagogic practices. It focuses on three issues: teachers' restricted understandings of assessment, teachers' emphasis on criteria that demonstrate concern with social control, and some of the problems connected with peer assessment. Two vignettes derived from fieldwork associated with a project to improve the quality of primary education are used to raise the issues. We argue that the development of desired practices is hampered above all by tacit values in tension with those underpinning the new curriculum. These values, together with the complexity of curriculum design, create serious problems of manageability and interpretation, which can only be addressed through detailed interactive in-service training, aimed at reconceptualising teachers' notions of assessment.

体育院校是我国体育人才资源的重要集散地。体育院校跨世纪优秀人才和学科带头人的培养关系到我国高等体育院校的生存和发展。本文对我国体育院校的高级人才的历史和现状进行了分析，认为“断层”和“老化”的危机已经出现，提出了跨世纪优秀人才的培养方略。     

枣庄市城区初中生运动能力及身体素质现状的调查与分析

在调研枣庄市城区初中生运动能力和身体素质发展变化的基础上，根据2000年中国国民体质监测系统的研究指标。将枣庄市城区初中生五项身体素质指标与全国同龄组的平均数、标准差进行横向比较，论证了枣庄市城区初中生身体素质的现有水平与动态变化。以为今后体育教学改革和领导决策提供参考依据。     

国有企业股份制改造中存在的问题与出中

国有企业股份制改造势在必行，但在改造过程中产生了许多问题，投资主体不明确，国有资产大量流失，董事会产生和运作不规范，非经营性资产不能合理剥离，存量资产仍处凝固状态，股权不平等等问题，需建立相应的解决问题的对策。     

青岛市中小学课程改革的现状分析与思考

课程改革是整个教育改革的核心问题。青岛市中小学课程改革已进行了多年 ,也取得了一定成绩 ,尤其是高中选修课学分制、职业教育改革和小学“双语”教学改革实验 ,均获得了较成功的经验 ,但仍有较大差距。青岛市作为沿海经济发达地区 ,必须及早针对课程结构和内容进行改革 ,以带动基础教育管理、教材内容、教学方法和教学手段等方面的全面改革。本文针对青岛市现行课程存在的一些弊端作了较为全面的剖析 ,并提出了今后课程改革的基本思路     

体育产品和服务的需求与供给——从经济学的视角看我国全民健身的制约因素

在对群众体育性质进行分析界定的基础上,运用文献资料和逻辑分析方法,从体育的需求与提供两个方面对当前制约全民健身的因素进行探讨。分析认为,全民健身面临两个主要问题,一是群众对体育的有效需求不足;二是面对群众体育需求的多元化,政府、市场和非政府体育组织的体育供给都存在不同程度的“失灵”。从发展民间体育组织、细分体育市场等方面提出发展策略。     

Basic skill requirements for selected Army occupational training courses

This study investigated the basic cognitive skills soldiers must possess before entering the Army, skills that are needed for successful completion of entry-level training. Judgments of 126 instructors from 25 military occupational specialties were obtained on 129 candidate skills, which resulted in the identification of 55 basic skills. Factor analysis of these 55 skill items resulted in 11 interpretable factors. Mean scores on the factors were compared across factors and across Army training schools. The results of the study suggest that, for all occupational specialties studied, skills related to the learning process are as crucial as traditional academic skills for successful training course completion. These results have important implications for training for the Army as well as for industry.

当前的课程改革使课堂的外延比较以前有了极大的延伸,这给语文课教学带来了挑战,并对语文教师提出了更高的要求,中学语文教师必须与时俱进,以新的理念、新的视角来探索语文课的教法,以合理的资源配置来提升教学质量.
