地方高校教学督导工作创新的实践与思考

教学督导工作制度是高校内部教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分。本文结合笔者所在高校开展教学督导工作的实际,论述了教学督导工作的定位;阐述了教学督导工作的内容与方法;从强化高校教学督导的地位和作用是高校教学质量保障的必然要求,完善教学督导的保障机制,加强对教学督导工作理论与实践的研究等三方面提出加强和深化高校督导工作的建议。     

党风廉政建设视域中的党内“两询”制度试点状况述评

党的十六大以来,对党风廉政建设和党内监督制度进行了积极有益的探索和实践,特别是对党内询问、质询(合称"两询")的积极试点,对党风廉政建设的推进取得了不少着实难得的成就和经验。发展完善以党内"两询"为代表的党内监督制度,树立党员在党内的主体地位,对推进党风廉政建设有重要意义。     

论北宋黄河治理中的物料检计

北宋时期黄河频繁决溢、日常防护不断,由此也导致物料的日常耗费、储备规模都颇为可观.为保障黄河防治的顺利开展,朝廷也逐渐在物料的准备、使用、保管等多重环节加强检计,形成一整套较为完善的体制,从而对当时的黄河防治发挥了重要作用.北宋时期黄河防治中物料检计制度的确立,对宋代乃至后世的黄河防治都具有一定的积极作用.     

行政审批取消、下放后的事中事后监管制度探析——以浙江省湖州市为例

文章分析行政审批取消和下放后出现的3个共性问题和4个具体问题,同时重点阐述了浙江省湖州市在行政审批取消和下放后出现的行政成本增加、承接技术力量不足和实际办事流程不减反增这3种新情况,提出了政府层面在行政审批取消和下放后需要高度关注的5种新情况。最后,有针对性地提出了完善行政审批取消和下放后加强事中事后监管制度的相关对策建议。     

高职院校后勤改革中思想教育与监督控制机制研究--以天津石油职业技术学院后勤改革为例

在高职院校后勤改革攻坚阶段,加强对师生员工的政治思想教育,强化对后勤服务的监督管理,决定着后勤改革的成败。面对高职院校后勤体制改革取得的成果、现状和问题,高职院校后勤改革攻坚阶段必须加强师生员工思想教育,建立高职院校后勤教育管理与监督控制相结合的机制,通过协调市场化运作与服务师生、员工利益间的矛盾,把握改革进入深水区后竞争与服务的危险点,具有重要意义。     

Organizing youth work(ers) through the paradox of play

A recent focus among communication scholars, the study of contradiction and paradox illuminates the inherent irrationality of organizing. The following case study examines how youth labor – cast as play – functions as a series of tensions and contradictions in the day-to-day construction of work(er) between adults and youth. Mirroring the popular reality TV show, The Apprentice, the program under study communicated contradictory messages about youth work(ers) in terms of: (1) proving/discounting oneself as worker, (2) demanding confidence while orchestrating uncertainty and (3) playing along versus being playful in the organizationally prescribed framework, effectively dismissing work(ers) essential to the functioning of the organization. My analysis demonstrates how the framing of youth’s work as a game delegitimized youth work(ers) resulting in potentially exploitative working conditions, and serves as a call to communication scholars to better account for youth as workers, while pointing to similar implications for other types of provisional and contingent work(ers).     

关于我国研究生学位授权审核制度的再思考

回顾我国学位授权审核制度及其历史演进,分析学位授权审核的作用,指出学位授权审核存在的问题,提出完善学位授予审核制度的七项建议,主要包括科学放权与有序监督相结合,统筹布局学科点和培养单位,学位授权审核与质量保障监督机制相结合,学科工作实行一体化动态管理,优化调整学科结构和人才培养类型,引导学位授予单位合理定位和特色发展等。     

试析广场效应对司法公正的影响及其引导

以社会心理学的广场效应为视角论述司法公正,结合广场效应和司法公正的定义,以张金柱案、美国辛普森案以及近两年颇受争议的死磕派律师的行为为例证,论述广场效应对司法公正的影响,并对如何正确利用广场效应以获得司法公正提出若干建议。     

Teaching Practicum assessment in post-apartheid teacher education: Is it self-serving or serving students?

This article investigates common understandings and practices of a group of supervisors assessing students during the Teaching Practicum in South Africa. In the light of this context and the need for a constructivist approach to develop students to be able to teach in diverse contexts, the question that the research intends to answer is as follows: What are the common foci of supervisors as reflected in their teaching practicum assessment reports? A randomly mixed sample of 33 narrative reports, taken from 5 supervisors was analysed to gain insight into the assessment report. Findings are presented as five assessment discourses and an argument is presented for the Teaching Practicum assessment to shift towards a student-oriented developmental approach that is neither hierarchical nor judgmental but aims at serving students’ professional development that meets the challenges of culturally diverse societies.
