中国-东盟自由贸易区协定及其对广西经贸的影响

《中国-东盟全面经济合作框架协议的货物贸易协定》、《中国-东盟全面经济合作框架协议的争端解决机制协定》作为中国-东盟自由贸易区的新法律文件,以强调国民待遇等3个原则、平等互利、互为公平的具体货物贸易规则以及以仲裁为主的争端解决规则为主要内容.这两个协定的签订为中国-东盟自由贸易区的真正运作奠定了法律基础,同时也对在中国-东盟自由贸易区具有区位优势的广西产生相应的作用和影响.     

Tasks, topics and relevance judging for the TREC Genomics Track: five years of experience evaluating biomedical text information retrieval systems

With the help of a team of expert biologist judges, the TREC Genomics track has generated four large sets of “gold standard” test collections, comprised of over a hundred unique topics, two kinds of ad hoc retrieval tasks, and their corresponding relevance judgments. Over the years of the track, increasingly complex tasks necessitated the creation of judging tools and training guidelines to accommodate teams of part-time short-term workers from a variety of specialized biological scientific backgrounds, and to address consistency and reproducibility of the assessment process. Important lessons were learned about factors that influenced the utility of the test collections including topic design, annotations provided by judges, methods used for identifying and training judges, and providing a central moderator “meta-judge”.     

庭审阶段补充侦查之我见

补充侦查是一项刑事诉讼制度．它对于刑事诉讼目的实现有很重要的作用。但当运用于司法实践时却出现了一些问题,尤其是审判过程中的补充侦查并没有起到其应有的作用,相反却成为侵害被告人合法权利、司法机关权威以及司法公正的制度。因此。笔者认为应该取消庭审中的补充侦查。     

一则师生心理契约违背与破裂的典型个案研究

文章首先以双向视角对心理契约等有争议的概念作了明确界定,并通过一个案例分析了师生心理契约违背、破裂的演变过程。在此基础上,指出学校管理者应高度重视心理契约对师生行为的影响,了解师生心理契约构建与履行的基本机制,发挥心理契约对师生双方的激励与约束双重功能。     

村庄的契合性与契合型村庄的治理模式——以苏北房庄的调查为例

以苏北房庄的个案调研为基础,探讨区域性的村治模式。以行动单位为理解村庄生活的切入点,考察个体同家人、村民以及村干部之间的互动关系以此来理解村庄的性质,同时分析契合型村庄的治理模式。     

政府采购法律制度初探

2003年1月1日起实施的《中华人民共和国政府采购法》是一部规范政府采购行为的重要法律,该法的颁布对于促进政府采购的快速健康发展有着重大意义。本文通过对中国政府采购法与政府采购协议的几个相关问题以及它们之间的差异进行比较分析,进而阐述中国加入政府采购协议的前景与存在的问题,以及中国为此应采取的策略。     

A comparison of the agreement,internal consistency,and 2-day test stability of the InBody 720, GE iDXA,and BOD POD® gold standard for assessing body composition

The study compared the agreement, internal consistency, and measurement stability of the GE iDXA, BOD POD, and InBody 720. Body composition of 43 men and 37 women (31.4 ± 10.7 years; 90% Caucasian and 10% other) was assessed in triplicate using each method over two different days. Mean percent body fat (% BF) of the participants was different for all three machines (27.6 ± 10.0% [GE iDXA)] 25.6 ± 10.4% [BOD POD], and 21.3 ± 10.6% [InBody 720]; p < .05). The coefficient of variation for same day repeated measures was 1.06% (GE iDXA), 3.29% (BOD POD), and 2.97% (InBody 720). The coefficient of variation for 2-day repeated measures was 1.81% (GE iDXA), 4.61% (BOD POD), and 4.24% (InBody 720). The difference between the GE iDXA and BOD POD was within acceptable variability, while the InBody 720 significantly underestimated % BF. The internal consistency was highest for the GE iDXA, followed by the InBody 720, and then the BOD POD.     

Preschool teachers and classroom aides: Same context,similar perceptions of children's behaviors?

This study explored the correspondence and differences between school staff perceptions of preschool children's social skills and behavior problems. One hundred preschoolers were assessed by 14 pairs of teachers and classroom aides with the Preschool and Kindergarten Behavior Scales – 2^nd Edition (PKBS‐2 Portuguese version). Indexes of agreement and disagreement were calculated. Risk levels and item analyses of PKBS‐2 scores according to both informants' ratings were compared. A higher level of agreement was obtained for social skills scores than for behavior problems (mean correlation of .62). No statistically significant differences between informants were obtained for the risk levels, and item analyses revealed a similar pattern of behaviors that were most and least rated by both informants. Results indicate that the classroom aides' perspective on preschool assessment represents a reliable input, which justifies that they network with teachers in addressing preschoolers' social‐emotional and behavioral challenges.

现在我国与独联体国家在政治、经济、文化等方面的交流日益扩大,签订协议是其交流活动的重要组成部分。俄语中有关国际条约的词数量众多,名称各异,其中一些协议名称有自己的适用范围,了解其差异很有必要。     

金融危机前后C5航线远期运费波动溢出效应比较

基于远期运费协议(Forward Freight Agreement,FFA)市场与干散货运输实体市场间的波动溢出关系对正确评价FFA市场的效率及企业是否参与该市场的决策具有重要意义.用AR,VAR和VEC所提取的均值方程残差作为溢出因子代入GARCH和EGARCH波动方程中,以考察C5航线在金融危机前后波动溢出效应的变化.主要的实证结论:该航线的远期和即期存在双向波动溢出;远期对即期的波动溢出在金融危机后获得加强;远期的当期残差在各阶段的溢出强度远远高于滞后一期的残差,说明当天的远期信息深度影响着当天的即期实体市场。
