一维粘弹性问题的广义差分法

讨论了一维粘弹性问题的广义差分法．对这类问题的有限元方法的研究已有部分工作．本文将应用广义差分法离散一堆粘弹性问题，得到最优的W^1,p和L^p(2≤P≤∞)模误差估计及广义差分解uk与广义的Ritz-Volterra投影Vku之间的超收敛的W^1,P(2≤p≤∞)模估计。     

布儒斯特角显微镜和单分子膜表面形貌研究技术

用布儒斯特角显微镜研究了花生酸分子成膜过程中单分子膜表面形貌的动态变化，发现在气／液界面上花生酸分子首先形成岛状分布，随着表面压的增加形成完整的单分子膜，而当表面压达到崩溃压后薄膜出现裂纹，分子膜重叠，形成多层膜。分析了花生酸单分子膜的形成机理。     

自组装膜的表面反应及自组膜的构筑

界面反应已成为界面自组装构筑的一个重要反应方面.从自组装膜的形成及自组装膜的气相、液相、膜上分子交联反应以及膜表面大分子寡聚体的设计组装等几个方面的表面反应对近年来自组装膜构筑方面的进展予以分析和综述.引用文献23篇.     

Method evaluation of an enzymatic method for serum creatinine

Selecting the correct method for routine analysis by ‘method evaluation’ is an important component of quality assurance. It is a step-wise procedure that evaluates various analytical parameters like accuracy, precision etc of the given method. Finally reference intervals are established for selected population. We evaluated an enzymatic method for serum creatinine. The results show that it is an acceptable method based on the above mentioned criteria.     

FDI、贸易开放与CO_2排放:以山东省为例

基于向量误差修正模型(VECM),利用山东省1995-2012年时间序列数据,实证分析了外商直接投资(FDI)和对外贸易开放水平对碳排放强度的影响,研究发现:FDI对碳排放强度具有抑制效应,对外贸易开放度对碳排放强度具有助长效应,且后者的弹性系数为前者的1.5倍。论文给出的政策建议:升级外商投资的能耗准入标准;创造良好外部条件利用外商直接投资技术溢出效应以加快山东省低碳技术发展步伐;及时淘汰内资企业中的落后产能,避免内资企业成为"污染天堂"的替罪羊;发挥山东省的示范和借鉴价值、挖掘区域经济的发展潜力,须建立和落实生态补偿制度等。     

西北干旱区地表水与地下水资源转换的几个问题探讨

从山区至平原，地表水与地下水之间在不同地质地貌单元相互转换，是我国西北干旱区山前平原水资源的主要特点，直接影响到水资源开发利用模式的变化。随着和水利用率不断提高，减少了地下水补给来源，引起地下水位下降，泉水量削减，甚至枯竭，迫使泉灌区边城井灌。这在水资源西藏高原、森林资源、持续发展     

浅谈异体字整理的理据性

上世纪50年代所进行的异体字整理,采用了较为简单的“从俗、从简、书写方便”的原则,虽然取得了一定的成就,但从整个汉字系统而言,却使一些选用字丧失理据性,造成一定程度的失误。我们在今后的字形规范中重点应放在优化不合理的字形结构上。     

Application of response surface methodology in medium optimization for pyruvic acid production of <Emphasis Type="Italic">Torulopsis glabrata</Emphasis> TP19 in batch fermentation

Response surface methodology （RSM） was used to optimize the fermentation medium for enhancing pyruvic acid production by Torulopsis glabrata TP19. In the first step of optimization, with Plackett-Burman design, ammonium sulfate, glucose and nicotinic acid were found to be the important factors affecting pyruvic acid production significantly. In the second step, a 23 full factorial central composite design and RSM were applied to determine the optimal concentration of each significant variable. A second-order polynomial was determined by the multiple regression analysis of the experimental data. The optimum values for the critical components were obtained as follows： ammonium sulfate 0.7498 （10.75 g/L）, glucose 0.9383 （109.38 g/L） and nicotinic acid 0.3633 （7.86 mg/L） with a predicted value of maximum pyruvic acid production of 42.2 g/L. Under the optimal conditions, the practical pyruvic acid production was 42.4 g/L. The determination coefficient （R^2） was 0.9483, which ensures adequate credibility of the model. By scaling up fermentation from flask to jar fermentor, we obtained promising results.     

Development of integrated precision vibration-assisted micro-engraving system

A novel precision vibration-assisted micro-engraving system was developed by the integration of fast tool servo and ultrasonic elliptical vibration system, in which the flexure hinge was designed to avoid backlash and PID control algorithm was established to guarantee specific precision. Apart from experimental validation of the performance of the system, various micro-V-grooves cutting experiments on aluminum alloy, ferrous material and hard cutting material were performed, in which Kistler force sensor was used to measure cutting force. Through experiments, it was clear that the vibration-assisted micro-engraving system can ensure good quality of micro-V-grooves and reduce cutting force by about 60% compared with traditional removal process without ultrasonic vibration.     

基于MATLAB的结构可靠度分析方法研究

基于结构可靠度分析方法—JC法、蒙特卡罗法和响应面法的基本原理,利用MATLAB软件对算例编制了相应计算程序,并对计算结果进行了比较.计算结果表明,利用MATLAB可以编制结构可靠度分析程序,计算结果较快,数据合理,并为复杂结构的可靠性分析提供参考.
