王阳明哲学的现代诠释

王阳明哲学是对人的生活世界和心灵世界的思想体系架构,它不仅是思想理论的创造性的反思,也是对身心修养和道德实践的体验的直接描述。王阳明心学思想体系可归结为本体论、工夫论、境界论。本体论是其思想学说中的世界观和基础理论。工夫论就是其心学的方法论。工夫论是本体论的具体的展开,它探讨人生宇宙本体的呈现和实现的方法途径。境界论就是其道德修养的目的论,它说明了人生的意义。自得、体验、实践是诠释阳明哲学的三个要素、原则。

Necropolitical voices and bodies in the rhetorical reception of Iranian women's asylum claims

In the mid-1990s, US immigration courts were introduced to a group of Iranian women who claimed that they feared persecution because of their “pro-Western and feminist” political opinions and because of the way they performed gender on their bodies. The claims were, in total, unsuccessful bids to asylum. Analyzing these cases set against the geopolitical background of US–Iranian history and contemporary relations, I argue that their denials illustrate three important dynamics. First, building on rhetorical theorizing of voice and body, this essay demonstrates the uneasy reception in US law and politics of willful noncitizen women of color with explicit political voices and bodies, and second, the consequential racialization of these subjects as willful, unorderable migrant subjects too akin in their sovereignty to their state of birth. Third, this analysis adds to the field's attentiveness to geopolitics by consequently demonstrating US necropolitical desires toward Iran in the state's engagement with these cases. I argue that for the United States to recognize these claimants as having political voices contrary to their state would be to recognize the presence and legitimacy of that state—a sovereign that challenges US power and modernity on the global stage.     

多极化与中国的战略选择

文章指出世界多极化趋势已成为不可逆转的潮流，中国在多极化进程中面临重大挑战，必须作出战略选择，才能长期稳定地成为世界的一极，这关系到未来中国的前途和命运。为此，文章回答了两个问题：(一)中国为什么竭力主张世界多极化?(二)中国能否长期稳定地成为世界的一极?

教育是与人的生活密切相关的活动,在一个弘扬人的主体性的时代,教育与人的生存状态有着密切的关系。本文从人的本真存在的角度分析了教育面临的危机,并为危机的解决提出设想。     

Powerful Actor and Hesitant Institutionalization: The State in the History of Turkish Football

We examine the validity of the assumptions of the new institutional theory about the state over the history of national football league as an institutional field in Turkey. The state is not out of the field, on the contrary, at the centre of the field, and is not an ordinary actor but the most important one although the intensity of the state’s impact changes from time to time. Sometimes, the state founds the football clubs and administrates them directly, decides who will be the champion; and sometimes, authorizes the regulative agency and gives autonomy. However, despite the state’s coercive power on the ground, the Turkish football field is still far from being fully institutionalized with its fluctuating structure.     

全球治理问题研究的回顾与前瞻

全球治理概念以及内涵的分析和探讨已成为国际关系理论中研究的重要内容,十年来中国学术界逐渐认识和理解了全球治理的概念与分析的逻辑过程.文章首先简要概述中国研究人员对全球治理的探讨与研究,其次剖析目前全球治理研究中存在的问题,而后以此为基础提出需要进一步研究的未来议程.笔者认为,全球治理需要从本体论上进行理论与实践方面的研究,进而把理论与实践二者辨证地结合起来,不断推进全球治理理论的研究.

本文提出推广G.Debreu商品空间构造商品相空间的概念,用它可表示主体人所处开放的复杂的社会经济巨系统中市场经济的状态;商品状态参量演化的历史。描述市场里的经济活动。特别是商品相空间中反常态(O,P)具有极大的破坏作用,以及奴隶制经济诞生的根源。建造了外向型经济内向型经济相互转化的语言模型和数理模型。论证了期货价值定理。提出了修订海南20年规划为二百年发展规划的初议。     

浅谈企业管理模式的选择对企业的影响

国有大中型企业管理模式的选择，对企业的生存和发展取决定作用。本文通过对开滦集团公司管理模式的分析，认识到专业化重组是搞活国有大中型企业的有效途径。     

Numerical Simulation of Concrete Plate Damaged Under Explosive Loading

The grisliness after-effects can be induced by explosion accident with the collapsing of the structures, the demolishing of the equipments and the casualty of the human beings. Isolation belt constructed between the blast point and the construction is one of the useful design schemes for blast resistance. The nonlinear procedure ANSYS/LSDYNA970 is used to simulate the contact detonation and the isolation belt of blast resistance filled with the air or water respectively. The results indicate that the maximal damage can be caused by the contact detonation, and the isolation belt of blast resistent filled with water can reduce the damage greatly.
