对民办院校打造良好社会形象问题的思考

民办院校必须重视打造自己良好的社会形象,良好的社会形象是民办院校的无形资产和宝贵资源。社会是民办院校的一面镜子。打造良好社会形象是一项艰巨的系统工程,注重内涵发展,始终把提高办学质量和人才培养水平放在首位,是这一形象工程的出发点、支撑点、着力点和落脚点。打造良好社会形象是全体员工的共同责任,需要脚踏实地的长期努力。     

老年人冬季运动心肺生理指标参数变化分析

目的:研究老年人冬季运动心肺生理指标参数变化情况,进行定量分析,为指导老年人冬季运动锻炼和身体健康指标恢复治疗提供参考。方法:研究对象为市老年人冬季运动协会组织的1024例冬季运动爱好者,对于所有的测定结果,分析不同年龄段进行冬季运动跟踪训练与测试。结果:对照组CG2的最大摄氧量VO2max,O2Pmax,METSmax与其它两组具有显著性差异,对于测试组TG,其LOADmax对比与P0.05和P0.01。结论:通过冬季运动,能改善老年人的肺功能指标参量,改善老年人的健康状态。

智能电动汽车路径跟踪控制方法研究

基于LQR参数整定设计最优控制器,是目前最优控制设计采用最广泛的一种方法。首先建立汽车动力学模型并分析汽车路径跟踪过程。利用LQR最优控制算法实现对汽车路径跟踪的控制。另外,采用整定参数的方式分析改变目标函数中权矩阵Q和R对控制性能的影响,从而得到控制性能较好的一对权矩阵,得到较好的控制策略。并利用仿真结果验证所采用的方法能达到很好的控制效果。     

基于Simulink的燃料电池汽车混合动力电驱动系统仿真

首先分析了燃料电池汽车混合动力电驱动系统基本结构并给出了等效电路,建立了电驱动系统的动态数学模型,主要包括:燃料电池系统、动力蓄电池、电动机和DC/DC转换器四个模块。采用最小二乘法对模型的参数进行了估计,典型工况下的估计结果显示模型的准确性。其次根据设计目标要求,设计了主要部件的功率参数,并提出了适合不同工作模式的车辆控制策略。然后基于Simulink软件平台,建立了前向式仿真模型。最后进行仿真试验,其结果分析表明,建立的电驱动系统模型有较好的动力性、经济性和平顺性,为燃料电池汽车整车研究提供了仿真平台。     

贵州省地方高校体育教育专业篮球课程建设问题研究

在体育教育专业的培养实践过程中,篮球同样是作为一门必不可少的课程,因此篮球课程体系建设与改革研究一直以来备受关注。地方高校体育教育专业篮球课程建设与改革问题成为篮球教学实践过程中一个不可回避的问题。论文在梳理当前我国高校体育教育专业篮球课程改革现状的基础上,围绕着地方高校体育教育专业篮球课程建设过程中的具体问题展开研究,包括篮球课程建设的科研实践问题、篮球课程建设的教学质量问题、篮球课程建设的教务管理问题和篮球课程建设的考核评价问题,最后对篮球课程建设的实施过程进行反思与总结,为地方高校体育专业球类课程建设提供参考。     

Research on teaching practicum – a systematic review

The aim of the present study is to conduct a systematic review research which focuses on research studies into the school practicum. In order to identify the main issues and also to provide a contemporary picture of practicum, 114 studies published on the topic are reviewed and analysed in terms of: (i) aims, (ii) main participants, (iii) methodology used and (iv) the main outcomes emerging. Many of the reviewed studies take pre-service teachers as their main participants. The review also shows that many practicum studies are relatively small-scale studies since they are mainly qualitative focused and findings derived from a relatively small sample. This suggests that more large-scale studies are needed in the field in order to provide greater insight into teaching practicum. Finally, this systematic review provides some food for thought in the area of practicum research and promotes further studies in this complex field.

Lyapunov-based design of locally collocated controllers for semi-linear parabolic PDE systems

The design problem of collocated feedback controllers is addressed in this paper for a class of semi-linear distributed parameter systems described by parabolic partial differential equation (PDE), where a finite number of local actuators and sensors are intermittently distributed in space. A Lyapunov direct method for the exponential stability analysis of the resulting closed-loop system is first presented for the system, in which the first mean value theorem for integration and the Wirtinger's inequality are employed. The corresponding stabilization condition is then derived through the analysis result. Finally, the proposed design method is implemented on the feedback control of a fisher equation and its effectiveness is evaluated through simulation results.
