变革传统的学校教育创建开放的学习环境

在传统的学校教育中,学生的学习环境是封闭的,主要表现为:学习场所局限于狭小的物理空间;课程内容与学习资源缺乏选择性;教学和评价以教师为中心。随着技术的发展和社会的进步,需要对传统学校教育进行有效的变革,为每一个学生的个性化学习创建开放的学习环境。

影响外语学习的因素多种多样，而情感因素对学习效果起着至关重要作用。本文拟从影响外语学习的情感因素入手，解析各因素的影响，提请广大外语教育工作者重视情感因素在教学中的作用，并提出了一些可行性建议。     

Assessment of Cooperative Learning: A Goal-Criterion Approach

The problem of assessment of non-traditional teaching techniques has long challenged educational administrators and faculty. The approach to assessment that we followed in this instance employed a model that we developed to assess group learning, variously known as cooperative learning, collaborative learning, or team learning. We applied the model to group-based case study courses that included innovative enhancements such as group exams and group-based role-play. The model required balanced representation among multiple learning criteria arranged in six goal-criterion sets, all drawn from the literature on group learning. We designed a test instrument based on the model and administered the instrument to 85 students near the end of three business strategy courses. Imbalances among criteria in the six goal-criterion sets helped identify and correct weaknesses in course design and in methods of instruction.

大学英语中个性化教学的探索与实践

个性化教学不是一种学习方式或方法,而是一种教育理念。在每个学生接受传授的同时,以学生为中心,目的是让学生按自己的进度,用自己的方法来学习他们所需要的内容,计算机和网络技术是必要的硬件保证。文章探讨了使用计算机进行个性化教学的利与弊以及如何进行个性化教学。最后,作者以一次教学尝试说明了个性化教学的可行性和效果。     

The Use and Misuse of Standardized Testing: A Whiteheadian Point of View

First an overview is given about the actual national and international situation concerning standardized testing. Then two major reasons are presented why accountability systems based on standardized testing have become so widespread: (a) the missing validity and reliability of teachers’ assessment of students’ achievement, and (b) the important role standardized testing plays for out-put management in educational systems.On the basis of these considerations Alfred North Whitehead’s critical remarks on external standardized testing are presented. Whitehead’s main point is that external standardized testing limits the freedom of teachers to adapt to the complex, situation specific circumstances in order to obtain a maximum of the creative learning process for students who are conceived as specialists. Instead external testings lead to “teaching to the test.” As a consequence, the attitude of creative, adventurous exploration is undermined and substituted by simple pattern recognition, narrow visions, and even boredom. Finally, the question is raised whether there is any possibility of developing a measurement tool which on the one side meets scientific test criteria, and on the other side is still flexible enough to do justice to needs of individual schools – which according to Whitehead are the essential educational unit – and not vice versa, as it is the case at present with external standardized testing. That such a flexible approach to evaluation is possible is demonstrated by the presentation of the basic ideas of the MSS (Module Approach to Self-Evaluation of School Development Projects) which has been developed and examined in ten schools by the author and his collaborators.

一类两种群食饵-捕食者模型的定性分析

具功能性反应的两种群食饵-捕食者模型：＆=xg（x）-yφ（x）,＆=y（-d＋eφ（x））当食饵种群的相对增长率g（x）与捕食者种群的捕食率φ（x）都是非线性的情况,运用微分方程稳定性理论和Poincaré-Bend ixon环域定理,探讨了系统平衡点的稳定性,给出系统极限环存在的充分条件.     

Study on the submerged fermentation (SMF) of termitomyces eurrhizus

The influence of KH\-2PO\-4, peptone and brown sugar on Termitomyces fuliginosu's mycelium formation was studied with the application of the design of quadratic rotation general combination based on determining the growth curve. A quadratic regression model of biomass to the doses of the above three factors was established. The model fit well and therefore the optimum fermentation condition was obtained. Responses of biomass to the three single factors and to their interactions were discussed. Thus, the highest level of biomass, 21.1 g/L, appeared under the optimized conditions when the initial KH\-2PO\-4, peptone and brown sugar were 1 g/L, 4 g/L and 72 g/L respectively.     

一带一路背景下南亚东南亚来华留学生学习动机对学业成绩的影响研究

对留学生的个人特征、学习动机与学业成绩进行比较分析,学习动机主要从学习成就、职业价值、社会取向成就、技能成就四方面进行调查研究。采用随机抽样的方法选取100名学生,利用SPSS 19.0对样本数据进行分析,结果表明:年级、年龄及性别对留学生的学习动机水平和学业成绩均无显著性影响;不同学科对学生学业成绩有一定影响;学业成绩与学习动机呈显著正相关,与职业价值动机相关程度最高;社会取向动机对学习动机水平相关程度最高;学习动机水平与学业成绩呈极显著正相关关系。同时,针对留学生的学习动机与学业成绩现状,提出针对性的建议。
