构建我国基于资历框架的教师行业资历等级和标准

建立终身教育资历框架是我国目前一项重要的教育举措,构建基于资历框架的教师行业资历等级和标准是其中重要的组成部分,有助于促进教师专业发展、推动教师终身学习。本研究采用文献研究法和专家访谈法,提出了由4个等级、4个维度和10个要素组成的教师行业资历等和标准,能够与国际及国内已有的资历框架有效对接,构建了我国基于资历框架的教师行业资历等级和标准。教师行业资历等级和标准既是针对教师专业发展的评价框架,又是认证和转化学习成果的工具,是一套系统的方法和工具。期望本研究的成果能够为教师专业发展项目提供评价与认证框架,为贯通教师职前培养与职后培训、构建教师终身学习体系提供参考框架。

心理健康是教师生活、学习和工作积极性的基础，是教师完成工作职责的前提条件，是教师素质的重要组成部分。教师应该做好心理健康的自我维护。

高等教育自学考试是我国高等教育体系的组成部分。普通高校在自考助学过程中必须全面贯彻党的教育方针,加强自考生思想政治教育,为社会主义现代化建设培养德才兼备的专门人才。为了使自考生思想政治教育收到实效,要改进“两课”教学,抓好爱国主义、明行为规范、树立良好学风等方面的教育,加强思想政治教育工作队伍建设。     

The reliability of results from national tests,public examinations,and vocational qualifications in England

National tests, public examinations, and vocational qualifications in England are used for a variety of purposes, including the certification of individual learners in different subject areas and the accountability of individual professionals and institutions. However, there has been ongoing debate about the reliability and validity of their results. This debate prompted the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual), the regulator of qualifications and examinations in England, to initiate its Reliability of Results Programme in 2008 to investigate the reliability of results from regulated assessments. The purpose of this programme was to gather evidence to develop regulatory policy on assessment reliability in order to improve the national assessment systems in England. This paper provides a brief introduction to the Reliability Programme, discusses its main findings to date and their implications, and explores the impact of the development of regulatory policy on reliability for regulated assessments in England.     

A review of the uses of the Kelly's Repertory Grid method in educational assessment and comparability research studies

Comparability between different educational qualifications is an important issue within policy discourse in the UK. In this context, the comparability of qualification demands has been explored through the use of expert human judgement. The involvement of human judgement in estimating assessment demands has consequences for methodology. This review considered the ways that the Kelly's Repertory Grid (KRG) technique has been used to compare assessment demands over recent years. The review involved the identification and analysis of research documents as well as consideration of the original theory on which the KRG method was founded. This article describes how the technique has been adapted as it has shifted from its original psychotherapeutic context to be used in educational assessment and comparability studies. The review also explored possible disadvantages that stem from these adaptations, leading to recommendations to ensure the validity of findings when using the technique in educational assessment studies.     

外语非通用语网络课程建设实践——以印尼语视听说网络课程为例

在全球化和信息化时代,外语非通用语网络课程建设具有紧迫性。在确定网络课程的教学内容后,首先要寻找合适非通用语的网络教学平台。该平台要能支持多语种编码,具备实时教学、在线录音等功能。课件制作是建设网络课程的关键,只需具备一定的计算机网络知识和多媒体工具运用能力,独立建设类似于印尼语视听说的外语非通用语网络课程并非难事。

本文通过分析高等教育自学考试教材建设的意义,指出我国高等教育自学考试教材建设存在的突出问题,并提出了加强我国高等教育自学考试教材建设的对策和建议。     

DSLM Instructional Approach to Conceptual Change Involving Thermal Expansion

This article examines the process of students' conceptual change involving thermal expansion as a result of employing the Dual Situated Learning Model (DSLM) (She, 2001, 2002) as a classroom instructional approach. The dual situated learning events of this model are designed according to the students' ontological viewpoint of the science concepts as well as the nature of these concepts. Moreover, these events serve two functions in creating dissonance with the pre-existing knowledge and providing new schema for constructing a more scientific view of the concept. DSLM has been shown to promote students' conceptual change using one-to-one instructional procedure (She, 2002). This study further demonstrates that DSLM holds great potential to facilitate the conceptual change process involving thermal expansion through classroom instruction, even the difficult concept or higher hierarchical level one.
