国内外图书馆危机管理研究述评

现代社会危机频繁发生,使危机管理成为重要的研究课题。图书馆作为社会公共服务部门之一,也需要重视危机管理。本文对国内外有关图书馆危机和危机管理的研究现状进行了综述,并在比较的基础上指出了国内研究的不足,提出了改进的建议。     

2010年我国进出口形势分析与预测

本文根据对国内外经济形势的分析和截至2009年11月的海关统计数据,对我国进出口总额、中美和中欧贸易进行了测算。预计我国对外贸易将于2009年第4季度触底;2010年,我国对外贸易将逐渐复苏。同时,本文重点分析了2010年我国对外贸易中需要关注的一些问题,并提出了相应的对策建议。     

绿色复苏与中国的绿色创新

从深层次的角度看,2008年金融危机的实质是"一个危机三重挑战",即在表层的金融危机中潜藏着金融创新泛滥、资源环境限制以及人类福利门槛的三重挑战,因此应对危机需要有治本性的战略思考与应对措施。本文讨论了绿色复苏所要求的3方面创新,分析了中国绿色复苏的现状与问题,提出了中国在经济复苏中加强绿色创新的思路与策略。     

风险社会语境下民族体育文化的现代风险与传承危机

现代性本身的发展及其全球化趋势导致现代社会的风险剧增,于是风险社会成为学术界的普遍话语和理论反思的重要取向.在这一背景下,民族体育文化遭遇到了现代风险和传承危机的双重挑战,前者表现为民族体育文化生存环境的恶化,存在形式的持续萎缩和部分要素的不断异化等;后者表现为民族体育文化群体数量的减少,文化人才的流失和文化团体生存困难等.现代竞技体育对民族体育文化的冲击和民族体育文化保护网的不完善,构成了民族体育文化现代风险与传承危机的根源.要解决民族体育文化传承的现代风险和传承危机,就要重构体育文化体系,构建多元文化保护网.     

Financial performativity as evidence of immanence: the phenomenology of liquidity crisis in contemporary markets for risk

The sociologist Bruno Latour has often expressed aversion to immanent critique, framing actor-network theory in terms of focus on visible phenomena. In spite of this, research on financial performativity inspired by Latour’s perspective can still be interpreted in terms of immanent critique and related to Political Economy (a critical discipline), through Kant’s critique of metaphysics as a ‘regulative axiom’. Research on financial performativity has uncovered evidence of the existence of constructive processes that show how an idea (like a financial model) can become something like an ‘object’. This ‘objectivity’ appears to contradict Kant’s critique of metaphysics – that there always remains a gap between our ideas and the world itself. This paper therefore explores financial performativity as a ‘contradiction’, historicizing it to argue that ‘Barnesian performativity’ and ‘financial liquidity’ are ‘immanent’ to one another in the events of recent financial crises. The paper conducts this interpretation to provide a new conceptualization of ‘financial liquidity’ that is more empirically apparent, helping to overcome some of the limits in the discussion of ‘liquidity’ in Political Economy (that Latour might want to highlight), where discussion occurs in metaphysical terms difficult to connect to actual events.     

碳税对集装箱海运网络运输成本的影响

针对在全球绿色水运发展背景下的集装箱海运网络优化问题,引入碳税政策,综合考虑单路径碳排放约束、整个海运网络碳排放约束和不同地区碳税差异,以集装箱海运网络运输总成本最低为目标,构建集装箱海运网络优化模型。利用改进的遗传算法对模型进行求解。结果表明:集装箱海运网络的碳排放约束值与总运输成本呈负相关关系,碳税较低或不收取碳税的港口的中转箱量高于其他港口的中转箱量。在设计航线时,通常不会选择碳税较高的港口作为中转港。     

考虑碳税成本的班轮航线配船与航速优化

针对在节能减排背景下的班轮航线配船与航速优化问题,通过引入碳税政策,将船舶的CO2排放量转换成碳税成本,以班轮周总营运成本最小化为目标,建立航线配船与航速优化非线性规划模型,并设计结合枚举的逐步逼近求解算法。选取4条集装箱班轮航线,利用标准算例库中的数据进行数值试验,结果验证了模型和算法的适用性和有效性。敏感性分析表明:随着碳税税率的提高,船舶航速呈现下降趋势,航线配船数量则呈现增加趋势;虽然船舶周总营运成本增加明显,但总CO2排放量却在下降,且下降幅度逐渐变小。     

Leisure Sports lead the Healthy World

This study is positioned within the leisure sports context to reveal the history and current situation about development of leisure sports. Leisure sports or sport participation was regarded as a useful way for Chronic Disease Prevention and health promotion,and actions have been taken worldwide. Directions changing or shift has leading to development of leisure sports in China.     

Soccer’s Small Worlds

Abstract

In this autobiographical article about my academic career I explain how I developed my approach to sport and soccer in particular, drawing on sociology, linguistics, and cultural history. This career has been and continues to be characterized by interdisciplinary work and intercultural perspectives and by a variety of working relationships that they generate. In a way I turned into a sports scholar by accident. I am convinced, however, that sport, and soccer most of all, lends itself ideally to a comparative analysis of cultural practices which suggests case studies – both on and off the field – that are open to interpretation from historical, sociological, or linguistic perspectives.     

基于超文本技术的税收法规查询系统开发设想

本文提出了一种新的基于超文本技术的以测览器方式展示与查询税收法规的税收法规查询系统。该个系统的实现可使税收法规的查询打破时间和空间限制,实现税务人员与纳税人对税收法规的共享。同时由于引进了新的文本技术,使得税收法规的查询更为方便、直观。
