2004-2014年我国中小学教师心理健康研究现状的文献计量学分析

依据中国期刊全文数据库,对收录的2004-2014年我国中小学教师心理健康研究的933条文献进行计量学分析。结果表明:1我国中小学教师心理健康研究文献每年数量相差不大;2发表的期刊以教育学期刊和普通院校学报为主;3研究领域主要集中在综述研究和对策研究;4研究力量主要集中在高等院校,活跃作者群尚未形成;5研究资助项目较少;6合作研究有待加强。     

An EFL Teacher Education Program Proposal

A 3-month teacher education program is proposed to enable teachers to teach more effectively and develop constantly by familiarizing them with social demand,informing them of modern language learning and teaching theories and training their ability in pedagogical reasoning and decision making.The knowledge base,rationale and overall implementation of the whole program are elaborated respectively.     

构建高职院校骨干教师培育体系的探索与实践——以石家庄职业技术学院骨干教师培养为例

在分析当前高职院校师资队伍现状的基础上,以石家庄职业技术学院骨干教师培养实践为例,提出要构建高职院校骨干教师的培育体系,应建立严格的骨干教师选拔机制,构建适合骨干教师成长的培养机制,建立相关的骨干教师激励机制,建立、健全骨干教师考核机制.     

农村幼儿园组织气氛与教师工作满意度的关系

以农村幼儿教师为被试,采用问卷调查的方式考察了农村幼儿园组织气氛与幼儿教师工作满意度的关系。研究表明,农村幼儿园的组织气氛比较积极,教师对同事行为、亲密行为及园长的支持行为等积极气氛的知觉高于对园长的限制行为和教师的疏离行为等消极气氛的知觉。幼儿教师的工作满意度总体上处于中等偏高水平,教师对＂工作本身＂满意度最高,对＂工作报酬＂满意度最低。幼儿园组织气氛与教师工作满意度相关显著,园长的支持行为和教师的同事行为可以很好地预测幼儿教师的工作满意度。     

The Critical Discussion of the Second Language Learning in the Classroom in China

Over the past decades,Chinese students have employed various methods with a large amount of time and enormous efforts on learning English.However,the result is still far from satisfaction.Therefore,how to learn English more effectively in the classroom has become a major concern not only for students,but also for teachers and linguists.This paper consists of two sections,and each section has the same three topics,exploring the second language learning issues according to the literature review and my personal English learning context in China.Hopefully,it can help Chinese students and teachers to have a better understanding of some common issues related to the second language learning.

Teacher Talk in College English Classroom

English teachers mainly pass on knowledge through teacher talk in China. This paper focuses on the analysis of characteristics of teacher talk and discusses some ways to make teacher talk more comprehensible for learners' input. It has been concluded that with conscious improvement or exploration on teacher talk in practice, teachers can greatly enhance their teacher talk and make an effective combination between teacher talk and comprehensible input.     

师范阶段教师专业素养发展目标及达成方式的调查与启示

对400多名骨干教师的调查表明:一线教师对师范阶段教师专业素养的达成度具有很高的预期;一线教师对各子成分的预期达成度存在一定的差异,达成度从高到低排序依次是专业品德、职业技能、专业情感、通用能力、专业知识、专业理念、专业能力;一线教师注重专业素养达成方式的实践性,对于7个一级指标,选择了"理论学习+实践感悟"这一方式的被调查者比例最高。为此,建议:提高认识,重视专业素养的达成度;坚持素养发展导向,进行课程的统整设计;鼓励参与,加强教学活动的实践性;注重整合,提升学习任务的综合性;循序渐进,关注目标达成的渐进性。当然,高等院校也应注意适度的平衡,并加强与中小学校的沟通,寻求实践者的理解。
