创新补贴对企业技术并购后研发投入的影响机理研究

技术并购后,企业需要通过研发活动促进技术的吸收和整合,但研发资金却常常受到由于并购导致的未来现金流不确定性的制约。这时,创新补贴可能成为企业弥补资金不足的必要补充。论文以主并企业为A股上市公司的技术并购事件为样本,运用回归分析的方法,探究了创新补贴对并购后研发投入强度的影响机理。结果表明,税收优惠对企业技术并购后的研发投入强度有显著的直接激励效应;财政补贴则是通过降低金融错配对研发投入的抑制作用间接地发挥激励作用。研究结论丰富了吸收能力理论,为政府的创新补贴制度安排以及企业的技术并购决策提供参考。     

Re-examining post-acceptance model of information systems continuance: A revised theoretical model using MASEM approach

This study extends the post-acceptance model of information systems (IS) continuance, which is widely used to explain users’ satisfaction and IS continuance intentions. The extended model includes additional variables such as perceived ease of use (PEOU), attitude, trust, and enjoyment. The proposed model was tested using meta-analytic structural equation modeling (MASEM). The analysis included 1,056 observations on fifteen relationships from 214 independent studies with a combined sample of 84,343. The results confirm the significance of all the relationships proposed in the original model. Furthermore, the findings indicate that PEOU directly influences perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and attitude. Trust and enjoyment both have a positive impact on users’ satisfaction and IS continuance, wherein the effect of enjoyment was higher than trust. post-consumption satisfaction resulted in a favorable attitude toward technology, which further affected IS continuance. From a theoretical perspective, the current study acknowledges the shift in users’ attitude toward technology and emphasizes the hedonic value of IS usage as users report a higher degree of satisfaction toward responsive, easy to use, and enjoyable technologies. Marketers should focus on the enjoyment and gratifications derived from technology to increase potential IS usage.     

企业社会责任的界定与限定

企业社会责任蕴含着两个必须回答的问题:一是界定的依据及其如何界定;二是如何限定.界定企业的社会责任就是对企业的社会角色做出合理的定位.角色是一种社会期待,因此,以社会期待界定企业应该承担的社会责任时,这种期待必须是合理的期待.由此,我们把界定企业社会责任的依据具体化为三个充分条件并据此对企业的社会责任做出合理界定与限定.     

中学生对体育课好课的期望研究

采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对莆田市八所中学的460名学生进行调查研究,结果表明：中学生对体育课好课期望依次是教学方法、课堂氛围、师生关系、教师素质、教学环境,学习效果、学习内容、学习目标等,并对各要素有具体的期望。不同学段学生对体育好课的教学目标、教学内容期望上存在显著性差异,不同学校等级在教学内容期望有显著性差异,不同性别学生在指导方式、组织形式期望上有显著性差异。     

东道国人才生态环境对人才根植意愿的影响——人才成长预期的中介效应

基于勒温的场论和ERG理论,遵循"外部环境——心理认知——行为倾向"的逻辑,探讨东道国人才生态环境通过中介变量人才成长预期对于人才根植意愿的影响.研究表明,(1)东道国人才生态环境的四个维度中,经济发展环境、生活环境、文化环境对人才根植意愿具有正向影响;(2)经济发展环境、生活环境、人才政策环境、文化环境对人才成长预期有正向影响;(3)人才成长预期对人才根植意愿有正向影响;(4)人才成长预期在东道国人才生态环境与人才根植意愿间起中介作用;(5)东道国人才生态环境的四个维度及人才成长预期对人才根植意愿影响的总效应从大到小依次为:经济发展环境、文化环境、生活环境、人才政策环境、人才成长预期.     

基于情感分析的网络财经媒体通货膨胀预期研究

使用自然语言处理技术对网上财经文章进行与通货膨胀有关的情感分析,实验结果发现,使用无监督词典方法获得的系统分析结果,具有与通货膨胀显著相关关系,但提前期不明显;使用基于专家意见的监督训练方法获得的系统结果,相较通货膨胀具有1-3个月的提前期,能够为通货膨胀预期的度量提供实质性的支持,从而可以用于辅助宏观经济管理以及微观经济决策。     

期望与感知服务质量、顾客满意的关系研究

以期望与感知服务质量、顾客满意间的关系为研究对象,旨在揭示期望对感知服务质量、顾客满意影响的效应机理,从而帮助企业通过科学管理顾客期望,实现对感知服务质量和顾客满意的有效提升.本文基于卡诺模型划分期望类别,构建必备属性期望、一维属性期望、魅力属性期望和感知服务质量、顾客满意关系的结构模型,并提出假设.以餐饮行业为实证研究背景,进行实证检验.结果表明不同属性期望对感知服务质量和顾客满意产生不同的影响.其中,必备属性期望对感知服务质量和顾客满意有显著负向影响,一维属性期望与魅力属性期望对感知服务质量和顾客满意有显著正向影响.     

Through a different lens: bridging the expectation–perception (quality) divide in higher education

The paper draws on the underpinnings of SERVQUAL (a Service Quality measurement model) and explores three key aspects of service standards as adopted by an Engineering School in Singapore: customer orientation, course design/delivery and support services. Qualitative methodology was employed and data were collected by means of structured in-depth interviewing with 24 respondents. Findings reveal that the way students are perceived, whether as customers or products, has a direct influence on the type of learning dynamics developed both inside and outside the classroom. Service quality needs to be evaluated on the basis of an integrated experience within a network of learning spaces created to promote dialogue, inquiry and reflection. By looking at the correlations of two sets of findings measuring gaps and perceived performance from a foreign study, a number of attributes were uncovered, illuminating our conceptual framework. It reveals another dimension of SERVQUAL such that the internal gaps would be made more explicit through the lenses of performance-based measures.
