传统期待视野中的非传统叙事——解读埃·阿·罗宾逊的《理查德·科瑞》

从接受美学视域探讨《理查德·科瑞》一诗审美效果的生成机制。首先勾勒了诗篇运用音律、措辞以及意象建构出的传统期待视野,紧接着考察这一传统期待视野中暗含的非传统叙事构件,传统期待视野与非传统叙事构件的碰撞造就了该诗不朽的艺术生命。

带灯和元天亮是《带灯》小说两个主人公,作为小说叙事一明一暗两条线索出现。作家给主人公命名匠心独具。带灯对元天亮的痴迷和崇拜,实际上是已经有了自我觉醒意识的＂带灯＂对光明、温暖、公正的行政（社会）秩序的渴望,也是作家面对转型期中国社会现实焦灼心理的形象折光。     

A Pilot Study on Expectations on the Quality of Interpretation: Employers' View

This paper reports a small-scale pilot study on the expectations on interpretation quality from employers. It is based on a questionnaire, in which eight criteria of quality and two open-ended questions are listed. The participants were asked to rate the eight criteria. The results suggest that different employer groups share similar expectations on high-quality interpretation, but the value they attach to each criterion varies according to their affiliations. Employers sometimes mix interpretation quality with their personal tastes and feelings.     

高职学生对英语阅读教学中图示理论应用的期待及实证教学

高职英语教学目前存在诸多问题,学生在教学中常处于被动。为了进一步了解高职学生英语阅读课的现状,论文对学生做了对英语阅读课教学活动的期望的问卷。根据结果进行实验教学、前后测试成绩比较,结果显示出用图示理论指导的英语阅读教学实验班阅读水平有明显高于使用传统方式教学的控制班。     

“办好学前教育”政府职能的分析与思考

"办好学前教育"的发展目标,体现了人民群众的民生诉求,反映了社会发展的教育需求,同时也承载了国家建设的教育期望。然而,这一发展目标面临着"入园难入园贵"、经费投入不足、高素质幼儿师资匮乏的困境。政府在学前教育均衡发展中的职能可以定位为学前教育发展的方向引领者、教育保障者、财政投入者、市场管理者。政府在学前教育发展中的职能为:正确定位学前教育的准公共产品性质,并将其纳入公共服务体系;建立学前教育法律法规,保障学前教育事业有序开展;加大学前教育的公共财政投入,优化公共财政的投入结构;建立政府主导、市场参与的多元化学前教育供给模式。     

Is there any chance to get ahead? Education aspirations and expectations of migrant families in China

In China, there is a growing group of ‘migrant children’, who reside in the city but do not have full rights to access education. Many have been granted a chance to study in public schools after the policy change, but they continue to have lower educational outcomes than the local students. To understand the inequality, this paper examines the educational goals of migrant families in Beijing. Based on the field interviews, it shows that even migrant children who aspire to attain higher education are nonetheless ‘blocked’ by discriminatory examination laws and limited resources. Their subjective outlook is derived from objective conditions and concrete experiences. Their family of origin determines the types of resources available to them, and thus plays an important role in the formation and justification of their educational goals. A realistic assessment of their chances of achieving their aspirations leads them to have lower expectations.

本文从姚斯所提出的接受美学角度研究郑振铎翻译的泰戈尔英文诗集《飞鸟集》。通过对读者视野期待的分析而寻找译者如何综合运用各种翻译方法来实现原文和译文读者的视野融合。根据接受美学的观点,译者在翻译的过程中必须认真考虑读者的期待视野,通过翻译,在满足读者期待视野的同时也提供给读者一些新的超出其期待视野的信息,从而使读者扩展原有的期待视野直至形成新的期待视野。     

期待可能性及其借鉴

期待可能性理论在德日等大陆法系国家受到相当程度的重视,在立法、司法和刑法理论中得到广泛的认可和应用。期待可能性能在防卫社会与保障人权的价值取向中求得平衡,防止国家刑罚权的滥用,对人类普遍脆弱的人性倾注同情,协调人情与法律的紧张关系。借鉴国外期待可能性理论,对于发展与完善我国刑法理论,解决其中一些理论困惑和冲突,有着积极的重要意义。
