科研型数学教师及其培养

国际经济、科技、人才的竞争正推动着教育的改革。教育改革的关键因素在于合格的、新型教师的培养。科研型教师是指既能教学，又能进行数学及数学教育研究的教师。科研型教师应具备3项条件：转变观念，更新意识，提高能力。科研型数学教师是新时代数学教育的需要，要实行理论学习、实践探索和科学研究三位一体的教师培训途径。教养科研型教师需要解决“为何搞科研”、“如何搞科研”和“研究什么”3个问题。     

Individual and contextual factors in ethical decision making: A case study of the most significant doping scandal in Canadian university sports history

This case study is written for instructors of sport management courses focused on ethics and integrity-related issues in team environments. The case highlights the real world example of the University of Waterloo Warriors varsity football that, in 2010, experienced the most significant doping scandal in Canadian university sports history, with a total of nine anti-doping rule violations asserted through the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport. This case study also incorporates the findings of an independent review of the Waterloo football program in relation to the use of banned substances, and includes first-hand accounts from Bob Copeland who was the acting director of athletics. These findings are then interpreted in the context of relevant theory related to performance enhancing drugs (PEDs) use. Along with the findings of this review, which included interviews with athletes, coaches, and administrators, the case study provides important insights into ethical decision making processes and leadership structures in a team sport environment. Particular emphasis is placed on the role that individual cognitive antecedents and contextual organizational factors (i.e., policies, leadership, ethical climate, and infrastructure) play in ethical decision-making processes.     

应当重视师范生的信息素养和能力培养

21世纪即将来临，师范计算机教育关系到下一代教师的整体素质，是当前教育改革的重要课题。本文从分析信息时代的教师应该具备的信息养素和信息技术能力出发，剖析了当前师范计算机教育中存在的一些问题，提出了改革的思路和建议。

通过对国家贫困地区义务教育工程汉语师资培训班学员的调查,了解到新疆农村贫困地区汉语师资现状。对存在的问题进行研究,为农村贫困地区师资队伍建设提出建议。     

中外女排比赛接拦回球效果及失误原因的比较分析

中外女排比赛中接拦回球数量仍然较多,占扣球总数的14%左右,比赛中80%左右的拦回球落在3m线前区域。中国女排接拦回球的效果好于日本女排、塞尔维亚女排和多米尼加女排,但与巴西女排、美国女排相比差距较大,同俄罗斯女排、意大利女排接拦回球的效果相差不大。接拦回球失误的主要原因有接拦回球队员反应跟不上造成无防守动作形成失误,其次是接拦回球队员防守意识不强未及时进入防守位置形成失误。中国女排应加强接拦回球跟进保护意识培养,努力提高各种倒地和单手垫球技术,从而提高接拦回球能力。     

第17届排球世锦赛中外女排进攻效果对比研究

运用录像观察、数理统计和对比分析等方法,对中外女排在第17届世锦赛中扣球技战术运用情况进行研究。结果表明：中国女排是以两边拉开进攻为主并结合高度与速度等快变战术为一体的技战术打法;进攻战术的总体运用效果十分理想,与其他各国相比扣死率较高且失误率低;后排攻在比赛中展现出了强大的实力,但在强攻和快攻方面与巴西、美国等欧美强队相比还存在一定差距。建议中国女排应进一步加强对强攻能力的训练,尤其要努力丰富年轻队员的大赛阅历以保证其技术发挥的稳定性;在面对欧美强队时应努力提高一传到位率,并加强进攻队员之间的掩护配合,使各种快变战术能够在比赛中得到有效发挥,并尽量避免自身进攻方式及手段的单一化。     

The Decline of the ‘Elite’ Sport Officials and the Dissolution of the Israeli Sport Association

This historical study will examine the rise of a hegemonic group of sports officials in Israel during the period between 1948 and 1996. The formation of this group is a unique phenomenon of the Israeli sport society. The main argument of the study is that officials of rival sport centres, ‘Hapoel’ and ‘Maccabi’, founded a joint elite group as a side effect of the ‘fifty-fifty’ agreement, signed in 1951. The agreement stated that the Israeli Sport Association, the National Olympic Committee and the Israeli Football Association would be mutually led by officials of both organizations. The members of this elite group, who enjoyed access to economic resources and other benefits, adopted a hedonistic lifestyle, in contrast to the social ethos of Israeli society in the first and second decades of the State. Three events dismantled the group in the middle of the 1990s. The first one was the establishment of the Elite Sport Department in 1984. The second was the establishment of independent Federations by Yadin Machnes. The third was the Maliniak Commission Report. These three events led to the collapse of the Israeli Sport Association in 1996 and to the fall of the Israeli hegemonic group.
