学生是体育教学的主体 ,其主体作用的发挥直接影响教学目的和任务的实现。通过文献资料及观察法 ,并对学校体育教学进行调研和访问有关专家 ,在此基础上对传统体育教学影响发挥学生主体作用的几个因素进行了全面综合分析 ,旨在为体育教学改革提供参考     

The Difficult Patron in the Academic Library

Summary

Faculty members depend on the resources and services provided by the libraries to teach, satisfy the curricular needs of the students, and conduct their research. Students need the library for many reasons, among which are to complete their assignments and to expand on what faculty covers in class. The patron/librarian relationship in the academic library is not always perfect. Issues which students and faculty face in the academic library environment are completely different from those in the public library. Identifying the characteristics of the difficult or problem patron in academia is a little more difficult than in the public library. Are what librarians face when dealing with faculty and students more issue-related than just dealing with problem patrons? The authors will identify, from the librarians' perspectives, some of these often called difficult patron issues and offer solutions to try and preempt these issues before they become problems.     

城市高校《学生体质健康标准》测试结果的分析与研究

从身体形态、机能和素质等三方面分别对天津市部分高校实施<学生体质健康标准>的测试数据进行研究,并通过与国人相应年龄段对应指标进行对比,分析了天津市大学生体质的现状,存在的问题、产生的原因,为提高其健康素质,提供人力资源可持续发展的科学依据.     

高职院校大学生思想政治素质现状调查及问题分析

分析把握大学生思想政治教育工作对实现学校人才培养目标有着重要意义。因此本文针对某地区几所高职院校的大学生开展了一次思想政治素质调查活动．主要内容涉及政治素质、道德素质、个人价值观等多个方面,旨在通过调查活动分析当前高职院校大学生思想政治存在的问题．并提出改善策略。

民族交往作为民族关系的重要组成部分,对民族关系的发展起着至关重要的作用.文章以新疆大学维吾尔族学生与汉族学生的交往为研究对象,通过交往意愿、频率、程度、内容和类型等五个方面来研究两群体间的交往状况,同时从语言、文化与习俗、民族意识、组织层面等视角来分析影响彼此间交往的因素.     

基于高职院校学生需求分析的思想政治教育研究——以武汉职业技术学院为例

高职院校大学生需求的主要体现内容包括：对校园环境的需求、学习的需求、技能的需求、人际关系的需求、求职的需求、表达自我的需求等几个方面。在对高职院校大学生的需求进行问卷调查的基础上,分析了高职院校大学生的需求结构及其具体表现,并提出加强和改进高职院校大学生思想政治教育工作的思路和对策：一是要把握高职院校大学生的关注点;二是培养高职院校大学生良好的职业素质;三是创新学生乐于接受的思想教育形式;四是为学生提供展示才华、获得锻炼的多种平台;五是解决学生的实际困难;六是发挥大学生自我教育的力量。     

高校学生党员群体长效教育机制的探索与创新

高校学生党员的素质高低决定着党员队伍在未来社会中的发展状况。当前高校学生党员群体存在的主要问题为：入党动机多元化,功利思想严重;党员意识淡薄,先锋模范作用不强;部分学生党员理想与信念淡化。为构建高校学生党员群体长效教育机制,应加强高校学生党员的理论学习机制,完善高校学生党员的发展培养机制,建立高校学生党员的作用发挥机制和管理监督机制,健全高校学生党员的考核激励机制。     

Factors contributing to university image: the postgraduate students’ points of view

Despite several studies having been conducted to examine organizational image from a business perspective, there has not been adequate research in the area of perceived image in nonprofit organizations such as universities. Thus, the purpose of this study was to examine the factors contributing to university image, from the postgraduate students’ point of view. In addition, the impact of the students’ perceived university image on their organizational trust was examined. The population of this study consisted of postgraduate students in 10 of the top Iranian universities. Questionnaires were used to collect the required data. The findings indicated the difference between current practices and ideal values of the factors contributing to the university image. Based on our findings, the factors contributing to university image range from internal and international reputation, university members, and academic planning, to university environment. Furthermore, we found that university image has a significant impact on students’ trust in their university.     

新时代大学生返乡就业的困境与继续教育对策

在新时代背景下,大学生返乡就业能够激发农村各项事业的创新活力并缓解大学生群体的就业压力,推动农村经济长远发展。乡村振兴战略实施至今,大学生返乡就业工作出现许多问题,大学生陷入就业困境。高校正在尝试通过强化继续教育等措施提升学生在人才市场中的竞争力,引导大学生走出返乡就业困境。简述新时代大学生返乡就业的意义及影响大学生返乡就业的因素,并结合实际探究新时代大学生返乡就业面临的困境,从继续教育角度提出引导大学生走出困境的方法,为强化大学生返乡就业信心、提升大学生的就业竞争力提供可行建议。     

新时代高职大学生党史教育的现状及对策

为切实加强新时期高职院校大学生党史教育的实效性,对现阶段高职院校大学生党史教育存在的问题进行分析,指出高职院校大学生党史教育中存在重视不够、教育形式单一、教学内容枯燥等不足,提出通过提高对高职大学生党史教育的重视程度,丰富教学形式和挖掘教学内容,从而切实增强党史教育资政育人功能。
