在信息化高度发展的时代中,媒介是这个时代的主题。当前媒介发展呈多元化趋势,媒介凭借社会与大众思想的多元与开放,展开了一场慢慢渗透的影响。电视节目在此也开始百花齐放,花样百出。方言电视作为其中的一种形式受到研究者的关注。本文也就在此基础上,展开对多元化媒介环境中的方言电视的讨论。从其方言电视的传播者,接受者以及对整个媒介生态的影响等方面来进行学理上的探讨。

简论广播电视节目用语的娱乐化现象

在消费主义的影响下,广播电视节目中出现了大量的使用港台腔、方言、外语以及用调侃语气播报节目的现象,我们认为这类现象是节目用语的娱乐化。它的产生源于媒介对经济效益的过度追求,它是对新闻指导思想的误读,既与国家政策不符,又不利于普通话的推广,在客观上造成了媒体语言示范功能的消解和狭隘的地域文化观。媒体应该严格遵守国家相关条例对广播电视行为的规范,承担起语言示范职能,树立民族文化观,坚决规范这种娱乐化的行为。

在生产和经营等管理工作中,需要经常进行计划或规划。线性规划中的影子价格是在一定的资源情况下,合理利用资源从而达到实现最大利润时对资源的估价。本文将以经济分析问题中的最基础也最常见的产品计划问题为例,着重讨论线性规划求解的影子价格在其中的运用和解法,并且比较两种不同软件解答的优劣。

半定规划的齐次不可行内点算法

为降低半定规划(SDP)问题的迭代复杂度,并且有更好的数值实验结果,提出一种新的宽邻域上的齐次不可行内点算法.半定规划的KKT条件是单调互补问题(MCP),通过构造齐次模型(HMCP)以及提出新的宽邻域来解这个齐次模型,得到半定规划问题的最优解.这种算法容易判定原问题是否可行.在NT方向,证明迭代点在新的宽邻域内是收敛的,且迭代复杂度为O(√nlogL),其中n是SDP问题的维数,L=Tr(X⁰S⁰)/ε,其中ε是需要的精度,(X⁰,S⁰)是迭代起始点.这个复杂度比一般的半定规划不可行算法的迭代复杂度低.提供了数值实验,证明此算法比其他不可行算法具有更好的数值实验结果.     

基于多目标的大型体育场馆 PPP项目的融资性研究

PPP模式已成为我国公共产品或服务提供的重要方式。PPP 项目的融资性是公私双方合作的关键因素之一。PPP项目中主要合作方的融资目标既有共同点又存在差异点。研究在文献回顾的基础上,依据利益相关理论,分析了我国大型体育场馆政府、社会资本和公众对 PPP项目融资目标的不同诉求和体育场馆融资要素结构,运用多目标规划模型,以重庆市某体育场馆为例对伙伴各方接受的融资性进行方案对比,探讨了假设条件下实现体育场馆PPP项目融资的最佳伙伴合作方式。

委托型公共体育场馆的成功运作为体育场馆的发展提供了空阔的空间,场馆的年限交接是场馆改革重要环节,是民营化模式的完善主要步骤,关系到改革的成败。通过文献资料、实地考察、理论分析等研究方法,从而得出年限交接程序化设计及第三方操作的可行性。     

A past that never was: historical poaching in Game of Thrones fans’ Tumblr practices

This article explores the textual and historical poaching practices by Tumblr fans of the novels A Song of Ice and Fire and the television adaption Game of Thrones, a pseudo-historical fantasy series. Fans critique both the text (novels and TV show) and other fans’ interpretations of the text, as well as parallel real-world history with the world and characters of the series. Tensions arise around the “historical accuracy” of the novels and show, along with the role that dominant narratives and cultural norms play in interpreting a past that never was through the lens of a real-world past. Fantasy and history intersect in layered ways and are used by fans to support a variety of textual points of view. Issues of violence, presentism, colonialism, gender, and “historical truths” are argued in relation to the ahistoricism or historicism of the novels/show.     

An interview with Marie-José Mondzain: what is an image?

ABSTRACT

Marie-Jose Mondzain is one of the major philosophers writing about image, iconography, and representation today. In this interview, she discusses a few of the central ideas in her approach to and thinking about the nature of image and image-making as they bear upon the emergence of subjectivity and visibility in general. According to Mondzain, images are not visual objects we may or may not see; rather they are the site where the visible and its invisibility crisscross each other in opening the field of presence. Images, as Mondzain says in the interview, are cracks or leaks in being. They are where lights first come in and where man and beings are born to each other in their being-in-the world, that is, in their truth. Moving beyond historical and theoretical reflections, Mondzain turns to discuss things and scenes of mass media of late, addressing issues of pleasure, anxiety, desire, and the like, wherein ideologies, power, and the lure of images can be seen to intersect with our everyday life that has become irrevocably one of passive mobility. To the point at every turn, her answers to questions in this interview provide a glimpse to her forceful thinking and insights.
