一种基于CIO感知的企业信息资源配置效率测度方法

在分析国内外企业信息资源配置效率评价指标体系的基础之上,提出从信息内容配置、信息技术配置、信息人员配置三个方面,通过企业信息主管（CIO）的主观感知来对企业信息资源配置效率进行测度。经过对170多家企业的实际测试,表明该感知测度方法是一种有效的进行企业信息资源配置效率的测度方法。     

"复本数模式"与数字图书发展之我见

针对目前有关数字图书“复本数”销售模式的争论,提出笔者自己的研究观点,即“复本数”销售模式是先进可行的,其“册数”的局限性是人为的,而不是其固有的缺陷。同时,要真正实施“复本数”销售模式,发挥其保障出版社和作者的利益,从而维系整个数字图书产业健康、可持续发展的作用,就必须找到复本价格过高的根本原因,制定合理的复本价格体系。     

图书馆服务质量测评的影响因素及控制研究

在图书馆服务质量测评中,指标体系与服务质量的相关度,调查对象的选取和抽样方式以及问卷设计和数据分析处理技术等问题,都有可能影响评估数据的可靠性和有效性。要使服务测评指标体系与服务质量高度相关,需从两个方面加以控制。首先,评价指标的建立和优化要符合以下原则:现实服务评估和前瞻性预测的有机结合;指标内涵的单义性和具体化;指标体系稳定性和动态优化的有机结合。此外,还要鼓励用户发表意见,作为补充的反馈优化机制。表3。参考文献9。

A Framework for Policies and Practices to Improve Test Security Programs: Prevention,Detection, Investigation,and Resolution (PDIR)

Test security is not an end in itself; it is important because we want to be able to make valid interpretations from test scores. In this article, I propose a framework for comprehensive test security systems: prevention, detection, investigation, and resolution. The article discusses threats to test security, roles and responsibilities, rigorous training for everyone involved in testing, and an evaluation of current practices in test security. I call on everyone responsible for testing programs—the Association of Test Publishers, Council of Chief State School Officers, National Council on Measurement in Education, U.S. Department of Education, and state assessment program managers, their vendors, and the research community—to collaborate on guidelines and practices for security violation prevention, detection, investigation, and resolution.

The impact of immediate test score reporting on university students' achievement emotions in the context of computer-based multiple-choice exams

Test-taking is an emotion-laden event for many students. Typically, negative emotions are highest at the start of an examination and are replaced by positive emotions as the exam progresses. The impact of computer-based testing and immediate score reporting on students' emotions has not been examined. In Study 1, we evaluated university students’ emotions at the end of a computer-based exam and found positive emotions more strongly endorsed than negative. In Study 2, we replicated this finding and used a quasi-experimental pre-post design to examine how emotions changed in response to real examination scores. Exam scores presented immediately had significant positive effects on relief, pride, and hope and negative effects on anxiety and shame even after controlling for the corresponding emotion at the end of the exam. The one exception was anger, which was not impacted by examination score. No interaction effects were found.
