基于支持向量机的起重机电机振动特征参数预测

提出用支持向量机方法对岸桥电机运行性能特征参数进行预测的方法,并构造基于支持向量回归的单步及多步预测模型.利用该模型对岸桥电机振动烈度时间序列分别进行1步和4步预测,并与自回归(AR)模型的预测值进行比较.实验结果表明,基于支持向量机预测模型的1步预测和4步预测精度均比AR模型的预测精度高,因此该模型对岸桥电机的运行性能特征参数具有较好的短期和长期预测能力.     

What Do We Really Know About the edTPA? Research,PACT, and Packaging a Local Teacher Performance Assessment for National Use

This article calls attention to the overreliance on research about the Performance Assessment for California Teachers (PACT)—often labeled edTPA's predecessor—as justification for the edTPA. The article argues that the distinctions between the assessments are too vast to rely on PACT data to support the edTPA, given the localized nature of PACT and the way in which it is scored.     

Introductory statistics in the garden

This article describes four semesters of introductory statistics courses that incorporate service learning and gardening into the curriculum with applications of the binomial distribution, least squares regression and hypothesis testing. The activities span multiple semesters and are iterative in nature.     

The emergence of the quantified child

Using document analysis, this paper examines the historical emergence of the quantified child, revealing how the collection and use of data has become normalized through legitimizing discourses. First, following in the traditions of Foucault's genealogy and studies examining the sociology of numbers, this paper traces the evolution of data collection in a range of significant education policy documents. Second, a word count analysis was used to further substantiate the claim that data collection and use has been increasingly normalized through legitimizing discourses and routine actions in educational settings. These analyses provide evidence that the need to quantify educational practices has been justified over long periods of time through a variety of documents and that the extent to which data governs educators’ thoughts, discourses, and actions has dramatically increased during the past century.     

Do Test Scores Buy Happiness?

Since at least the enactment of No Child Left Behind in 2002, standardized test scores have served as the primary measures of public school effectiveness. Yet, such scores fail to measure the ultimate goal of education: maximizing happiness. This exploratory analysis assesses nation level associations between test scores and happiness, controlling for a strong correlate of both, per-capita Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Controlling for GDP, the association between test scores and happiness is greatly decreased, offering reason to question the sole use of test scores as measures of school success.     

幽门螺杆菌CagA蛋白与CTB融合基因的克隆及其植物表达载体的构建

目的　构建能在水稻胚乳中特异表达的幽门螺杆菌细胞毒素相关蛋白(CagA)和霍乱毒素B亚单位(CTB)的植物表达载体.方法　采用高保真PCR技术分别从质粒pGEM CTB和幽门螺杆菌基因组DNA中扩增出CTB和cagA基因,然后用PCR方法直接融合CTB基因和cagA基因.又用PCR法改造了水稻Wx启动子,在其3′端融合加入Ω序列和Kozak序列.通过一系列亚克隆最终将两个融合基因和NOS终止子插入根癌农杆菌双元载体pCAMBI A1300的表达框架内.结果　PCR验证和测序分析证明,CTB和cagA融合基因以正确的方向插入到载体pCAMBI A1300中,并位于水稻Wx启动子后.结论　成功构建CTB和cagA融合基因的植物表达载体,为幽门螺杆菌口服疫苗的研究奠定基础.     

基于PCA&SVM的多品种小批量产品质量预测方法研究

将主成分分析与支持向量机结合应用到多品种小批量产品的质量预测。首先确定多品种小批量产品生产过程中的定量影响因素,并将其作为初始影响因素集;然后利用主成分分析方法降低因素集的维度,同时提取关键主成分;最后将关键主成分作为影响因素集并建立针对于多品种小批量生产的支持向量机质量等级预测模型。算例分析表明,与传统的支持向量机分类模型相比,主成分分析与支持向量机结合的模型预测准确率及稳定性均有显著提高,说明模型具有更好的预测性能。     

基于RTL行为模型的测试产生及时延测试方法(英)

寄存器传输级(RTL)测试产生及时延测试是当今集成电路(IC)测试技术中亟待解决的问题和研究的热点.首先从IC逻辑测试的测试产生和IC时延测试方法这两个方面系统地综述了测试产生和时延测试领域迄今为止的主要研究成果.在RTL行为描述的测试产生方面,提出了新的RTL行为模型的描述方法:行为阶段聚类描述,并提出了基于聚类的测试产生技术.将这些技术集成到RTL级ATPG系统ATCLUB中,在提高测试产生效率及缩短测试长度方面效果显著.在IC时延测试方面,提出了一种新的可变双观测点的时延测试方法。基于该方法提出了新的时延故障诊断方法,实现和完善了可变双观测点的时延测试系统DTwDO.DTwDO提供了从时延测试到故障诊断等一系列测试工具,有效减少了测试通路数,提高了故障覆盖率,并有很高的故障定位成功率.
