专业性、研究型大学图书馆信息空间共享服务的创新模式——以印第安纳大学布卢明顿分校信息共享空间服务模式为例

信息共享空间是一种“以读者为本”的图书馆服务新模式，目前已成为大学图书馆发展的新潮流。从IC的内涵和特征出发，以印第安纳大学布卢明顿分校的IC服务为个案，论述了专业性研究型大学图书馆的IC服务的构成和创新服务模式。     

我国旅游资源产权制度的演进趋势及启示——基于一个文化古镇背景模型的分析

在从"政企不分"到"三权分离"的产权制度变迁历程之中,旅游资源产权关系逐步得以明晰,市场力量在旅游资源的合理配置方面起着相当重要的作用。然而,基于一个文化古镇模型的分析表明:在政府多部门力量和市场力量并存的情形下,产权制度只有向"协调的权利配置"方向演进,政府和市场力量才能协同作用。古镇模型的分析结论启示:我国旅游资源管理体制创新和立法应有其独特的内涵。

Limits of sharing and materialization of support: Indonesian Net Label Union

The end of the 2000s saw the robust development of net labels as an internet-based distribution platform for musicians to share their music for free. The development of the Indonesian Net Label Union represents a self-organizing act to indicate the rise of a new breed of indie music generation. Sharing is employed as a uniting concept and envisioned to be a collective project to achieve a collective sustainability. It prompts direct questions of the layered support for net label. In this article, I interrogate the embodiment (and the disembodiment) of sharing as well as the meaning of sustainability. In doing so, I examine the interlinking of sharing with piracy, materialization of support from the fans’ loyalties and friendship, which forms the alternative infrastructure of the net label organization.     

Building the urban commons in Singapore: the cemetery,red-light district and public housing estates as sites of contestation

ABSTRACT

This paper investigates the state of informal social activism initiated by Singaporean youth via the creation of ground-up initiatives. Having witnessed state-civil society relations, where calibrated liberalisation, co-option and coercive measures are used as strategies of state control, these informal collectives seek new modalities and methodologies in their efforts to build the urban commons. By following three of such collectives, this paper seeks to explore the overlapping cultural and social realms they operate in, as well as the new modalities and methodologies they bring, such as participatory art and design. They negotiate constraints from both the state and market through (1) strategic positioning of legal statuses and (2) the formation of a network society, building social capital and a new vocabulary for future efforts in self-organisation.     

利用IC理念改造高校图书馆电子阅览室——以西南政法大学图书馆为例

首先解读现阶段大学图书馆电子阅览室面临的问题,之后以西南政法大学图书馆电子阅览室为例,采用信息共享空间(IC)理念从空间布局、资源配置、人员配置和环境布局4个方面对其进行调整与重新规划,力图将电子阅览室建设成为一个集网络学习、信息咨询、培训教育以及休闲娱乐等功能于一体的信息共享环境,最后就信息共享空间建设提出4点建议。     

以Information Commons的各义：数字图书馆的发展与实践

认为数字图书馆不仅是全部数字化的图书馆，而且应积极融入民主社会环境，促进信息共用（information commons 简称IC）的形成。简述IC的概念、类型和发展历史，综述其理论研究和实践进展。探讨研究型图书馆如何结合IC的需要调整原有的电子阅览室服务模式；从资源建设、信息设施、读者服务和参考咨询馆员四个方面论述构建IC的思路，并讨论管理政策、系统合作和目标规划等问题。     

信息共享空间:大学图书馆的机遇与挑战

信息共享空间起源于二十世纪九十年代初期的美国，现已成为大学图书馆最重要的发展方向之一。信息共享空间既是一种新型的物理设施或空间，也是一种独特的识别、查询和获取信息的在线环境，更是一种新型的服务模式。其主要目的是，提供一站式信息服务。培养大学生的信息素养，方便共同学习和研究。信息共享空间已成为大学生知识获取过程不可分割的一部分。本文对信息共享空间的定义与特征、规划和构建，以及信息共享空间面临的问题和挑战进行介绍。     

Learning commons: Bridging the academic and student affairs divide to enhance learning across campus

The University of Guelph Learning Commons brings student affairs professionals and librarians together to offer students a coherent and integrated approach to learning, writing, research, and technology support. It is distinguished by three characteristics: (1) a partnership model between academic and student affairs; (2) a solid foundation of theoretical perspectives to guide program development; and (3) a conceptual model to frame services. These characteristics have placed the Learning Commons in a position to play a leadership role in facilitating and enhancing learning across the university. This article describes the Learning Commons, as well as the theoretical perspectives and conceptual framework upon which the programs and services are based.     

构建信息素质教育的辅助平台——复旦大学江湾校区图书馆“信息共享空间”软环境构建设想

信息素质教育是现代社会中必需和基本的一项教育课程,图书馆是这一教学任务的主要承担者.但现有的教学方式已经不能满足信息素质教育的需要,为此,我们借复旦大学江湾校区构建IC之际计划搭建信息素质教育的辅助平台,以尽可能高效地完成信息素质教育的目标.文章首先分析了该校目前信息素质教育的现状及存在的问题,然后探讨了在IC中构建这一平台的措施和规划.
