军队院校现代化教学有关理论问题的思考

军队院校实施现代化教学工程 ,是落实江主席推进中国特色军事变革战略构想 ,抓好“人才战略工程”,培养“五支队伍”的重大举措。当前 ,现代化教学工程正在全面展开 ,实践走在了理论前面 ,需要院校教育工作者加强研究 ,充分发挥理论和观念的先导作用 ,推进现代化教学深入发展。本文从四个方面对军队院校现代化教学有关理论问题进行了探讨 :一、推进现代化教学以观念转变为先导 ;二、推进现代化教学必须抓住关键 ;三、推进现代化教学应处理好的关系     

从马克思主义人地观看可持续发展战略

马克思主义人地观揭示了人与自然之间相互依存、相互作用的辩证关系。它为建立人与自然真正和谐的关系提供了思想方法，为我国实施可持续发展战略提供了合理的理论支持。     

关于"学习型"学校建立的思考

在教育改革中,引入学习型组织的理论——建立学习型的学校已成为当务之急。学习型学校是成员能建立共同愿景,进行团队学习和系统思考,改善心智模式进而实现自我超越,从而每个成员都能在学校组织中获得内感报酬的学校。根据我国教育的现状,将学习型组织理论引入学校建立学习型学校存在有利的条件,也有不利因素的一面。但只要学校领导、教师、学生及社区共同努力,学习型学校的建立是完全能够实现的。我们从学校领导、教师、学生及学校与社区关系等方面提出了构建学习型组织的具体方法和途径。     

Career Decision-Making Skills of High School Students in The Bahamas

The purpose of the study was to examine the confidence level in career decision-making of Bahamian adolescents in the high schools in Nassau, Bahamas, investigating factors that influence one's level of confidence in career decision-making. The Career Decision Scale along with a demographic survey were administered to 385 11th and 12th graders to examine six factors which measured the effects and/or interaction effects of influences on confidence in career decision-making. Two MANOVAs and the appropriate follow-up statistics (Tukey's Honestly Significant Difference post hoc tests) were used to determine differences and interaction effects among the variables measuring the level of career decision-making skills. Based on the findings of the study the researcher concluded that for Bahamian adolescents, the type of school, the grade level, and a visit to the school guidance office were significant factors that influenced one's level of confidence in career decision-making.

范仲俺是北宋著名的政治改革家、军事家、文学家,同时也是一位热心兴学育人的教育家。兴学育人可以说是范仲淹行之终生的事业。他大力提倡改革科举制度,积极投身于兴办学校的教育实践之中,从而形成了丰富的教育思想。范仲淹重视师资素质培养,力荐“明师”任教。在教育上他继承孔子的教育思想,以儒家经典为主要内容,并提出了培养专门性实用人才的主张,范仲淹对当时的学校教育,以至宋代学术文化的发展做出了重要的贡献。

Neoliberalism as exception: the New High-Quality School project in Shanghai

ABSTRACT

Drawing upon Aihwa Ong’s concept of ‘neoliberalism as exception’, this paper explores how the education authority in Shanghai capitalises on neoliberal knowledge, techniques and logics to address local challenges. Through the creation of ‘new high-quality schools’ that is accompanied by a new assessment system, the authority hopes to persuade parents to choose non-elite schools instead of prestigious schools that excel in academic performance. The neoliberal strategy of school choice is supported by the policy of school autonomy for educators to go beyond test scores to promote holistic development in students. The paper underlines the indigenisation of neoliberalism through policy dynamics where multiple educational stakeholders interact with and mutually influence one another. By highlighting ‘neoliberalism with Chinese characteristics’ in Shanghai, this study demonstrates how neoliberalism coexists with state forms, cultural norms and social practices in a particular locality.     

Using texting to nudge urban public school students to and through college

Abstract

This study investigates how a network of New York City public schools use texting to increase enrollment and persistence in college. Text messages include tips and reminders to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid as well as college tips. Our multiple regression results suggest that although when the texting began did not appear to matter, the texting program increased enrollment and persistence in college. In addition, response rates were positively associated with enrollment and persistence. Finally, we find that the content of the messages themselves as well as individual characteristics affected response rates.

学校武术是继承和发扬民族传统体育、传播民族传统文化的重要途径,在中国武术逐步向国际化发展的趋势中,武术自身也需要改革和调整,在保持民族性的同时加快与奥林匹克文化思想的交流和融合。思索、宏扬和发展学校武术与中国传统文化、奥林匹克文化的结合点,以便更有效地积极开展迎合奥林匹克精神和学校武术教育,是中国学校武术发展的方向和重要保证。
