Black doctoral student research participants: A mixed-method systematic literature review

In this study, we use a mixed-method systematic literature review of articles that include African American counselor education doctoral student participants in the research. From this corpus of inquiry, we provide an opportunity for counselor education researchers to lead the way with inclusive scholarship and the use of strengths-based frameworks. We examine how to conceptualize research particularly for African American doctoral student participants and offer suggestions on how to write the discussion and implication sections in a way to promote innovation and excellence.

Emancipatory or instrumental? Students’ and teachers’ perceptions of the implementation of the EcoSchool program

Abstract

We present findings of a mixed method evaluation study of the EcoSchool program in the Czech Republic. The innovativeness of this study is its specific focus on implementation strategies rather than learning outcomes. Using data from 148 students and 65 teachers from 54 different schools involved in the program, we investigated perceptions about the nature of the implementation and the impact of the approach on students’ and teachers’ feelings of ownership of success, loss of meaning of the program, or satisfaction with their participation in the EcoSchool program. The findings support the relevance of the emancipatory approach: students’ perceived participation predicts both their satisfaction with the program and perceived ownership of the success of their EcoTeams. Unexpectedly, the study also found that another factor predicting the program’s effectiveness is the level of students’ control over nonparticipating students.     

高科技团队变革型领导、组织公民行为和团队绩效关系的实证研究

本文采用实证研究的方法探讨了高科技团队中团队领导者的变革型领导行为对团队成员的组织公民行为和团队绩效的影响作用。研究结果表明,关系导向的变革型领导行为对团队绩效具有显著的影响作用,变革型领导行为通过团队成员的组织公民行为对团队绩效发生影响,即组织公民行为在变革型领导与团队绩效之间起到中介作用。     

平台生态嵌入、数据赋能对中小制造企业创新柔性的影响——基于资源编排视角

在当今数字经济和VUCA时代,如何提高创新柔性以响应动态环境是摆在所有制造企业面前的难题。对中小制造企业而言,由于自身资源相对短缺和资源管理能力不足,其创新柔性的提升机制具有特殊性。基于资源编排理论的过程视角,结合中小制造企业固有特性,引入平台生态嵌入作为构建资源组合的新形式,数据赋能作为实现资源连接和供需精准匹配的前提和基础,价值共创活动作为推动资源有效利用的新途径,并建立了三者与创新柔性间的理论模型。基于106家嵌入工业互联网平台生态的中小制造企业样本进行实证检验,结果表明：平台生态嵌入对创新柔性具有倒U形影响,并受到数据赋能的正向调节;价值共创活动在平台生态嵌入与创新柔性间存在部分中介作用;数据赋能对创新柔性具有正向作用,并调节了价值共创活动在平台生态嵌入与创新柔性之间的中介作用。本文在理论上揭开了中小制造企业创新柔性的提升机制,对资源编排理论做出有益补充,同时对中小制造企业如何有效利用工业互联网平台等资源以提升创新柔性具有一定指导意义。     

The pre-cloak superhero: a tool for superhero play and intervention

Since the early 1940s, superheroes have been used by educators and clinicians to instill community and confidence; resiliency and courage; tolerance and sharing among children. Through superhero play, the early childhood classroom has become a laboratory filled with capes and costumes. In the therapist’s milieu, the empowered superhero provides a model for children to aspire to. But both of these environments – the classroom and the counselor’s office – use the fully powered superhero. While the literature attests to health benefits provided through use of the empowered superhero, this article draws attention to a resource often overlooked: the pre-empowered, pre-cloak superhero. As many popular superheroes (~86%) were orphaned or abandoned, prior to acquiring superpowers, the article focuses on the adversities they share with these two specific groups of vulnerable children. With orphaned and abandoned children as the treatment group of focus, the article proposes environments for pre-cloak interventions. In addition, the article proposes a dual-stage program, which would combine pre-cloak interventions with superhero play. For the educator and clinician, possibility awaits through this expansion of the superhero palette.     

基于在线商人社区的营销人员赋能机制研究

本文借助网络志及扎根理论方法,考察营销人员如何借助在线商人社区对其电商营销活动进行赋能。研究发现,营销人员加入在线商人社区有助于其在电商营销专业知识和技能、心理状态以及对外影响力等方面获得提升,即实现赋能,而赋能对于社区成员获取在线交易机会有直接促进作用。社区信息特征、社交环境特征以及社区激励是影响赋能实现的前因,而上述因素通过影响社区成员对于社区和其他社区成员的融入水平,最终作用于赋能。     

数字城乡融合发展的逻辑基础、实践道路与推动策略*

本文围绕数字城乡融合发展这一前沿议题,立足唯物史观的辩证视角分析其逻辑基础,并考察中国特色的实践进程,旨在提出数字赋能城乡发展的新思路。研究认为,数字城乡融合发展表现为统筹新型智慧城市与数字乡村建设的过程,是辩证逻辑、演化逻辑与价值逻辑的统一。当前实践主要聚焦于基础设施协同,产业融合互促,公共服务普惠和治理手段升级等,要加快以人民为中心的城乡数字化转型,通过打造特色模式、转换增长动力、营造服务空间和提升居民福祉等,形成技术进步与人文智慧结合的解决方案,让新型智慧城市和数字乡村能够在数字赋能空间中彼此交融,服务于人的自由而全面发展。     

变革型领导对员工工作绩效的影响机理研究——基于员工变革准备的中介作用

文章以员工变革准备为中介变量,以变革合法性、员工情绪智力为调节变量,探讨变革型领导对员工工作绩效的影响机理。运用层级回归方法对问卷调查结果进行实证检验并得出结论：(1)变革型领导正向影响员工工作绩效;(2)员工变革准备在变革型领导和员工工作绩效路径中起部分中介作用;(3)员工情绪智力在变革型领导和员工工作绩效路径中起调节作用;(4)变革合法性在变革型领导和员工变革准备路径中起调节作用。因此,企业管理者应当重视员工变革准备和员工情绪智力的培育及变革合法性的积累,从而提高员工工作绩效。     

医药制造企业创新生态系统的演化机理研究

本文基于对齐鲁制药技术创新历程的调查，采用纵向单案例研究方法，依据6C研究框架探索了医药制造企业创新生态系统的演化机理。研究发现，齐鲁制药创新生态系统演化经历了新兴和多样化两个阶段，新兴阶段生态系统成员较少、结构松散、开放性差，技术创新重点关注价值获取；多样化阶段，创新生态系统成员增加，结构完善，开放性强，技术创新重点关注价值创造。在创新生态系统演化的不同阶段，核心主导者动态变迁，不同主导者行为及其作用机理不同。企业使能能力和赋能能力的构建共同推动了医药制造企业创新生态系统的持续性演化和升级。基于此，本文打开了创新生态系统演化的核心驱动力量和作用机理的黑箱，对企业创新生态系统的构建具有一定的指导价值。
