失败视角下变革型领导对员工创造力的影响

基于失败视角,本文运用社会信息加工理论,探究变革型领导对员工创造力的跨层次影响及团队失败共享信念和员工归属感在其中的作用,对60个团队中302对领导—员工配对数据进行分析,得到结论：变革型领导对员工创造力具有显著的跨层次正向影响,且对团队失败共享信念具有显著的正向影响;团队失败共享信念在变革型领导与员工创造力关系之间起到跨层次中介作用;员工归属感在团队失败共享信念与员工创造力关系之间起到正向调节作用。     

Father involvement in young children’s care and education: exploring boundaries and starting conversations

This paper analyses the impact of a UK local authority initiative – Fathers’ Friday – aiming to involve fathers in their children’s education, which took place in 20 early years’ and primary school settings. Whilst the study involved a range of methods, in this paper interview data associated with practitioners’ perspectives of the initiative are used. Theoretically, Bernstein’s concept of boundary and related notions of classification and framing provide a framework for exploring fathers’ positioning, and Bernstein’s concept of ‘voice’ helps to explain how relations are repositioned, as fathers engage with settings through their participation in the initiative. The authors’ contention is that whilst an existing structure of social relations positions how settings and individuals can relate to one another, experiencing the Fathers’ Friday initiative under changed conditions produces a weakened boundary space for fathers, from which ‘conversations can start’. Children themselves form part of this process of redrawing weakened boundaries.     

Understanding silence: an investigation of the processes of silencing in parent–teacher conferences with Somali diaspora parents in Danish public schools

This article questions the dominant understanding that immigrant and refugee parents in parent–teacher conferences are silent because they come from a culture where one does not question the authority of the teacher. Instead, it is argued that they become silent through certain interactional processes. Building on material from an explorative case study of the home–school relations of Somali diaspora families in Danish public schools, the article argues that while these parents have many opinions about their children’s education that they wish to convey, there are institutional and interactional processes in the parent–teacher conference that systematically silence their voices. The understanding of culture as a stable structure that persons are situated within in a top-down manner is thus challenged, arguing that dynamic here-and-now interactions unfolding in a specific practice result in persons becoming, rather than being, silent.     

The ties that bind – the roles and mundane practices of networks in constructing Educational Internationalisation in the High North

This article seeks to present an original and distinct contribution to the literature on internationalisation of Higher Education, by focusing on the very mundane processes through which agreement is reached on the nuts and bolts of the enactment of ‘internationalisation’, and the nature of ‘internationalisation’ as an experience, not just for students, about whom there is quite an extensive literature, but for the academics and administrators responsible for bringing it into being. It thus aims to provide an alternative understanding of internationalisation of Higher Education from that most commonly found in macro-level studies, through a focus on how internationalisation is creating a new set of cross-national shared institutional practices.     

从生态学视角论亲师关系对青少年成长的影响

教师、家长是学生成长中的重要他人,教师与家长关系的存在是以学生为纽带的,因此,发生在家长与教师相互之间的社会行为对正在成长的学生必然会产生影响。由此从生态学的视角探讨在亲师关系中影响青少年成长的两个微系统（教师与家长）,从而挖掘出对青少年的发展造成潜在影响的环境因素,并在相互作用过程中把握这些因素,寻找出它们变化、发展的规律,同时运用这些规律促进青少年的发展。     

Inference making ability and its relation to comprehension failure in young children

Young children's reading comprehension skill is associated with their ability to draw inferences (Oakhill 1982, 1984). An experiment was conducted to investigate the direction of this relation and to explore possible sources of inferential failure. Three groups of children participated: Same-age skilled and less skilled comprehenders, and a comprehension-age match group. The pattern of performance indicated that the ability to make inferences was not a by-product of good reading comprehension, rather that good inference skills are a plausible cause of good reading comprehension ability. Failure to make inferences could not be attributed to lack of relevant general knowledge. Instead, the pattern of errors indicated that differences in reading strategy were the most likely source of these group differences.

变革型领导行为与创造性:内在动机和创造性工作氛围的中介作用——针对中国企业管理实践的分析

以534名中国企业员工为样本分析结果表明,变革型领导行为与员工创造性正相关:内在动机和创造性工作氛围均对变革型领导行为与员工创造性之间的关系具有部分中介作用,作为中介变量的内在动机和创造性工作氛围之间具有正向的互动作用.由于增加了一条中介途径,使得分析模型对员工创造性变差的解释量由63.9%增加到68.5%.随后,对研究结果进行了讨论,并指出了研究的局限性.     

绩效考核、变革型领导和员工创新的关系研究

绩效考核作为企业普遍采用的管理工具,对员工行为有深远影响,但不同的绩效考核方式对员工的影响不同。研究表明国内大多数企业采用评价型绩效考核方式,不利于激发员工创新行为。将变革型领导方式作为调节变量,引入到评价型绩效考核与员工创新行为之间关系中,结果表明,变革型领导方式可以在很大程度上矫正评价导向的绩效考核对员工创新行为的不利影响。     

基于专利分析的科研项目管理优化方法研究

科研项目管理是开展项目立项、评审、考核、促进科技成果产出的重要手段,开展专利分析运用于科研项目管理的办法研究,将对提升和优化科研项目管理具有重要意义。针对科研项目的实施特点,将科研项目管理分为发布指南、申请、立项评审等7个阶段,采用阶段分析及关联分析的方法探究专利分析在科研项目管理各阶段的应用,从而提出优化科研项目管理要健全科研项目管理机制,建立面向科研项目管理的专利分析机制的建议。
