网络舆情中的政府回应策略分析

网络舆情是现实民意在网络空间的反映,政府对网络民意的反应事关政府的执政基础和执政能力。文章根据2009年地方政府应对网络舆情能力排行榜的数据,归纳并分析排名高低的原因,总结出一些规律性的经验教训,为政府应对网络舆情提供有效的理论依据,从而形成网络民意与政府工作的良性互动。     

交通事故所致急性心理创伤症状与羞耻感的特点

目的：了解交通事故所致心理创伤症状与羞耻感的特点,为临床心理医疗提供理论基础。方法：对90例车祸伤的病人采用生活事件冲击量表修订版（ISE-R）、解离性体验量表（DES）和羞耻感量表等自陈式工具,于创伤后7天内进行评定。结果：个性羞耻与AI,侵袭性症状、回避症状与解离体验显著相关;行为羞耻与回避症状和解离体验显著相关;躯体羞耻与解离体验显著相关;家庭羞耻与解离体验显著相关。结论：交通事故所致急性心理创伤症状与非急性心理创伤组相比,心理创伤程度更严重,骨科医师在治疗骨科疾病的同时也应该重视PTSD的发生及其防治,以保证病人较快恢复健康,提高病人的生活质量。     

维生素C和免疫多糖对中华倒刺鲃非特异性免疫功能的影响

在中华倒刺鲃每千克基础饲料中分别添加免疫多糖2g、免疫多糖4g、维生素C（VC）700mg、VC1400nag、VC700mg＋免疫多糖2g、VC700mg＋免疫多糖4g、VC1400mg＋免疫多糖2g、VC1400mg＋免疫多糖4g,以基础饲料为对照组,连续投喂2周后,通过测定血液白细胞的数量,白细胞吞噬能力,血清、头肾和脾脏的溶菌酶活力,探讨不同浓度的免疫多糖和VC对中华倒刺鲃非特异性免疫功能的影响．结果表明：VC和免疫多糖都能提高中华倒刺鲃免疫机能,且免疫多糖和VC二者间在较低浓度组合时有协同作用,高浓度组合时反而产生拮抗作用．免疫多糖和VC的最适宜组合浓度为（VC700mg＋免疫多糖2g）／kg基础饲料．     

Gender differences in performance in mathematics at the end of lower secondary school in Italy

The paper deals with the investigation of gender differences in performances in mathematics for Italian students at the end of lower secondary school. The study is based on a new large-scale assessment test developed and administered by the National Evaluation Institute for the School System. Given the evidence in the literature which favors males, performances of female and male students are compared using different approaches. Scores proposed by educational experts based on item subgroups were considered, while a model-based approach was used within item response theory. The results revealed a significant advantage to males in overall performance, while no meaningful differences were observed with respect to item domain and type. An interpretable item map was developed crossing expert opinions with IRT abilities, and plausible proficiency levels were defined. According to the map-based student classification, a relatively lower percentage of females fell into the highest proficiency groups with respect to males.     

Enhancing cellular immune response to HBV M DNA vaccine in mice by codelivery of interleukin-18 recombinant

Objective: To investigate the effect of interleukin-18 (IL-18) on immune response induced by plasmid encoding hepatitis B virus middle protein antigen and to explore new strategies for prophylactic and therapeutic HBV DNA vaccines. Methods: BALB/c mice were immunized with pCMV-M alone or co-immunized with pcDNA3-18 and pCMV-M and then their sera were collected for analysing anti-HBsAg antibody by ELISA; splenocytes were isolated for detecting specific CTL response and cytokine assay in vitro. Results: The anti-HBs antibody level of mice co-immunized with pcDNA3-18 and pCMV-M was slightly higher than that of mice immunized with pCMV-M alone, but there was not significantly different (P>0.05). Compared with mice injected with pCMV-M, the specific CTL cytotoxity activity of mice immunized with pcDNA3-18 and pCMV-M was significantly enhanced (P<0.05) and the level of IFN-γ in supernatant of splenocytes cultured with HBsAg in vitro was significantly elevated (P<0.05) while the level of IL-4 had no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: The plasmid encoding IL-18 together with HBV M gene DNA vaccines may enhance specific TH1 cells and CTL cellular immune response induced in mice, so that IL-18 is a promising immune adjuvant.     

Sex Education through a Trauma-Informed Lens: Do Parents Who See Trauma as a Problem for Youth Support Trauma-Informed Sex Education?

Trauma-informed sex education is sensitive to students’ traumatic life experiences. Internet panel data for 600 Louisiana parents/caregivers of school-age youth were used to examine parental support for trauma-informed school-based sex education, and parental characteristics associated with supporting trauma-informed sex education. Nearly three-quarters (71%) of parents agreed that youth are exposed to high levels of trauma, and 86% reported interest in school-based sex education that supports emotional wellness. Of all parental characteristics, the perception that youth are exposed to high levels of trauma was most strongly associated with endorsement of trauma-informed sex education. Louisiana parents recognize the influence of emotional wellness on youth sexual health and support trauma-informed school-based sex education, which is becoming the new standard for youth sex education services.

积极老龄化视域下的老年教育:理念融合与使命创新

当前,老龄化已然成为全球面临的共同挑战,老年教育在应对老龄化社会进程中,应发挥其特有的角色与使命。积极老龄化的理念由世界卫生组织提出,经联合国以及欧盟的不断推进,当前已经形成具有一定实践意义的政策框架与指标体系,得到了国际社会的广泛认同。作为终身学习体系组成部分的老年教育,能够为实现积极老龄化所倡导的“独立健康生活”“就业”以及“社会参与”等政策支柱发挥重要的促进作用。与发达国家相比,我国对老年教育的认知与实践仍有很大的提升空间。在未来,我国应当树立“健康即是回报”的老年教育观念,增加对老年教育的社会支持,通过教育增强老年群体的健康知识学习与社会参与,进而促进积极老龄化的实现。     

新农村建设视野下的乡镇政府回应

乡镇政府及其工作人员能否对乡村社会和广大农民的需求作出积极、敏感、负责任的回应,直接关系到新农村建设的成效。提升乡镇政府回应能力的路径主要有合理划分各级政府的事权;把握好回应指向;转变乡镇政府职能;建立健全乡镇政府回应机制和注重对乡镇政府回应进行科学的绩效评估等。
