任意体上的矩阵方程[XnnAns,XnnBnt]=[Ans,O]

本文研究了任意体上的矩阵方程「ＸｎｎＡｍ,ＸｎｎＢｎｔ」＝「Ａｎｓ,Ｏ」,给出了（Ⅰ）的相容的充要条件、通解的显式表示,解的性质及其实用解法,通常意义下的投影矩阵在任意体上也得到了进一步的推广。     

求CP的SU(2)轨道的根分布方法

从根分布的角度,对齐性二维球面分类结果给出比Bando和Ohnita（J Math Soc Japan,1987,39：477）更加明显的刻画,求出决定齐性二维球面的SU（2）轨道的李群多项式表示的显式表达式,证明复射影空间中SU（2）轨道的维数取决于一个对应的扩大复平面系数上的一元n次方程的重根和负共轭倒数根对分布,把SU（2）轨道维数归结为黎曼球面上n个点是否重合或成为对径点的问题。也初步研究了SU（2）三维轨道性质与根分布的关系。     

Splitting and projection: drawing on psychodynamics in educational psychology practice

This paper reflects the author’s journey into an area of psychology which is not dominant in Educational Psychology discourse, namely psychodynamic psychology. Two psychodynamic mechanisms, namely splitting and projection are explained, and then the author describes and critiques how these mechanisms have proved useful in his practice. Two case studies are presented to illustrate how a reflective stance guided by psychodynamic concepts was fruitful in analysing and, sometimes, removing emotional obstacles in the author’s practice. Finally a hypothesis is formulated to explain the apparent lack of educational psychologists’ interest in psychodynamic psychology.     

Public investment and the goal of providing universal access to primary education by 2015 in Kenya

The authors use population census data to project school enrolment for Kenya. They also employ current education sector budget and national revenue base statistics to model the sector budget and to forecast the revenue base growth required to sustain universal primary education (UPE). The 2003 fiscal year unit cost of education is used as the base value for computing the budget needed to fund UPE through 2015, the year by which the international community aims to achieve UPE. The authors apply econometric analysis in exploring the policy implications for the education sector budget and capacity for revenue generation that would support the budgetary growth needed.     

基于投影寻踪和BP神经网络的我国粮食安全的评价及预测

粮食安全问题关系着一个国家的稳定和安全,粮食安全是人们一直关注的焦点问题,所以能否及时准确的评价一个国家粮食的安全性,对于保障国家粮食安全具有重要的作用。本文采用投影寻踪模型对我国30年的粮食安全问题进行了评价并对未来7年的粮食安全问题进行预测,并用神经网络对该方法的判别效果进行了验证。研究表明过去近30年的粮食安全情况基本安全,并呈逐步好转趋势。     

投影寻踪技术的理论及应用研究进展

投影寻踪技术是国际统计界于70年代中期发展起来的、用来处理和分析高维观测数据,尤其是非正态、非线性高维数据的一种新兴统计方法。它利用计算机直接对高维数据进行投影降维分析,进行数据客观投影诊断,自动找出能反映高维空间规律的数据结构,达到研究分析高维数据的目的。本文对30多年来投影寻踪技术在应用领域方面的文献进行收集整理,探讨投影寻踪技术在相关领域的应用和发展状况,为从事投影寻踪研究或应用的专业人员获取和利用相关信息提供线索和参考。     

Several inequalities for L_2-projection body

In this paper, by using the Lp-Brunn-Minkowski theory and its dual theory, L2-version on the conjectured projection inequality is investigated, the (reverse) inclusive relationship between L2-projection body and the classical projection body are established, and a constrained minimization problem is solved.     

基于字符纹理特性的车牌定位研究

提出一种基于车牌区域字符特性和边界检测的车牌区域分割算法。算法首先通过灰度拉伸函数控制所拍摄到的图片的整体灰度,然后使用Sobe1垂直算子增强字符的垂直笔画特性,通过阈值分割和水平差分运算去除大部分的背景区域内容,再通过分别向水平方向和垂直方向投影,依据车牌区域字符的统计特性对候选区域逐一排除,最终实现车牌定位。
