干部公选应做到人岗相适

人岗相适是现代人力资源管理的重要命题,指人和岗位的对应关系。干部公选中要做到人岗相适,就是要科学配置领导人才资源,把合适的人放在适合的岗位上,使干部能力水平与所承担的任务相统一,实现人尽其才、才尽其用、事竟其功。本文通过职位分析、量化测评、配套制度三个方面进行研究,力求实现干部公选中的人岗相适。

不真正连带债务是从德、日等大陆法系国家通过法院判例和学说发展起来的民法制度,是复杂社会生活对利益平衡在司法解决方法上提出的需要和挑战。本文试图在不真正连带债务理论基础上结合审判实践分别从实体和程序的角度探讨该制度在司法实践中的适用,从而达到公平、正义、效率、经济等法律价值的有机统一。

国际金融危机背景下,如何开展适时的、有效的返乡农民工再就业教育,已然成为政府、社会关注的焦点问题。因此,评述返乡农民工再就业教育的现有相关研究成果,并展望未来的研究趋向,对推进返乡农民工再就业教育,开展返乡农民工再就业教育深入研究,开拓成人教育学术研究的视野,具有重要的理论和现实意义。     

从“有真人而后有真知”看庄子对能知的考察

在庄子的哲学中,作为把握经验事物的知,由于认识对象的不稳定和道的抽象性使其面对相当的困境,守持和实践这样的知也导致了不合理的结果。如何走出知的困境,庄子提出了“有真人而后有真知”。通过真知克服知的困境,其实质也就是将认识的困境,转化为通过能知的提升来解决。由此凸显了认识活动中作为能知的人的能动性与具体性,有益于克服把能知理解为抽象的理性存在。     

The identification of a value-based pedagogical pattern promoting ‘development of the person’ in higher education

The promotion of student development through engagement with a course of study in higher education (HE) is an area in need of urgent research. This study of college-based HE identified that teachers working with development in mind possessed a nexus of core values which were expressed in practice through an integrated pedagogical pattern (i) the development of trust, (ii) developing roles, relationships and a sense of community (iii) active confrontation and challenge and (iv) using pedagogical time and space. A naturalistic, ethnographic methodology and case study approach was used to answer the question ‘what is going on here?’ in contexts where ‘development of the person’ was a key aim. A sociocultural perspective on learning and development was adopted which supported an integrated approach to research design, analysis and interpretation.     

Combining IRT and SEM: A Hybrid Model for Fitting Responses and Response Certainties

This article proposes a model-based procedure, intended for personality measures, for exploiting the auxiliary information provided by the certainty with which individuals answer every item (response certainty). This information is used to (a) obtain more accurate estimates of individual trait levels, and (b) provide a more detailed assessment of the consistency with which the individual responds to the test. The basis model consists of 2 submodels: an item response theory submodel for the responses, and a linear-in-the-coefficients submodel that describes the response certainties. The latter is based on the distance-difficulty hypothesis, and is parameterized as a factor-analytic model. Procedures for (a) estimating the structural parameters, (b) assessing model–data fit, (c) estimating the individual parameters, and (d) assessing individual fit are discussed. The proposal was used in an empirical study. Model–data fit was acceptable and estimates were meaningful. Furthermore, the precision of the individual trait estimates and the assessment of the individual consistency improved noticeably.

受不同语旨的影响,为满足不同读信人的需求,写信人会对人称资源做出不同选择。英文情书中,第一人称直述,引出话题并引导读信人参与话题;第二人称对读信人产生拉力,能加强写信人与读信人的亲密关系;第三人称虽然较少使用,但丰富了人称意义的多种可能性。英文推销信中,第一人称削弱了写信人的权势地位,表达了写信人以期与读信人进行平等、友好的对话意愿;第二人称使两者实现了面对面的交流;第三人称的指代则使推销信更简洁、客观。     

浅析高校实验室管理存在的问题及对策

人力资源作为实验室管理中的最重要因素,在实验室运作中发挥着不可替代的作用。由于高校政策体制等方面的原因,目前高校实验室在人力资源管理方面仍存在众多问题,树立以人为本的现代人力资源管理理念,建立合理的人才引进机制,实行竞聘上岗,加强培训力度是改进存在问题的必要措施。     

MAX WEBER AND THE MORAL ECONOMY OF OFFICE

This article focuses upon a crucial aspect of Max Weber's work, one that has been largely neglected by scholars of organization, in cultural economy as much as in economic sociology more generally. That is Lebensführung, the conduct of life. The article argues that Weber's approach to questions of Lebensführung locates him as a late but prodigious practitioner in a tradition of the ethics of office, particularly as the latter becomes a defensive doctrine. In making this case, the vocabulary of office in Weber's work is explored and its importance for an understanding of the ethico-cultural constitution of a variety of instituted personae is highlighted. The article concludes by briefly suggesting why and how a Weberian ethics of office remains a key resource for scholars of organizational life, including those operating in the emergent field of ‘cultural economy’.
