从高校德育看当代大学生社会责任感的培养

随着市场经济的深入发展和多元价值的广泛影响,当代大学生社会责任感缺失的问题日益凸显。高校作为培养大学生成才的主要阵地,担负着培养大学生社会责任的主要工作。从高校现状来看,存在着一些不足。因此,要进一步完善高校思想政治教育工作,提出切实可行的措施来提高大学生社会责任感。     

学报在高职院校内涵建设中的作用

高职院校内涵建设对学报提出了新的要求。学报要在学院内涵建设中发挥作用,就必须找准定位,拓宽服务途径,强化自身建设,树立超前意识、品牌意识、精品意识,提高办刊质量,走特色办刊之路。     

谈新武侠小说的多元价值

自金庸、古龙、梁羽生、温瑞安这新派武侠四大家之后,超越与突破、创新与求变成了新时期武侠小说创作的核心主题。令人欣喜的是,在经历了困惑和阵痛之后,一大批"70后"乃至"80后"的新武侠作家及其作品成功地破茧而出。他们的创作既给武侠小说带来了种种新变,也从历史、文化、审美、精神等层面彰显了自身的多元价值。     

Culture Differences and College English Reading

Cultural differences have a great effect on English learning,especially on college English reading.Reading is a crucial tool in acquiring information and knowledge.Culture cannot be separated from language.College English reading should focus on the differences of culture.It is important to understand how to lay stress on the differences in the course of college English teaching and learning about reading for increasing students’ ability of reading.This thesis analyzes the influence of culture on English reading and tries to set up a principle of teaching English through culture.To support my point of view,the relationship between language and culture is discussed first.Language is a part of culture and shaped by culture;it is also the carrier of culture and reflects cultural features of a community in which the language is spoken.Language and culture are closely related with each other.From the aspect of language teaching and learning,to teach a foreign language is to teach another culture;to learn a language is also to learn another culture.     

Misperceptions of Chinese People about North American Culture

Cultural knowledge has some influence on successful inter-cultural communication.In order to help Chinese people communicate well with foreigners,this paper discusses some misperceptions of Chinese people about North American culture based on the data collected from several Chinese and American participants.And MK.Mayer’s model of basic values and Kluckhohn-Strodtotbeck’s model are adopted to analyze the reasons why Chinese people have such misperceptions.Based on the findings,three suggestions are provided to help Chinese to overcome some misperceptions with the hope that they can conduct a good communication with foreigners.     

On the Culture Elements in Translation

As a form of cultural exchanges,it isn’t avoidable for translation and culture to be closely connected and influenced by each other.In the translation process,target work is influenced by all kinds of cultural elements so that target work is different from source work in some degree.The content of source work remains the same,but the form of that is changed more or less as the result of the target language culture.Sometimes the culture of the source language and that of the target language may be on equal footing complementary but sometimes they might be unequal because of their different position of comparative advantages,one culture is neglected.The cultural elements of translator have a great influence on the target work.The target work is the recreation of the translator.

外语教学不仅要注重语言教学,而且应注重文化知识的传授。本文从语言与文化的关系出发,阐述了文化教学的内容,探讨了如何有效地在外语教学中进行文化导人,全面提高大学生语言综合能力,真正实现大学英语教学和跨文化交际相结合。     

问题管理模式在建筑施工安全工作中的运用

问题管理模式是以解决问题为导向,以挖掘问题、表达问题、归结问题、处理问题为切入点的管理理论和管理方法。问题管理运用在建筑施工生产安全工作中有三方面作用:防患于未然,防止问题演化为危机;发现和解决关键问题,过滤假问题,解决真问题;跨专业、跨部门分析和解决问题,打通专业管理或部门之间的鸿沟。问题管理模式在建筑安全施工中运用的基本模式为:寻找发现问题,分析研究问题,制定措施解决问题,总结监控问题。当然要达到安全施工生产还必须建立问题管理的观念保障、技术保障和组织保障等一系列的保障机制。     

外语教学中的文化引入——以大学英语教学为例

在外语教学中,教师在传授语言知识的同时,还应该将目的语及其国家的文化知识引入教学内容。二者有机地结合对于培养学生的交际能力特别是跨文化交际能力至关重要。为达到这一要求,应明确规定在外语教学中将中外文化差异作为教学内容的重要组成部分,同时重视文化导入渠道的多元化和文化导入方法的多样性。
