新教师入职教育的必要性与模式构想

新教师入职教育是教师培养培训过程中的重要一环。当前的教师见习试用期制度存在着一些明显的缺陷,建立新型的新教师入职教育制度迫在眉睫。我们所构想的新教师入职教育制度应具有以下要素：以中小学为基地、能力为本与反思的结合、大学与中小学的全面合作、完善的辅导教师制度及相应的政策保障体系。     

《汽车检测与诊断技术》课程教学方法改革与实践

传统教学模式是先理论后实验,学生在理论学习的同时不能很好的将知识与实践技能融合。而采用基于理实一体的项目教学法和案例教学法,可以在教师的指导下,学生去寻找得到某种技能的途径,最终掌握这种技能。这两种教学法在《汽车检测与诊断技术》的教学过程中,效果良好。     

Do universal social and emotional learning programs for secondary school students enhance the competencies they address? A systematic review

While universal school‐based social and emotional learning (SEL) programs claim to target various SEL competencies, earlier reviews have not provided a clear overview of the competencies in question. We therefore wished to identify the competencies targeted in SEL programs for secondary school students. We also aimed to examine the effects of these programs on SEL competencies and psychosocial health. The specific SEL competencies directly addressed in the programs' primary learning targets were identified based on the Collaborative for Academic, Social and Emotional Learning (CASEL) framework for SEL. Five bibliographic databases (PubMed, PsychINFO, Education Resources Information Center (ERIC), Applied Science Premier (ASP), and Web of Science) were searched for relevant research papers published between 2014 and 2018. We included 40 studies that investigated 32 programs focusing on two or more SEL competencies. While most programs targeted four or five of the SEL competencies, many of the included studies did not measure the programs' effects on all the competencies targeted. Our results showed that the SEL programs had substantial effects on the SEL competencies they addressed and on psychosocial health. Although the programs focused predominantly on self‐management skills and relationship skills, the largest summary effects were found for self‐awareness and social awareness.

随着计算机技术和通信技术的发展,计算机网络将日益成为工业、农业和国防等方面的重要信息交换手段,渗透到社会生活的各个领域.网络安全问题日益突出,为了提高网络的整体安全水平必须全方位的构建网络安全防护体系,本文介绍网络安全防护体系的构建过程,并描述网络安全防护体系结构.     

基于多核系统的视频特征提取程序并行化及性能优化方法

基于多核系统,对4种视频特征的提取程序分别研究了并行算法和性能优化方法.实验结果表明,通过的并行化和性能优化,当使用8个核时,这4种视频特征提取程序的处理速度平均提高到原始串行程序的17倍.此外,对实验结果进行了深入的性能分析,寻找和剖析了多核系统的性能瓶颈,为进一步提高多核系统的性能提供了依据和建议.     

I felt so guilty: emotions and subjectivity in school‐based teacher education

Research in the field of emotions in relation to teaching is relatively new, but expanding. However, studies addressing the emotional dimension of preservice teacher education, particularly with respect to the role of school‐based teacher educators are currently under‐represented in the literature. This paper reports findings from a study focussed on the emotional dimension of the practicum for school‐based teacher educators as they support preservice teacher colleagues. It adopts a qualitative method informed by feminist post‐structural theory in an attempt to give meaning to teachers’ narratives of their personal responses to supporting a less than successful preservice teacher. The study investigates teachers’ shifting sense of agency throughout the experience as they work within apparently intersecting discursive frames. The case study reveals the depth of emotions experienced by teachers and examines the impact of the emotions on teacher identity. It appears that the tertiary sector has failed to recognise the emotional costs of such experiences and the associated needs of school‐based teacher educators. Finally, the paper asks in what ways can staff in universities work collaboratively with teachers to address the concerns being raised by a study such as this, as there appears to be a genuine need to assist teachers copes with the emotional outcomes of working with problematic preservice teachers.     

一种抽取多数类边界样本的入侵检测算法

针对传统网络入侵检测方法在实时性响应和入侵行为识别率上存在的不足,本文提出了一种抽取多数类边界样本的入侵检测算法。该算法首先根据中心距离确定网络链接行为中多数类样本的边界样本,然后将多数类样本的边界样本与少数类样本合并构成新的训练集合,最后进行分类学习。该算法有效地降低了类别之间的不平衡度和减少了训练样本数目,具有更好的入侵检测性能。在KDD CUP 99数据集上的仿真实验,充分验证了该算法的有效性。
