澳门公民教育的缺失及《品德与公民》教科书的回应

受历史因素影响,澳门中小学公民教育整体水平比较落后。回归后,随着经济的持续快速增长,各种社会问题不断出现,澳门特区政府日益认识到提高公民素质、进行公民教育的重要性。然而,缺乏本地合用的教科书,导致公民教育的成效并不理想。为此,澳门教育暨青年局与人民教育出版社合作开发了《品德与公民》教科书。针对青少年国家观念与公民意识的缺失的现状,"公民与政府"分册的编写进行了有益的尝试,以提升公民参与能力,促进澳门社会的繁荣与稳定。     

高校体育师资队伍建设初探

高校体育教育是高校教育体系中重要的组成部分。本文分析了我国高校体育师资队伍建设中存在的主要问题,如师资队伍结构不够合理、科研水平偏低及教学手段单一等;同时,针对存在的问题从重视科研、人才引进、规范管理及竞争机制等方面提出了解决问题的对策。     

“以人为本”思想与高校思想政治教育工作

“以人为本”是科学发展观的本质规定。高校思想政治教育工作担负着培养社会主义建设者和接班人的重任,在高校思想政治教育工作中坚持以人为本,就是尊重人在教育中的主体地位,在教育工作中把人的发展放到首位,帮助大学生树立正确的价值取向,实现思想政治教育促进受教育者全面发展的最终目的。     

Learning for Vocation Apprentice Participation in Work Practice

The high drop-out rate in upper secondary education is a major challenge to European and US educational programmes. Upper secondary education in Norway faces a similar challenge, because in recent decades, around one-third of the students drop out of the educational programmes. The majority of the drop-outs are students in vocational programmes, and a substantial number are apprentices at the workplace. With these high drop-out rates and the ensuing personal, social and economic consequences, it is vital to address how upper secondary education systems can keep students connected throughout the programmes. By thoroughly analyzing learning environments and the experiences, interactions and processes which youth deal with during vocational education, insights into how characteristics of the learning environments relate to dropping-out and connectedness may be brought into educational discussions. The case study presented in this article explores how workplaces constitute learning environments and how apprentices participate in the learning environments of work according to their dispositions, aims and life plans. The findings show that the apprentices had different agencies and that they were involved in two distinct participation patterns at the workplace： a collaborative pattern and an executive pattern. Our findings also suggest that strong agency for the vocation may keep apprentices connected throughout the educational programme, although they are aftbrded an executive participation pattern. Based on our findings, it is appropriate to raise questions as to whether an unclear agency for the vocation, together with affordance of executive participation patterns, may suggest one possible answer for the high drop-out rate among apprentices.     

The Effect of Culture Integrated Language Courses on Foreign Language Education

When examined carefully, it is seen that there is not an available and detailed cttrriculum designed for the aim of foreign language teaching with integrated cultural items of the target language in the programs of the schools under authority of the Ministry of Education and Turkish higher education institutions. In recent years, the specialists have an agreement on the issue that foreign language instruction should be carried out by the means of target language＇s history, literature, geography and also its social characteristics. The idiom ＂it＇s raining cats and dogs＂ can be misinterpreted by a Turkish student without the knowledge of this idiom＇s story in English history as ＂Cats and dogs are pouring down from the sky＂. An important French architectural building ＂Saint Mary Cathedral, Notre Dame de Paris＂ can be misunderstood as ＂Our Parisian Woman＂ by a student who is unfamiliar with French culture. Both examples show that encountered foreign words and phrases can be misunderstood and mostly these words are perceived and interpreted according to learners＇ own cultural figures. The aims of this study are to show the significance of culture-based foreign language courses and to make a contribution to the literature by regarding the views of researchers beheving that culture and language are inseparable concepts. In this context, Erzincan University French Language Teaching Department students＇ opinions on the relation between culture and language learning were received with the application of qualitative structured written response method. Then, document analysis of written comments was evaluated. Consequently, the analysis on the participants＇ written comments showed that a culture integrated foreign language course can make positive contributions to students＇ learning, language learning process and learning environment.     

科举学文化视角研究

分析中国科举文化概念时,不能单纯以文化论文化,而应更多地分析科举制产生的土壤——科举社会,这个科举社会包含着科举人群、科举制度及科举风俗等。科举文化内容可被粗略划分为物质内容与人文意识内容两个部分。科举文化随着科举制及封建社会环境的变化呈现出不同的发展特点,既表现出明显的时代性特征,又表现出与其他封建社会文化相区别的独特特征,如至公性、竞争性、实用性等。     

地方综合性大学师资国际化的对策

在区域性经济发展、外向型经济的推动下,各地方综合性大学纷纷制定了国际化的发展战略。输送适应地方经济发展的创新型人才的目标对地方综合性大学的师资提出了更高的要求。为了达到这一目标,地方综合性大学的师资国际化发展变得刻不容缓。但地方综合性大学的师资国际化还存在诸多不足,需要地方政府、地方综合性大学以及教师齐心协力,共谋发展大计。     

时评：大学生思想政治教育的创新载体

思想政治教育的效果取决于载体的选择。时评有新闻时效性和舆论引导性的特点,可以作为思想政治教育的创新载体。长期学习时评能够扩充大学生知识面,培养独立思考能力,提升口头和书面表达能力。时评成为思想政治教育创新载体的形式包括高校新闻传媒刊播校内时评引导校园舆论,大学生通过新闻报刊杂志阅读时评了解主流价值观,登陆时评网站、博客和论坛学习时评进行自我教育。

学术型硕士研究生教育质量的提高依赖于研究生教育质量管理体系中各要素质量的提高。将优越的管理体系作用于高质量的体系要素并形成优化的结构,学术型硕士研究生教育质量水平在整体上可以获得提高。2008版ISO9001标准可以指导学术型硕士研究生教育质量管理体系的构建。将ISO9001标准引入研究生教育领域,会使更多的培养单位获得更多的发展机遇,提高教育质量,提高教育管理水平。
