发展志愿服务事业,创新社会动员机制

志愿服务是重要的有效社会动员形式。顺应时代发展需要,发展志愿服务事业,有利于创新社会动员机制,进而推进和创新社会管理。本文社会动员的对象、社会动员的方式、社会动员的性质、社会动员的效率等四个角度,探索如何通过发展志愿服务来建立和完善社会动员体制机制,有效提升社会动员水平,切实服务民生所求,为社会科学发展提供支持和动力。     

大学生志愿服务动机及其引导——以陕西师范大学为例

志愿服务活动是大学生思想素质教育的有效载体和重要补充,体现着奉献友爱的志愿精神。然而,近年来,大学生参加志愿服务活动已成为一种趋势,然而,大学生志愿服务的动机却不再是单纯的奉献自我,而是以一种多样化、复杂化的方式呈现。本文以陕西师范大学为例,通过问卷调查、访问志愿者代表以及参与志愿者活动等方法,深入了解了大学生参加志愿服务活动的各种动机,并提出了一些可行性较高的引导方法。     

Reconceptualizing the School Administrator's Role: Socialization at Mid‐Career

School reform strategies involving restructuring require that administrators redefine their roles. Most of the research in this area has emphasized new rather than veteran administrators. However, if these reform strategies are to be implemented, school administrators at mid‐career stages will need to change their conceptions of the role.

This article identifies and examines literature concerning the major issues of socialization to a role conception, including definitions, sources, and socialization mechanisms for changing conceptions of the role. The article also presents a research agenda based on this theoretical examination that delineates research questions, relevant variables, and possible findings regarding changing role conceptions. The research agenda focuses on two major strategies of educational reform: shared decision making and schools of choice.     

The third sector and the governance of education

This article explores the nature, scope and form of third-sector involvement in education in New Zealand as demonstrated through a comparison of its relationship with the state in two distinct periods of state and educational development. It begins with an analysis of the period of state expansion from crown colony to centralised administration in the mid-1870s. It then examines the relationship in the decade following the restructuring of education in 1989, as the neoliberal state negotiated economic changes at the national and supranational levels, and challenges to the existing educational organisation from both the political left and the political right. Although an almost mirror image of nineteenth-century arrangements is identified, the nature of the state/third-sector relationship was vastly different as a smaller, but nonetheless stronger, state retained control over the governance of education and, with it, possibilities and limitations for third-sector involvement.     

Adult education between the wars: the curious case of the Selborne Lecture Bureau

‘Independent’ lecture agencies are a neglected element in the history of education. Between 1918 and 1939, the Selborne Lecture Bureau was a significant national provider of adult education in Britain, both in its own right and as a supplier of lecture(r)s to Women's Institutes and other bodies, and it pioneered the use of films in schools. For a brief period, it was an ‘educational’ vehicle for the Empire Marketing Board with a programme of over 2400 lectures in 1929. The Bureau originated in the early twentieth century split between the conservative (and male) traditions of natural history and the radical (and female) campaigning (anti‐) plumage movement that produced the RSPB. The interwar history of the Selborne Lecture Bureau provides a counterpoint to conventional accounts of adult education between the two world wars, part of an influential ‘third stream’ alongside the ‘liberal tradition’ and growing state and local authority provision.     

上市公司自愿性信息披露动因机制的生态学角度研究

为了研究上市公司进行自愿性信息披露的原因和战略选择,将研究对象分为上市公司与公司股东及外部投资者的关系,从生态学的角度,利用Logistic模型建立互动模型,得到了最优模型及互惠共生模型,基于此对上市公司自愿性信息披露进行了进一步的分析,获得了虚假信息披露的生态学机理,并得到了上市公司进行自愿性信息披露的动因机制和策略.     

档案信息资源增殖研究

本文从档案信息资源增殖的含义、表现形式、依赖条件、增殖原因、增殖后给社会带来的影响和档案信息资源增殖的良性循环等方面对档案信息资源增殖作了更加深入、系统的研究。在研究中 ,笔者针对目前国内档案界对本课题研究的不完善之处提出了自己新的观点。     

对见义勇为的损害赔偿在适用民事法律规范上的思考

本文从分析见义勇为和无因管理的概念、特征、构成要件以及联系和区别出发,说明见义勇为行为在民法属性上不仅是属于无因管理行为而且还是一种更高层次的无因管理行为;然后从见义勇为和无因管理的民事法律规范入手,对照具体案例,指出见义勇为的损害赔偿在何种条件下适用何种民事法律规范。     

城市重大体育赛事志愿服务管理机制中的问题研究

重大体育赛事已成为提升城市综合竞争能力的重要工具。与之同时,志愿服务也正成为重大体育赛事不可或缺的组成部分。运用文献分析、典型案例、个案访谈等方法对我国城市重大体育赛事志愿服务管理现状进行了探讨,对我国城市重大体育赛事志愿服务管理机制目前存在的弊端和问题进行了研究,并提出一些针对性建议。

通过上市公司对自愿披露战略管理能力和创新管理能力的动因的剖析,在介绍战略管理能力及创新管理能力信息内容的基础上,对战略管理能力及创新管理能力信息披露方式尽行了评价,指出其能为相关利益者提供更为透明的信息,使信息使用者更为全面的了解了企业的现状及未来发展趋势,从而做出相应的决策。
