矩形波导加载槽孔结构高频特性研究

利用仿真和实验相结合的方法,对矩形波导加载槽孔的结构高频特性进行了研究。仿真分析了奇对称和偶对称模式下的基模的色散曲线和结构参数对色散曲线的影响,通过实验测定验证了结构的色散特性。结果表明:周期大小和孔的长度对色散曲线影响很大,色散曲线几乎不受孔高影响,实验测得的色散曲线和模拟值吻合良好,达到了实验预期目标。

Responses to Forces Influencing Cohesion As a Function of Player Status and Level of Male Varsity Basketball Competition

Abstract

This exploratory study determined if the responses of male varsity basketball players to six factors influencing cohesion were a function of level of competitive intensity and/or the importance of the players to their team. Players on intact teams from five levels of competition – elementary school, junior high school, senior high school, small college and large college–responded to a cohesion questionnaire at the end of the season. Coaches designated five players with the most game playing time as “starters” and five players with the least game playing time as “reserves.” A team factor score for Team Performance Satisfaction, Self Performance Satisfaction, Task Cohesion, Affiliation Cohesion, Desire for Recognition and Value of Membership was calculated. Each team factor score served as the dependent variable in a 2 (player status) × 5 (level of competition) analysis ofcovariance design, with teams nested in the second factor. The won-loss record served as the covariate. Results indicated that “starters” were more satisfied with their own performance, were more task conscious, had a greater affiliation desire, and valued their membership on the team to a greater degree than the “reserves.” The elementary and junior high school team members were significantly more satisfied with the team's performance, were more satisfied with their own self performance, were more affiliation conscious, and valued their team membership to a greater degree than did college team members. The interaction between player status and level of competition was not significant for any of the factor scores.     

Mechanics of Batting: Effect of Stride Technique on Ground Reaction Forces and Bat Velocities

The benefits associated with being physically active are well documented, but a significant proportion of the population is insufficiently active. Physical inactivity is a major health risk factor in our society, and physical education programs are consistently identified as a means to address this concern. The purpose of this article is to use the social-ecological model as a framework to examine ways in which physical education programs can play an important role in promoting physical activity. Policies that require time allocations and resources for physical education and physical activity in schools and community designs that provide infrastructure that makes being physically active accessible and convenient are important factors in making schools and communities healthier spaces. It is clear, however, that policies alone are not sufficient to address concerns about physical inactivity. We must consider individual factors that influence decisions to be physically active in efforts to engage children in physical education programs that promote active lifestyles. The learning climate that teachers create determines what students do and learn in physical education classes. Ensuring that students see value in the content presented and structuring classes so that students believe they can experience success when they exert effort are key elements in an effective motivational climate. Efforts to address public health concerns about physical inactivity require a comprehensive approach including quality physical education. It is critical that kinesiology professionals emerge as leaders in these efforts to place physical education programs at the center of promoting children's physical activity.

重庆中长期劳动力变动及供需预测与启示

根据对第六次人口普查数据的分析计算,劳动力资源比重低、劳动参与率10年来持续下降以及劳动力人口年龄偏大、文化素质较低是重庆劳动力资源的现状;预测分析表明,劳动力规模下降趋势难以逆转,劳动力供求关系将从供过于求逐渐走向结构性供不应求是未来重庆劳动力供需发展的基本趋势。因此,应及时调整农村劳动力转移政策,加快产业升级、结构调整的步伐,加快农业现代化进程,建立统筹城乡的多层次、多形式的教育体系,并适时、适度调整人口政策。同时,目前影响我国区域人口规模的因素中总和生育率的影响越来越小,而迁移流动的影响越来越大,因此各地区应制定有吸引力的人口迁移政策,以在未来的劳动力资源争夺中占据优势地位。

Combining the linear transformation and the solution technique for the cubic equation,a general closed-form analyti solution for bulk waves in orthotropic anisotropic materials is obtained.This method is straightforward and general.Degenerated cases include transversely isotropic,cubic,and isotropic materials.Numerical computations are carried out on a fiber-reinforced composite plate modeled as a transversely isotropic media.The fibers are parallel to the top and bottom surfaces of the plate ,and they are rotated counterclockwise around the plate normal through different angles.The two-dimensional slowness curves corresponding to different rotations are presented graphically.The wave propagation characteristics displayed in slowness surfaces for different fiber orientation are analyzed.
