基于泳道小区间生长估计的指纹修复技术

为了实现指纹的有效修复,提出了一种基于泳道小区间生长估计的指纹修复技术,利用两个泳道间灰度值和最大原理实现指纹图谱泳道自动分割,采用阈值分割法得到指纹图谱二值化图,将二维图像转换成一维的线性曲线,获取指纹图像的谱带,通过前序指纹谱带泳道小区间生长域,对后序指纹谱带泳道小区间生长域进行预测的方法,将目标图像与样板由泳道小区间扩展到三维向量空间,完成指纹的修复。实验结果说明,所提方法可对多种指纹进行有效修复,具有较高的修复效率和精度。     

A grey literature review of the UK Department for Culture,Media and Sport's Creative Industries Economic Estimates and Creative Economy research programme

This is a review of the DCMS's annual estimates of the size, scope and activities of the UK's creative industries, with a particular focus on the latest publication in January 2009. Running parallel to these estimates is a research programme, latterly codified as the Creative Economy Programme (CEP), which constantly assesses and periodically modifies the methodologies used for collating statistics. This programme is also reviewed, primarily through two 2007 documents: a report commissioned from Frontier Economics and a DCMS overview of all the CEP's work in 2006–2007. The review also draws on primary sources in the form of national and international reports on methodologies for classifying and measuring the creative industries, as well as appropriate academic literature.

Explaining Constraint Interaction: How to Interpret Estimated Model Parameters Under Alternative Scaling Methods

In this paper, we explain the reasons behind constraint interaction, which is the phenomenon that the results of testing equality constraints may depend heavily on the scaling method used. We find that the scaling methods interfere with the testing procedures because scaling methods determine which transformations of population quantities model parameters actually estimate. We therefore also develop rules on how to correctly interpret estimates of model parameters under alternative scaling methods.

基于高精度全自动陀螺全站仪定向特点,分析了井下定向边误差的来源.根据中误差传播率,对定向边方位精度进行估算,并提出了"2+2+1"的定向模式;根据对中误差对定向方位精度的影响分析,尽量延长定向边边长,可以减小对中误差对定向边方位的影响,提高定向精度.     

强激光场下NH_3分子波包演化和粒子数布居研究

计算了质量加权坐标系下NH3分子基态、激发态和离子基态势能面,研究了基态波包演化情况以及波包在基态激发态之间布居情况.通过研究证实了NH3分子存在拉伸振动,同时发现基态、激发态粒子数布居存在拉比振荡现象.     

抛物问题的变网格各向异性有限元方法

传统有限元方法要求对区域剖分满足正则性条件或拟一致条件.对一类抛物问题,可通过利用各向异性线性三角形元,绕开区域剖分中正则性或拟一致条件的限制,结合变网格思想,导出全离散的线性三角形有限元格式,得到相应的最优误差估计.     

等熵等温模型方程组的解在H^4中的整体存在性

本文利用一系列不等式和复杂的估计,在H^1,H^2空间的基础上建立了等熵等温模型方程组初边值问题的解在H^4空间中的整体存在性。
