分析了白浆化棕壤的成土特点，并结合科学试验与生产实践，从发生学角度提出了改良措施。     

Speaking of whiteness: compromise as a purposeful pedagogical strategy toward white students' learning about race

This article discusses pedagogical issues that arise in higher education when instructors of color teach classes with predominantly white students. We use student interview data collected during one graduate social foundations of education course to argue that in order to be effective, pedagogical decisions in a foundations course centered on race necessitate certain compromises in terms of power. To open up spaces of dialogic possibility for the discussion and understanding of white privilege, the authors suggest that instructors engage in a pedagogy of purposeful compromise. Such a pedagogy accepts that most white students will not, in the space of one course, recognize their own agency in the perpetuation of privilege and racism, but they might recognize white privilege as a larger structural process that inhibits the opportunities of people of color.     

Making agency matter: rethinking infant and toddler agency in educational discourse

This article engages critically with the concept of agency in infant and toddler educational discourse. It is argued that agency, when conceptualised with emphasis on individuality and the autonomous self, poses a conceptual ‘dead end’ for those who are not-yet-in-language, such as babies and toddlers. In considering agency as an aspect of becoming that is inherent in all matter, the article seeks to explore new pathways for conceptualising agency in infant and toddler education. Methodologically, the article aims to generate complex questions and, following Nigel Thrift's call, ‘wild ideas’, rather than solutions by addressing the relationship between discourse and matter to open up new spaces for thinking and doing ‘agency’ in education, for babies and toddlers and beyond.     

错流平板膜过滤技术在白茶饮料澄清中的应用研究

本文应用错流平板膜过滤技术对白茶饮料澄清工艺进行了研究,测定茶汤在不同截留分子量（2、6、10万单位）超滤膜的膜通量;不同跨膜压力下超滤膜的膜通量及色差值,并对茶汤进行感官审评。试验结果表明,白茶茶汤明度与清澈度较超滤前大幅提高,孔径越小茶汤化学成分截留越多,滋味变浅薄,汤色评分下降。综合茶汤感官品质及操作适用性,合适的膜过滤操作参数为：6万单位到10万单位截留分子量范围的超滤膜;跨膜压力1～2kg/cm2。本研究结果为该技术在白茶饮料生产中的实际应用提供重要参考。     

微量元素及天然有机质对甜叶菊试管苗增殖和生长的影响

以甜叶菊试管苗为外植体,研究了MS培养基中微量元素对甜叶菊试管苗增殖、生根、生长及移栽等影响;同时也探讨了培养基中添加马铃薯汁、椰子汁、香蕉泥和水解乳蛋白等对试管苗增殖、生根、生长及移栽的影响。结果表明,微量元素对试管苗生长、增殖、生根产生重要作用,其中硼、锌、铜、铁的影响较为明显,尤其是锌元素是培养基中不可或缺的元素,它不仅影响试管苗的生长,而且对试管苗的移栽也产生较大影响,增加MS培养基中的锌元素的浓度,可促进试管苗的增殖、改善试管苗的质量;培养基中添加马铃薯汁、椰子汁、香蕉泥对试管苗的增殖具有一定的促进作用,其中香蕉泥能明显改进试管苗的质量,试管苗茎杆粗壮、生长旺盛,但添加水解乳蛋白却抑制试管苗的增殖和生长;在试管苗生根阶段,添加有机质作用不明显。     

Measurement and analysis of soil nitrogen and organic matter content using near-infrared spectroscopy techniques

Near infrared reflectance （N1R） spectroscopy is as a rapid, convenient and simple nondestructive technique useful for quantifying several soil properties. This method was used to estimate nitrogen （N） and organic matter （OM） content in a soil of Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou County. A total of 125 soil samples were taken from the field. Ninety-five samples spectra were used during the calibration and cross validation stage. Thirty samples spectra were used to predict N and OM concentration. NIR spectra of these samples were correlated using partial least square regression. The regression coefficients between measured and predicted values of N and OM was 0.92 and 0.93, and SEP （standard error of prediction） were 3.28 and 0.06, respectively, which showed that NIR method had potential to accurately predict these constituents in this soil. The results showed that NIR spectroscopy could be a good tool for precision farming application.

《金瓶梅》与《红楼梦》比较

本文从三个方面对《金瓶梅》与《红楼梦》作比较研究：从题材选择看,两部书的表现内容均为：描写家庭日常生活;把妇女作为主要描写对象。但《红楼梦》选取的封建家庭更具典型意义,塑造的女性形象更具典型性。从人物塑造看,《金瓶梅》塑造人物的艺术手法主要有：通过日常生活细节的描写来刻画人物;写出人物性格的复杂性;描写室内陈设,陪衬或反衬人物性格。《红楼梦》对此一一借鉴,而且更为摇曳多姿,各臻其妙。从语言运用看,《金瓶梅》的语言风格对《红楼梦》有很大影响;《红楼梦》吸取《金瓶梅》优点,形成自己独有的语言特色,语言艺术超过《金瓶梅》。结论：《金瓶梅》对《红楼梦》影响巨大,《红楼梦》对《金瓶梅》继承发展。     

仔猪黄白痢的综合防治

仔猪黄白痢是哺乳仔猪最为常见也是危害最为严重的疾病之一,直接影响仔猪的成活率和猪场的经济效益。该病是由致病性大肠杆菌引起的1-7日龄,10-30日龄初生仔猪的一种以急性腹泻为特征的肠道传染病。可导致仔猪成活率低,增重缓慢,饲料报酬低,给养猪业带来巨大的经济损失。
