教育、技能、经济:近期英国教育改革重点

英国教育与技能部先后公布<14～19岁教育和技能白皮书>、<技能--在商务中增强,在工作中提高>白皮书,意在大力推进英国职业技能教育的改革与发展进程,其着眼点十分明确,牢牢抓住了"教育、技能、经济"这一核心要害与未来的发展路向.这对我国职业教育改革具有积极借鉴和建设性启发.     

In vitro study on ribozyme against hepatitis C virus

Objective: To determine the effective nucleotide sites of ribozymes against HCV, and obtain a highly effective, nontoxic and inexpensive antisense ribozyme specific for HCV. Methods: Two effective ribozymes, targeted to HCV 5’NC region and C region, were designed and synthesized. Eukaryotic expression vectors, pSV2-gpt. CD-SR (, containing either HCRZNC or HCRZC were constructued and transfected into MT-2 cells, which had been infected by HCV. Quantitative PCR and hydridization were used to determine the effect of inhibition of HCV by ribozymes. Results: HCRZNC and HCRZC suppressed the replication of HCV by 54.7% and 62.1%, respectively. Furthermore, when both ribozymes were cotransfected into cells, they suppressed replication by 78.8%. Conclusion: Two specific antisense ribozymes have strong inhibitory effects on the replication of HCV in cultured cells, and have better effect when used together.     

基于激光光斑检测的数码相机测距技术

提出了一种基于激光光斑检测的数码相机测距方法,在数码相机上加装一个激光器,使激光光束与相机镜头的光轴平行,对拍摄到的数码相片中的激光光斑进行检测,再根据透镜成像的物像关系实现距离的测量.研究了利用LoG滤波器对激光光斑进行增强的方法,实现了背景灰度值大于光斑灰度值情况下的光斑分割,从而实现激光光斑的位置检测.并进行了实验研究,实验结果表明,采用本文提出的方法实现对物体距离的测量是可行的.     

对虾白斑综合症病毒囊膜蛋白Vp28基因的克隆、表达及蛋白纯化

以对虾白斑病毒DNA为模板扩增出Vp28基因,经限制性内切酶（SmaI,Not I）酶切后按正确的读码框顺序插入到pGEX-4T-2表达载体上,重组质粒转化大肠杆菌,经菌落PCR和质粒双酶切鉴定、序列测定确认,证实成功地构建了Vp28基因原核表达载体．转化菌经IPTG诱导表达,SDS-PAGE显示有与预期大小约52kD相吻合的融合蛋白带,18℃诱导24h后获得了可溶性表达的目的蛋白,采用Glutathione Sepharose 4B亲和层析对重组蛋白进行纯化,获得了纯度很高的目的蛋白．     

脆性X染色体综合征的临床检测方法研究

目的是建立一种简便、快捷的脆性X染色体综合征的临床检测方法.在常规PCR的基础上,采用热启动法,同时加入PCR增强剂Btaine、DMSO,对20例表型正常人群外周血样本进行FMR1基因（CGG）n重复序列检测.结果表明,改良后的FMR1基因PCR扩增技术能够高效扩增CG富集区,采用该方法我们检测了20例外周血样本均获得目标片段,PCR扩增产物片段长度400～500bp（相当于n=20～53）.因此,该方法简便、快速、经济而且重复性好,可用于群体普查和门诊快速筛查脆性X染色体综合征.

高校计算机公共机房的管理是一项长期而复杂的工作，本文对高校计算机公共机房中的软、硬件的管理、机房系统的维护和相关的卫生安全方面作出了一定的探讨，针对目前高校机房管理出现的主要问题展开了讨论，并给出了一定的建议。     

颜填料对不饱和聚酯树脂及原子灰固化的影响

考察和比较了一系列的原子灰颜填料的作用和功能及对原子灰固化的影响，发现重晶石粉料对不饱和聚酯树腊及原子灰的固化有明显的影响。     

恶意邮件跟踪系统(MET)设计

介绍了MaliciousEmailTrackingsystem(MET)的结构和功能。MET由服务器和客户机组成,能自动报告网上传播的恶意邮件行为的统计信息,帮助系统管理员检测恶意邮件的网络入口,抑制恶意软件(特别是自我复制病毒)的传播,把损失减少到最低限度。     

Unexpected changes of itinerary – adaptive functioning difficulties in daily transitions for adults with autism spectrum disorder

Adaptive functioning skills, also known as adaptive behaviours, refer to a multifaceted concept defined as behaviours necessary for age-appropriate, independent functioning in social, communication, daily living or motor areas. In light of the growing population of children with ASD who will eventually become adults, increased understanding of adaptive functioning during the transition to adulthood is of importance, but current research in this area lacks first-hand evidence presenting adaptive skills difficulties among older adolescents and adults with ASD. This article focuses on adaptive functioning skills in daily transitions for adults with Asperger’s syndrome (AS) or high-functioning autism (HFA). It draws on evidence from 12 interviews with individuals on the autism spectrum age 16–43, and 2 focus groups with 8 family members of people affected by ASD. Particular emphasis is placed on impact of adaptive functioning difficulties on well-being and quality of life for adults with ASD. Grounded theory approach has been used to analyse the gathered data. Interviewees reflected on daily challenges associated with unexpected changes in routine, sensory difficulties and social interactions. These in turn had an impact on their adaptive functioning skills by introducing complications in the process of making transitions between different contexts and decreasing interviewees’ ability to tackle challenges of daily life. Importance placed on societal expectations towards meeting bespoken standards and conforming to norms ruling the structure and interactions of daily life were also widely discussed. Frequently such expectations did not allow for factoring in the developmental nature of ASD and related difficulties, which as a result triggered additional complexity in managing daily transitions for adults on the spectrum. Further research addressing adaptive functioning skills in daily transitions for adults with ASD is needed.     

The one-in-ten: quantitative Critical Race Theory and the education of the ‘new (white) oppressed’

ABSTRACT

This paper challenges the notion that quantitative data – as a numeric truth – exist independent of a nation’s political and racial landscape. Utilising large-scale national attainment data, the analysis challenges the belief that ‘White working class’ children in England, especially boys, are ‘the new oppressed’ – as a former equality adviser has publicly claimed. The analysis applies Quantitative Critical Race Theory, or ‘QuantCrit’, an emerging quantitative sub-field of Critical Race Theory in education. The paper argues that far from being ‘oppressed’, White boys continue to enjoy achievement advantages over numerous minoritised groups; especially their peers of Black Caribbean ethnic origin. Additionally, the analysis uniquely exposes racialised trends of ‘equivalency’ in core subject qualifications, whereby minority ethnic children are over-represented in certain lower-status qualifications that are counted as equivalent in education statistics but not in the real world labour market. The analysis concludes that knowing misrepresentations of quantitative data are at the heart of an institutional process through which race and racism are produced, legitimised and perpetuated in education.
